AN- This is one of two OC's I will post here that I created for my toddler brother and sister after they wondered what a "fox ninja" would look like after they saw the first movie.

Preferred Clothing: Green robe dress that has removable sleeves for combat, wraps around her wrists where they hold her tessens, old ballet shoes painted black, and a mask that only covers the bottom half of her face. When going above, she wears a flight suit that stretches fabric from her arms to her legs to allow her to fly and glide when she's unable to run or parkour.

Background

Home: NYC Sewers

History: After being kidnapped from an alley on her way home by Krang at the age of 6, "Carrie Gilligan" was injected with a combination of mutagen, a small sample of purple ooze, and fox DNA. When the experiment was complete, she came out as a partial hybrid that lacked the strength that was expected of the process that transformed her and was declared a defective, failed experiment. She was tossed into a dumpster on Earth to be rid from the ship and was found by Splinter who took her in along with his sons. After being taken in and given the name "Vixie," she was more fox than human and had to be retaught to speak English after finding out she could only communicate through barks and cries. Over time, after the fox DNA had fully integrated with her system, she grew stronger and, after training with her brothers for years, Vixie began to consider the turtles to be her brothers and became less shy and more open with them to the point where she goes a little overboard in wanting to play with them. However, when she taps too much into her animal strengths, she starts to lose control over herself and starts wanting to hunt and kill her "victims" so she trains to keep her animal side tamed.
