Personality- Patrick is an extremely nice guy. Niceness is his whole thing. He's always nice to people, no matter the circumstances, really. Well, he has a breaking point, if someone is annoying the heck out of him or just being plain mean. Then he might get a little defensive, but he hardly ever raises his voice. Most of his comebacks are in sarcastic, sassy ways, or just deadpan. He'll tell someone how it is, whether they like it or not. He won't usually do that with his friends, as he doesn't want to hurt their feelings, but if it's someone that's making him mad, he will. If someone has the nerve to upset him or someone he cares about, he has a right to defend them or himself. He would never physically hurt someone though, like punching. He would never do that. He has very good control over his temper, and he doesn't remember any time that he's actually lost it. Except when he was a little kid. That doesn't count. Patrick is also pretty soft. His feelings get hurt easily, which is kind of a dilemma for him. But usually, he's good at coming up with a comeback. Sometimes he'll just ignore it, sometimes he might cry, or sometimes he might get a little angry. Seeing him angry is a very rare sight, you should definitely be scared if you do. He saves his anger for when he'll need it. He won't often lash out on somebody, unless they're actually driving him nuts. Then it's usually just sarcastic, sassy remarks. He's very selfless, often caring about others more than himself, but he's also aware of his own needs, and makes sure to care for himself too. He can also be a bit reckless at times too, usually when something's bothering him, he's upset, confused, or scared. Those are often the times he gets reckless. He'll charge into things without thinking, doing a variety of different things. It usually ends up with him hurt, emotionally or physically. He's usually very good at thinking through situations and coming up with the best possible plan, but sometimes, he just isn't. 

Fears- Patrick is afraid of bugs. Don't get me wrong, he usually loves the outdoors, but the bugs and critters that come with it? Ew, no. Anything with more than four legs creeps him out. Sometimes if they're tiny, he's fine, but a giant spider of a centipede? Yeah, no. He'll freak out if he sees one. Another big fear of his is letting people down. He doesn't want to be a let down for anyone, or for anyone to think of him like that. He wants to be worth something, not just one, big, giant letdown. 

Backstory- Patrick was put up for adoption by his biological parents when he was a newborn baby, as his parents were quite young, and didn't want him. An older couple adopted him when he was two, nearly four. He's always been happy with them, he's never really felt the need to search out his biological parents. Why should he? They didn't want him, he didn't want them. They never had a whole lot of money growing up, but Patrick never really minded. He still lives with his parents while trying to save enough money for his own place.

What Do They Think About The Selection- He thinks it's definitely an interesting concept. He doesn't really like the fact that it's a competition for someone's hand, it seems slightly unfair to all the royals and the contestants, in his eyes.

Why Did They Join- Patrick's main reason for joining was for the money. He could help out his parents a bit, then maybe get his own place if he doesn't end up winning. Which, honestly, he doesn't really expect that he will. That's what he's planning for. But who knows, he knows that could change. His parents had to convince him to do this though, as he was slightly hesitant.

What Do They Think Of The Prophecy- Not going to lie, he's scared of it. All of the royals' destinies lined out for them? Some are good, but he's more scared of the ones that talk death and running away. He doesn't like it one bit. It's too ominous, too mysterious.
