My Opinion:

Good dynamic, get along well, and Kotestu out growing Muichiro is funny, but Kotestu is 10 and I feel like he'd have to be a bit older cause it's 3 years max for me. (It's actually canon that when Muichiro died Kotestu grew his hair out and styled it like Muichiro's)
