Killer

Megan played by Katherine McNamara
It was late into the autumn day, the last rays of sunshine hidden by dark gray dreary clouds.
Megan stood next to the large window, rubbing her arm impatiently. She couldn't believe that she was going to go through with this.
She had thought about this quite frequently, especially after the thing happened and Carly really did deserve what she had coming.
Megan took another impatient breath for what felt like the millionth time. A cold sweat had settled on her body a while ago and she was starting to have second thoughts.
No! She couldn't back out now. She had this set up perfectly. There would be no electronic trail leading Carly to Megan's house, and she made sure that Carly told no one where she was going, using the idea that she was grounded and didn't want her mom finding out that she had someone over.
This story was quite believable, mostly due to the fact that this was an incredibly small town where gossiping seems to be the only activity that the the town's people participate in, not to mention the fact that her mom was the police deputy.
Also Megan did not text Carly, at school she simply said to meet her at her house at 7 p.m, an hour before Megan's mom was due home from work. This way Megan would have somewhat of an alibi.
It was roughly 6:53 p.m. and time seemed to pass by slower than a snail. Megan was now tugging on the strands of her hair and gently beating her toes against the wall.
Would it really kill this girl to show up early for once? Megan thought, then she laughed aloud. That was probably the most ironic thought in the world at the moment.
It was 6:55 p.m. when a small red car drove up the long winding dirt driveway.
"Finally!" Megan exclaimed aloud, giving her hair one last tug before rushing to the door.
Megan had the door wide open just as Carly had lifted her hand to knock.

Carly played by Victoria Justice
Carly was gorgeous with her silky brown hair, perfectly tan skin, and wide brown eyes.
She dressed sweetly in a cream colored cashmere sweater and a pair of brown leggings all paired with some ballet flats.
Carly laughed when the door had opened up before she knocked. And gave Megan a hug with a wide smile on her face.
Megan hugged her back, wearing a demeaning grimace. This girl had no idea what was about to hit her.
"I'm glad you forgave me about the accident." Carly spoke as Megan led her down the hallway to her room.
"Of course!" Megan answered enthusiastically, plastering a natural looking smile on her face. Her acting skills needed to be on point for this to work. "It was just an accident after all."
"Haha, yeah."
The two girls entered Megan's room, which was surprisingly empty. In it sat a bed, fully made, a dresser, night stand and a TV. No pictures or posters littered the walls and knickknacks or memorabilia sat anywhere in the room. There was a lack of personality and it made Carly shiver.
Why is it so empty? Carly thought to herself. She shook the thought away. Maybe Megan was a really clean person.
And really she shouldn't be judging the other girl, espeacially if she wanted to get Megan to like her.
"So..." Carly started to say, but trailed off. Her and Megan never really talked, so finding a common topic between the two was going to be difficult.
"Wait here," Megan instructed. "I will be right back."
Carly nodded her head, relieved that the awkwardness would be postponed for a few more minutes.
Megan walked out into the hallway, finally allowing the irritation she was holding in show on her face.
She couldn't believe that Carly thought she had forgiven her. Megan could never forgive what Carly had done.
Megan stopped walking when she entered the kitchen and grabbed a small pairing knife.
She stuck it up her sleeve to hide it from plain view and grabbed a package of those Chips Ahoy cookies before walking back to her room.
There was no way to turn back now. Not when everything was so well thought out.
Megan looked at a clock on the wall. The time read 7:01 p.m. Things were going perfectly as planned.
"Want a cookie?" Megan asked, holding out the package.
"Um, thanks!" Carly replied reaching out to grab one.
Without another thought to stop her, Megan lashed out with the knife, Stabbing Carly in the stomach.
Carly froze, shocked from the sudden pain, then she doubled over, almost falling off the bed.
Megan, pushed her back, and now Carly was laying on her back, blood pooling out of her body.
"What-" Carly started to say, but then screamed as Megan tore the knife out of her stomach and embedded it into another spot in her abdomen.
"You killed him, so I am going to kill you." Megan whispered to the girl in a voice that was a mix of sorrow and manic glee.
"It wasn't my fault!" Carly cried out through screams of pain.
"Of course it wasn't. You were the life gaurd on duty. It was your job to watch him! But no. You sat there on your phone and just watched him drown! My baby brother gone. BAM! Just like that you stupid little bitch!" Megan yelled, stabbing the girl yet again.
Carly screamed again. She was in to much pain to beg for her life or even apologize.
Last summer was the worst summer of her life. She had let a little boy drown all because she just needed to text her boyfriend. Honestly Carly felt like she deserved this. This was Karma. The helplessness. The knowing that she was going to die because of someone else. That was what she deserved.
So Carly didn't fight back, try to fight for her life. No, her life had ended after she allowed such a young kid to die. She knew that something was going to come at her for her carelessness, and she accepted the stabbing multiple times before her conciousness faded into nothing.
Even though Carly had died minutes ago, Megan kept stabbing at her, over and over and over again.
This was the person that had let her brother die in such a helpless way
So now it was her turn.
When Megan was finally satisfied. She looked down at her arms and torso covered in Carly's blood.
It was weird. Megan felt no regret or guilt, just satisfaction of a job well done.
Her bed was a completely bloody mess, however she could just throw the sheets out.
Megan had planned to kill Carly in her room, that's why it was void of anything she couldn't wash blood off of. Under the blankets was a tarp so she could just wrap everything up without too much of a mess, and bleach could take care of the rest.
Megan looked down at her now blood covered watch and saw that the time was 7:20 p.m. she had taken too much time reveling in Carly's death.
With a sigh Megan wiped her hands off on her pants, and grabbed her phone.
She was going to need the help of her best friend Kayla.

Suho played by Yoshi Sudarsu
Kayla had been at home sleeping with her boyfriend, Suho, when she recieved a call from Megan.
Kayla answered the phone before her ringtone woke up Suho.
"Megan?" Kayla asks, her voice cracking from just waking up.
"Kayla, I need your help." Megan answered urgently.
"What, now? Its-" Kayla paused, looking at the time. She realized that it was almost 7:30, a lot earlier than she thought. "Oh nevermind, what's up?"
"I need your help to hide a body."
"Is that code for something or..."
"Yeah its code for I KILLED SOMEONE AND NEED HELP DESTROYING THE EVIDENCE." Megan screamed the last part.
"Ow.." Kayla muttered holding the phone away from her ear. And then Megan's words processed in her mind. "You did what?"
"I killed Carly." Megan stated. There was no sign of remorse or guilt in her tone. She spoke as if she had just killed a fly. Like there was no second thought.
"Megan I have to call the cops..." Kayla said, shocked. She wasn't one hundred percent sure whether Megan was dead serious or not, pun not intended. Kayla could not get involved with murder!
"No!" Megan yelled, then panicked. Was she wrong for trusting Kayla? She had to make sure her friend didn't spill anything.
Megan decided that she could do one of two things.
One being to simply use their close friendship as an excuse. The two of them had been close since 3rd grade and Megan was confident that she could talk Kayla into helping her. However she also knew that Kayla was stubborn and was unpredictable.
The second option was to blackmail Kayla. Kayla was a seriously good hacker and had recently done something illegal on a federal scale. Megan could use that against Kayla and she knew for a fact that Kayla would have to help her.
What was she going to do?
