So, as Shriya told Avni and Neil that this pregnancy can be continued, but they have to be very careful in each day as it comes.

Neil took avni home, as they have to come again tommorow for the tests and for the procedure for avni's treatment so that she can have a safe pregnancy.

At home

Neil makes avni lay on the bed and sat next to her holding her hands.

Neil : Avni, toh aaj hum ek nayi life ki shuruwat karne jaa rahe hain....
I want you to forget everything that happened in last 5 years.
I know i failed as a husband, but i dont want to fail as a father now.

So lets promise, that we will try to resolve our differences, we will make a fresh start to our relationship, and we will never look back to those 5 years.

Okay ? neil asked looking deeply in her eyes.

Avni was adoring the way he saw that and she nodded in a yes.

Neil (smiled) : Toh humari iss nayi shuruwat ka pehla rule ye hain....ki tum apni saari baatein mujhse share krogi.
Jo bhi tumhare mann me chal rha hain....jo bhi tum chahti ho....anything. You will tell everything to me.....and never hide anything from me.

Avni : Sabkuch ?

Neil : Han sab kuch....

Avni : Or agar tumhari burai karni ho toh ? she asked mockingly

Neil : Vo bhi mujhse hi kar lena....main sunn lunga...

and they both laughed aloud.

After sometimes, neil stopped laughing and adored the way she was laughing.

He smiled and adored her lovingly.

He then held her hands and looked in her eyes and said....

Neil - Lekin sabse important avni, Tumhe apna khyal rakhna hain.....(he said and avni looked softly in his eyes, as they both shared an emotional eye contact)....

Tum janti ho na avni....that this is not a normal pregnancy for us....So we have to be extra careful with everything...!

So, Your diet charts, your sleep schedule, your medicines, your mentalhealth....everything....
everything is my priority now.
And you just have to cooperate with me.....Because we are in this together....hmm!

he said and avni nodded.

Neil smiled and placed a kiss on her forehead.

Next day.

Avni's tests were done and the reports came. She was given the treatment procedure schedule, under which she has to come for routine checkup every weekend, and have to follow a strict diet and medicine coarse.

Plus every weekend the baby's growth will also be monitored an the basis of which, avni's treatment will proceed further.

Shriya : So neil and avni, this weekends procedure is done. Now you have to come next weekend for the further procedure and then i will guide you more about how it will work.
Secondly, as i told before, you need to be very careful with yourself avni, dont stress yourself over anything as it can harm the baby's health.
You need to relax as much as possible.

Neil : Don't worry, i will look after that. I will make sure she is happy and stress-free.

Shriya : And guys, let me make this clear in advance.....That this will not going to be easy.
I know i promised that i will give my 100% to save the baby, but....i cant guarantee you success. As in these cases....the chances are 50:50.

(both neil and avni looked at her, with a slight nervousness on their faces)

Shriya continued......
These two months are very critical for avni....
If we pass this, then there is no risk as such further....
But if avni's body didnt responded to the treatment well, then......

Neil : Then....then what shriya...?

Shriya (sadly) : Then....the baby might collapse....and avni will never be able to concieve again.

And hearing this, avni's heart skipped a beat....she started worrying....and started panicking....( No...no....i don't wanna lose my baby,....i want my baby....i....i want my baby......
i...i want to be a mother.....)

Neil holded her hands and said....

Neil : Hey its okay avni....dont worry..i am here.....Relax relax.....
Calm yourself down..... he rubbed her back and tried to calm her down.

Avni : Neil...i wanted to be a mother....i...i cant afford to lose this baby....

Neil came closer and tried to calm her down. He cupped her face..and said...

Neil : Yes...you will be a mother avni. You will give birth to this baby. I promise....! he made her look in his eyes and calm her down.

Avni looked in his eyes, and she relaxed.

Neil : And you didnt heard her properly.....she said we have these 2 months.....Hum sab krenge avni...and we will not let the baby leave us. We will give him so much love, that he has to come into this world.....Okay..... Everything will be fine...! he said and kissed her forehead.

Shriya : Yes avni, thats true. You just have to pour your love to your baby. Stay calm and relaxed in these two months, follow every rule and procedure...... and trust me, we will overcome this together.

she said and avni nodded.

Neil and avni left and came back home.

At Home

When they came back home, avni got a surprise !

As she entered their room....her eyes widened in surprise......as what she saw was beyond her expectation.

Her room was completely renovated into a new room.

It was painted in bright blue and white colours. There was decorated lights on the wall of their bedside, and all the walls were having photos of neil and avni, framed on it.

She roam around in the room and looked at those photoframes having neil and avni's beautiful wedding pics, their honeymoon pic, their holidays pics and many more. Her lips curved into a smile watching those pics.

She moved forward and got another surprise when there was a huge pink coloured soft toy kept at the bed.

Her eyes glittered, she sat on the bed and  got a hold of that soft toy.

Neil - You liked it....? neil asked with a smile.

Avni looked at neil with so much love in her eyes for him......

Avni (emotionally) - Tumne itna sab kab kiya neil.....This room is so beautiful now. You changed the entire room.... It feels like.......like a....like a....

Neil : Like a new beginning.....

he completed and avni looked at him in his eyes.....

They both shared an eye lock full of love.

Neil came forward, sat next to her, placed his hand on her face and said...

Neil - Yes avni......i changed it to start a new beginning.....Our new beginning.....
Not only as parents....but as a couple also...it will be a new beginning for both of us.

avni smiled and her eyes were full of love...

Neil - Or ab main purani baatein kabhi yaad nahi karna chahta....sab bhul jana chahta hun.....(he held her hands)....or iss naye kamre ke saath....ab sirf nayi yaadein hogi!

They both smiled, neil placed a kiss on her forehead and took her into a hug.

Avni closed her eyes and feels at solace in his arms. She was feeling so fresh and new. She was feeling at peace...as if she has found a place....which she can finally call....A home ! ❤

An unborn baby has brought them closer....brought them back together.

But will this baby ever come in their lives ?
