Third Person POV

Shopping, shopping and more shopping. Jestella, better known as Ella, and her friends Maeve, Zaidy, Zeniah and Yetta are currently shopping for their junior year. Two more years and they’ll be out of high school. Her brother Jay, short for Jaymes, was so lucky, he only had one more year. Oh and Mikeal, everyone calls him Al, he’s Maeve's older brother. 

Ella likes him but never told anyone. She’s had a crush on him since young and as they grow older she continues to like him more and more. Ella was so excited for junior year, she just hoped Yaslyn wouldn’t continue this thing with her. 

Since freshman year she has hated Ella over Red. No that wasn't his name but he was known as red since before high school. His name is Jared. Jared ,as known as Red, liked Ella but she had never really given him the time of day. Yaslyn, known as Lyn, has always had the biggest crush on Red and was upset that he still paid attention to Ella. 

Ella and her friends were also looking for an outfit for Teddys back to school party, which was in two days. Mae ,short for Maeve, has been Ella's best friend since she could remember. 

“Why don't you wear a dress, Stella?” She questioned Ella. Ella quickly shook her head, as in no. 

“Are you crazy?” Mae laughed, knowing that would be her reaction. But was mentally convincing herself that she will get her to wear one. 

“No, just thought you should start the new school year looking amazing, where no one will forget.” Ella just simply laughed. 

“I don't know we will see.” They continued to look around and in fact Ella did end up with a dress. Only because it was tight on top but flowy from the waist down and had pockets. They’d done all their shopping and all went to Ella's house. 

As they walked in, Jay was walking out and right behind him was Al. “ Hey guys, got what you needed?” Jay asked as they all went in with their bags. Ellas’ eyes met Als and she blushed. 

“Yes! Oh hey Miki!” Ella was the only one who ever called him Miki, everyone else was only allowed to call him Al. “Hey.” Was all he responded with a small smirk. The girls all said bye to the guys and went into Ella's room. 

“Your brother is so hot Ella,” Yetta whines. 

“Yetti that is gross!” all the girls laughed as Ella stood there disgusted. 

“She isn't lying you know.” Said Zee and her twin Niah agreed with a quick nod. 

“Ok don't want to hear thissss!” Mae changed the subject, “So, what time do we meet to go to Teddys party?” They all shrugged. 

“Everyone meets at Maes at seven, it is her boyfriend's house.” Everyone laughed but agreed. Everyone hung out for a little longer and then all grabbed their things and headed home. The next day was uneventful. Then the day of the party had come. The night was what would start off the gossip of this first day of school.
