Mum and dad dropped me off at Kings Cross Station as they had to take my big brothers to school, their names are Henry and Peter and we are really close.

Anyway so I'm going to platform 9 3/4 wait there's not platform named 9 3/4

"Crowded with muggles every year! This way to platform 9/34! Come on now!" A man with scruffy hair and glasses calls out.

"Excuse me sir but how do you get onto the platform?" I ask

"You just have to run at the wall between platforms 9 and 10, Ginny you go first with Lily, here watch them" he says as the women and girl run through the wall, i stare at the wall in shock for a few seconds before going at a run through the wall, I close my eyes waiting for the impact when it doesn't come. I opened my eyes to see a beautiful train, The Hogwarts Express.

After struggling with my trunk for what felt like hours, a boy from the family that helped me get onto the platform came up to me, he had black wild hair and Hazel eyes
"Do you need some help?" He asks

"No I'm just struggling for the fun of it. Of course I'd like some help!" I reply

"Ok here let me grab that" he says

"Thanks" I say as he walked away. I hop on the train and go find a seat alone and before long I'm joined by a blonde girl and a girl with dark brown hair.

"Hi I'm Olivia Bells and this is Audrey Wood" the blonde hair girl says

"Hi I'm Gwendolyn Rogers, but you can call me Gwen. Would you like to sit down?" I ask Olivia nods and her and Audrey go inside to sit down with me.

We start talking about our families I tell them that I am I muggleborn and I have 2 older brothers called Henry and Peter. Olivia tells me that we can call her Liv and that she's also a muggleborn and that she has an older sister called Emily. Audrey is also a muggleborn and she has a little sister called Sabrina who is a witch like us. Audrey was telling us about her accidental magic when the boy from earlier came in with 2 boys who were almost identical.

"Hey mind if we join you no one is letting us sit with them" he asks but as I open my mouth to reply Liv answers

"Sure! There's still room here" we all move onto one seat so it's  girls on one side and Boys on the other side.

"So... my name is James Sirius Potter and yes James Potter as in Harry Potter, The Boy Who Lived, son" The boy with the wild hair and Hazel eyes said

"Hi I'm Gwendolyn Rogers, call me Gwen. The blonde girl is Olivia Bells who prefers to be called Liv and the other girl is Auds...er Audrey Wood" I say

"It's okay Gwen you can call me Auds" Audrey says

"Nice to meet you Gwen, and you 2 girls" James says before continuing "These two idiots are Lycan and Newton Scamander, Newt prefers to be called Newt but you can just call them the Scamander Twins"

"Hi we are-" Lycan starts

"The Scamander-" Newt carries on

"Twins" they finish together as Liv laughs and Audrey and I give them amused smiles. As we introduce ourselves and talk about our accidental magic outbursts, which Hogwarts house we want to be in, mine was either Hufflepuff or Gryffindor like Audrey and Liv, James just wanted to be in Gryffindor same as the Twins.

When the train arrived we got off and went to a man who was calling to the first year students, I hoped onto one of the boats with Liv and Auds. And that's when we got our very first look at Hogwarts.
It was AMAZING, SPECTACULAR, BEAUTIFUL, AWESOME, TERRIFIC! And well a lot more words that describe how amazing it is. Then the sorting came around......

"OLIVIA BELL" Minerva oops I mean Proffesor McGonagall called out as Liv went up and when the hat touched her head it came ALIVE! WOW! Five minutes later the hat called out

"GRYFFINDOR" she looked quite surprised but happy at the same time as she headed to the cheering Gryffindor table.

"MOLLIE DAVIDS" Proffesor McGonagall called out as a timed introverted girl went up and 2 minutes later the hat called out

"HUFFLEPUFF" after a few more people were sorted it was my turn

"GWENDOLYN ROGERS" she called out, I made my way nervously to the stage to have to hat put on my head, "hmmmm, I see, I see, not a bad mind, loyal and ambitious too, hmmm, where to put you, no that doesn't seem right, hmmmm, hufflepuff no something stands out, yes, loyalty to your friends as well but bravery is clear, yes I know just what to do with you. GRYFFINDOR" the hat shouted as I went to go reunite with Liv. After the ceremony in which Audrey was also a Gyrffindor and to my displeasure and Liv's delight, so were James Potter and the Scamander twins.
After dinner and James' pathetic attempts at flirting with me, we went up to our dorm rooms in the Gryffindor tower it was so cool! And the portraits move! Did I mention that? Oh well anyway our password this week is Mandrake. A mandrake is a wizarding plant but enough about plants. I'm going to write letters to mum, dad and my brothers at the end of the week with Tundra. After getting into our pjs we tried to talk to one of the girls in my dorm who's name was Juliet Vane who had for some reason hated me on sight, i mean its not like I made her parents split up, apparently according to a prefect her mum used to like famous rich wizards and she was just the same and had hated it when James flirted with me at dinner I mean its not as if i forced him to do it. Oh and did i mention she hates her father so she has the same last name as her mum had at school. Anyway better head of to bed now.
