Siddharth (cuts her, sternly): I don't want to waste time in all this. Let's go.

Avneet shivered and broke down listening his stern voice. Siddharth wanted to wipe her tears and console her, hug her but he controlled himself. He quietly waited for some minutes. Avneet gathered herself and calmed down.

Avneet (looking down, nervously): That day dad came home and asked me to divorce you. I refused him. He threatened me if I didn't obey him. He will kill you. So, I had to and left with dad. He later on ordered to marry with Elvish. As Dad's firm was about to bankrupt. So, Elvish offered him collaboration with his firm and in return I have to marry Elvish. I refused. Dad shouted on me and slapped me first time ever but at last left me alone in room. After sometime, Jai came home and saw mine condition. I told him everything. He was my last hope. He planned something and tere divorce papers then fought with dad. Dad shot him and killed him. Siddharth, A father killed his own son just for the sake of money. So, I was sure he can go to any extent just for this. I had to agree with him. Dad created a fake scene and told you me and Jai are dead. You saw Jai's dead body and Dad told you, mine body is fully damaged. After that, Me and Elvish got married. He paid a good amount to dad. Dad ended his business and left everything. He went I don't know where. I was left with Elvish. I tried to run away and what not but Elvish is so powerful that always I ended up with him.

She said and broke down. Siddharth pulled her in hug and rubbed her back to calm her.

Siddharth (gulping his saliva): Elvish forced you?
Avneet (nodded, hugging him back): Always... Always he forced me.

Avneet broke the hug. Siddharth wiped her tears.

Siddharth (cups her face): Give me sometime. I promise. I will take you out of this.
Avneet (shook her head): No... Siddharth please. He is really dangerous. He can kill simi... Please.
Siddharth: Don't you trust me?
Avneet (joining her hands): I do but please Siddharth please.
Siddharth (holding her hands): Don't worry then. I promise I will sort this mess.
Avneet (panicking): Siddharth you don't know anything. He-
Siddharth (like stubborn kid): But you know everything Jaan and you can help me. Give me sometime.
Avneet (nodded in no): Siddharth don't behave like kid. This is serious.
Siddharth (cups her face): I am serious Avneet. Need to plan everything and make sure he will get what he deserves. You have to help me with it.
Avneet (nodded): Okay.... Siddharth you have to do one thing first.
Siddharth: Hmm?
Avneet: Simi... She is on wrong track. I don't want this. So, please take care of her. I got to know you are her teacher. So, please take care.
Siddharth: Okay! I will take care. I won't let her be like her father. I will take care of her.
Avneet (holding his hands): She should be like her father.

He gave her confused look.

Avneet: She isn't Elvish's but our daughter. I was two months pregnant that time but we were not aware about it. Elvish and Dad tried their best for abortion but by the grace of God, I had pregnancy complications. So abortion was not possible. Hence, She is our daughter.

Siddharth freeze there. This new information he was trying to digest. First thing came in his mind was him raising his hand on his daughter when he saw her first time ever in his life.
