Band Aids

Tehreem ran inside to see a big crowd. She finds her way through the crowd to see a crying Areeka and fighting Haider. Haider stood back while Rehaan was wiping blood of his lips. Haider glanced at the crying Areeka. Rehaan was going to punch Haider in in his face.

"Not today Rehaan" said Tehreem holding Rehaan's hand, all eyes were on her. Rehaan was wiggling his hand to get his hand off her clutch, but her hold was tight and Haider smirked realising that, he knew how her grip was and the redness it would leave.

"How dare you?" said Rehaan in an angry voice, Tehreem left his hand from a height.

"I've the same question for you, how dare you harass my sister and hit my husband?" said Tehreem confidently looking straight into Rehaan's eyes. Haider held Tehreem's hand signalling her to back off, Tehreem turned towards Haider.

Tehreem looked at a wounded Haider, Tehreem wiped the blood of his hand with her hand and looked into her eyes. Her hand was fisting in anger, and this did not get unnoticed by Areeka, she knew her sister. Areeka held Tehreem's hand.

"No" said Areeka and Tehreem rolled her eyes, she turned towards Rehaan.

"Stay away from my Husband and sister or-" said Tehreem in a cold and threatening sound.

"Or what" said Rehaan cutting her off.

"Or you'll see something bad happening to you and you wouldn't like that one bit, don't take this as an empty threat because it isn't" said Tehreem looking straight into his eyes and Rehaan felt chills from her voice.

"5 of you, come to my cabin Immediately" said the head barging into the crowd, Tehreem looked at Haider and he nodded reassuring her.

Tehreem, Haider, Areeka, Rehaan and Rehaan's friend followed the head into his Cabin. The head went inside while the others were instructed to stay outside. Rehaan sat in the nearest chair with his friend. Haider took a seat in the sofa and Held Tehreem's hand signalling her to sit.

"Areeka, you sit" said Tehreem and started taking out things from her bag.

She took a cloth from her bag and started wiping the blood off Haider, she was being as she could. She took a band aid from her bag and slowly put it over the wound. She took a drop of water to wipe the dry blood and Haider winced.

"Sorry" said Tehreem.

"It's fine," said Haider.

He looked at his wife who was slowly wiping the blood of him, He could feel her soft breathes on his skin. He was surprised by the supplies that she had on her to treat his wound. She put the cloth aside and sat beside him. He smiled at her while she looked at him with concern.

"Thank you, Tehreem," said Haider and Tehreem slowly nodded.

"There is no need of Thank you, I thought we were way past this" said Tehreem and Haider smiled at her.

"Now you both tell me what happened" said Tehreem, Haider's eyes met with Areeka's.

"Rehaan had cornered me against a wall , I tried getting away but I was unable to , I told him several times to move but he didn't and he was making snarky comments, I tried pushing him away but he held my hand and I told him to leave" said Areeka , Tehreem held Areeka's hand in a comforting way.

"Haider had noticed me and told Rehaan to get away but Rehaan didn't budge but instead tightened the grip on my hand making it hurt, then he provoked Haider and Haider held Rehaan by the collar and told him to F*ck off and then there was heated argument which turned physical" said Areeka.

"Thank you, Haider was being there," said Areeka in a deep voice.

"Whatever happens, You're Tehreem's sister and I'll be there for you just like Tehreem is" said Haider and Areeka nodded.

"I'll not spare this guy today" said Tehreem, Tehreem stood up and was going to give him his own medicine, Haider went behind her and held her in his arm's stopping her. He was holding her form the behind.

"Not now Tehreem" said Haider in a calming voice.

"But-" said Tehreem.

"Some other time, now calm down and sit" said Haider in her ear, she could feel his soft breathes in her shoulder.

"Fine" said Tehreem in a whiny way.

"All of you come in" said the head, all of them stood near the table.

"So, tell me what happened" asked the head.

"I was passing by Haider called me and started punching me for no reason" said Rehaan looking all innocent.

"How much is he going to lie today" said Tehreem in a muffled voice to Haider.

"And you're?" asked the head looking at Tehreem.

"Tehreem Mehta-" said Tehreem.

"Tehreem Haider Khurrana" said Haider and Tehreem looked at him.

"Tehreem Mehta like in Areeka Mehta" asked the head.

"She's my sister," said Tehreem.

"You're Haider's wife?" asked the head and Tehreem nodded agreeing.

"So, you're the one who separated the fight" said the head and Tehreem nodded.

"What all is going on here?" said the head with a sigh.

"Areeka, you're a good kid so tell me what happened" said the head, Areeka held Tehreem's hand for Comfort.

"I was walking by, and Rehaan started harassing me, I asked him to let me go but he didn't, and Haider saw this, He intervened and told Rehaan to leave but he didn't then Rehaan started provoking Haider, Rehaan pushed Haider and turned this into a physical fight" said Areeka in a timid voice.

"This place is getting crazier by the day," said the head.

Areeka did not take any action against Rehaan which angered Tehreem, but Haider calmed Tehreem. Haider was on rest due to strict orders from Tehreem, Tehreem was around Haider taking care of his wounds and things.

"Tehreem, I'm not hurt anymore and look I'm completely fine," said Haider.

"Whatever happens, You're Tehreem's sister and I'll be there for you just like Tehreem is; so, it's my job to make sure than you're fine and you aren't so rest" said Tehreem with air quotes then smiled at him.

"Thank you" said Haider and Tehreem looked at him with a questioning look.

"For what does this Thank you for" asked Haider.

"For everything, you've made me so lazy by the care you've given me" said Haider holding her hand and she smiled at him.

"I don't need your sorry so keep it with you, now you take some rest" said Tehreem and Haider whined.

"I'm not sleepy and I'm in a mood for a movie so Please watch a movie with me" said Haider with a cute pout and Tehreem caved.

"Fine" said Tehreem.

Tehreem set up the movie and both was laying in the bed while watching the movie. Tehreem's head gradually was in the Haider's shoulder, He glanced at his shoulder to find her all comfortable and so grossed in the movie, she looked so cute making him smile.

"What?' asked Tehreem when she felt his eyes on her.

"Nothing" said Haider and watched the movie............
