Clichés

Greetings, Fanglings!
🦇 🦇 🦇
Let's talk clichés...
From the early 1800s, when vampire stories emerged to the general public, clichés became commonplace throughout writing.
Some are old, like Victorian settings, long black capes, stakes to kill, garlic to protect, sleeping in coffins ---the list goes on and on.
What are some clichés that bother you the most, giving you a complete turnoff to a story?
What are some ones that touch you in a way where you can't put the story down?
Let us know, so the writers can have a better idea of what you would like to bite into next.
