Daniel is the average twenty year old whom can easily blend in with the crowd. Only, unlike the people of the crowd he submerges himself in to look normal, Daniel is far from normal. Without a home to call his own and nothing on his name, he spends his life on the streets in a constant state of fear.

Officer Colton has barely started but is doing fairly well with trying to recognize the people of his district. After being transferred from a big city to a smaller town with a community that knows each other, he knows it is important to recognize every civilian instantly. Still learning the ropes from his colleges, he finds an intriguing boy on his path, a boy that will change his perspective on many things.
