Rescued

The Ninja saved the day again. As always. It was days after the Oni had attacked Ninjago, and once again it was the ninja who stepped in to save the day. For some reason, you couldn't help but grow tired of it always being the ninja. Is there seriously no one else in this city who has the ability to protect it?! At this point, even the police were useless! Surely there was at least one person out there capable of protecting others. Maybe someone...
As you lay on your bed reading F/B, you suddenly remembered you needed to make a trip to the store. Crap! I almost forgot! You drop your book and scramble out of your room, grabbing some money and heading out of your house. On simple trips to the store, you preferred to walk. You liked the extra exercise, and you were able to admire your surroundings, something not many people take the time to do nowadays. You especially enjoyed it in the evening, for you liked the nighttime. It was strange to you, though, that you preferred a starry night over a sunny day. Especially when anything could be hiding in the shadows, waiting to jump out at you. What could have possibly made you this different...
As you were walking home with a grocery bag in hand, you stopped to find that the way home was blocked off. What in the world? You walked closer to find that some sort of car crash had gone down. The police were all around, keeping people from the scene... so were the ninja. You scoffed and tried looking for another way home. You found a small alleyway. It was dark, but you could get home through it. You took a deep breath and walked through. Just in case, you pulled your hood over your head. However, in the distance, you saw group of about 3 guys. Just my luck. You simply kept your head low and tried to walk past them.
"Hey, little lady," one of the guys said. "You got any spare change?"
Dont say anything Y/N. Keep walking- "Uh, I mean, I would, but I just spent it all at the store," you said. "Next time I happen to come across you guys though, I might have something." You're an idiot.
"You think you're gonna walk away?" Another guys said.
"I am walking away," you replied smoothly. Suddenly, you were pinned to the side of the wall as the man put his hand over your mouth.
"What do you take us for?" He growled. "You think you can just walk away? Act like we're not worth your time?" You struggled against the man's grasp, but it was no use. Suddenly, you felt a soft breeze on your shoulder. Wind? In an alley? The man felt it too, and he looked up only to be tackled by... what seemed like a ghost. You took the opportunity to escape, but then turned to see you had saved. However, when you saw him, your heart skipped a beat. You knew this ghost all too well.

You were caged with your mother, crying and begging for help.

The ghost pinned one of the men to the wall, punching him in the face.

The ghosts chased you through Stix as you attempted to get away from the chaos, only wanting to be free.

One of the men pulled a knife out and attempted to stab the ghost, but he quickly dodged it and kicked the man down.

You cried out in fear as the large monster known as the preeminent chased after your boat, trying to stop you from getting away.

Eventually, the men fled, leaving you with the ghost.

You watched in shock as the leader of the ghosts let himself get dragged into the ocean.

Yes, this ghost was all too familiar to you.

Morro, the master of wind.

Yeah, I know this chapter is a little short. This is my first time doing a story like this, so I'm trying my best. Hope you enjoy X3
