at some point, autograph books were very popular. in it friends(and enemies, equally) would write, draw pictures or anything else that was supposed to be creative. in mine, a girl called margaret, wrote a verse in an unforgettable freehand calligraphy type writing. i fell in love with it immediately and have never seen a more original verse written anywhere, as far as these types of rhymes go. it has stayed with me and even when i'm ancient in my next life, i will never forget it(i always wondered from where it originated). it often just goes round and round in my head for no good reason when i get up in the morning:

head weak,

brain dumb.

inspiration

won't come.

can't write,

rotten pen.
