Cagney Carnation is a boss character in the indie game Cuphead: Don't Deal with the Devil.

All main game bosses survive to the end of Cuphead, which means Cagney must have survived his head being hollowed out), toon force, elasticity (Can stretch his face rapidly to attack), transformation, plant manipulation, and weapon creation (Can transform his face into a machine gun that shoots floating seeds that rapidly sprouts vines, that themselves grow out small flying beings. Cagney also attacks with many other types of plants such as boomerang seeds: he also transforms into a much fiercer form, growing much longer and thornier), status effect inducement (Cagney Carnation's floating seeds in his second phase apply a "dizzy" effect)
