Chapter 96

Tired, Minho turned around and almost fell out of bed.

He had rolled over the whole bed in his sleep and was now lying on the other side. He was no longer used to having so much space and his subconscious had probably been looking for someone to cuddle up with.

Minho stayed lying down for a moment and thought about whether he should get up at all.

Because although he had promised Jimin and Sumi to spend time with them, he was very tempted to just try to oversleep all day.

He wanted to be able to hold Jisung in his arms again and wait another 30 hours until Jisung finally came home, seemed infinitely long.

But he still had a lot to do until the others would come back home, so he finally got up at some point.

As he knew Sumi and Jimin, they were both still lying in their beds and sleeping, so he first set out to tidy up the apartment and clean it.

Not that a lot had really accumulated in the past two weeks, but he knew that he would feel better once the apartment was tidy.

When he finally finished the apartment, he sat down tired, but satisfied on the sofa with his coffee.

For a moment he felt incredibly lonely. The apartment was clean and tidy, but so quiet and empty.

He missed the others incredibly.

When he was working, he could quite well put loneliness aside, but on days when he was home alone, it was incredibly difficult for him.

He was tempted to go for a smoke and knew very well that his cigarettes were still in the box in the trash can on the balcony.

He took a deep breath and drank the next sip of coffee and pondered whether he shouldn't have accepted Felix's offer directly. Then he would probably have called him and asked if they wanted to train.

But he really wanted to talk to Jisung about it beforehand and ask if that was okay for him.

Sighing, he brought his cup back to the kitchen and made a shopping list. He absolutely had to somehow get rid of the time until Jimin and Sumi would come.

He had actually planned to cook a small feast for Chan, Changbin and Jisung the next evening, but rejected the plan directly. Most of the time, the three were just done after such trips and the flight home and didn't want to eat anything.

But in order to no longer sit around at home, he grabbed his car keys and went shopping.

For which he needed half an eternity, because he constantly got new ideas about what he could do while shopping, but then rejected them again.

After all, at some point he was reasonably satisfied with his yield and had packed the shopping in the trunk when buying flowers in his mind.

So he stopped at a flower shop on the way home and picked out two beautiful bouquets.

Once back home, he first put the flowers in the water before he set out to put away the shopping.

Jisung had slept terribly. Half the night he had thrown himself around in bed until Chan and Changbin had each lay down next to him and took him in their arms. Which had helped a bit, but after the two had disappeared into their own rooms early in the morning, he had not been able to fall asleep again.

Tired and with dark circles under his eyes, he stood in the bathroom.

He would have liked to go back to bed and try to fall asleep again, but he knew very well that Chan would soon knock on the door.

Sighing, he dressed and then set out to pack his things more or less neatly in his suitcase. - in other words, he just stuffed everything he found into it.

Minho would certainly shake his head, but that made Jisung smile rather than making sure that he would pack his suitcase properly.

The only things he packed properly was the beautiful sweater and the bracelet he had bought for Minho.

He couldn't wait to come back home and take Minho in his arms.

Just as he had finished packing, Chan knocked on his room door.

"Come on, we have to go into the hair and makeup and then we have to go," said Chan, took Jisung by the hand and pulled him behind him.

Next, they collected Changbin and then made their way together to the room where their wardrobe was housed.

Neither the interview nor the television appearance really took long, but somehow Jisung had the feeling that he no longer had the strength for it.

He felt overwhelmed by all the people who wanted something from him and asked him questions.

He tried to keep himself in the background as best he could and let Chan and Changbin answer, but he couldn't avoid all questions.

His hands began to tremble, which he only got under control by drilling his nails into the palms of his hands.

Chan, who had noticed how tense Jisung was, inconspicuously put his hand on Jisung's leg and tried to distract him a little.

All three of them were incredibly relieved when they were finally back in the car.

And although they still had some time left to do something, they didn't feel like it at all.

Chan ordered some food and after they had showered, packed and eaten, they lay in bed together relatively early.

They would have to get up early for the flight, but that doesn't really bother them. They finally wanted to be back home.

Minho also could hardly wait for the three to come back home.

But since he had a visit from Sumi and Jimin, he tried not to let the longing be noticed too much. -which he definitely did not succeed in.

At some point, all three were convinced that it was a good idea to drink alcohol.

And while Minho became more and more sentimental, Sumi and Jimin became more and more funny.

Meanwhile, they sat on the floor, surrounded by Minho's decorative pillows, which the two had used for a pillow fight, while Minho sparkled at them badly.

"I'll turn you into pillows right away if you're not careful!" he grumbled and was about to pounce on Jimin.

"Stop stop! I have a better idea! We're going on a night walk now!" shouted Sumi.

"A night walk? Now?" Minho asked doubtfully.

"Yes! Let's get dressed!!," said Sumi and jumped up.

Jimin and Minho looked at each other doubtfully, but followed her anyway. Even if they knew that Sumi could take good care of herselves, they still wouldn't let her run around outside drunk.

And in fact, the fresh air was good.

They walked along the Han River for quite a while, while they drank their soju and talked.

"Are you going to pick up them tomorrow?"

"No.. I'm already on enough photos and videos anyway. There doesn't have to be the next one where we can be seen hugging and crying at the airport."

Jimin and Sumi nodded understandingly.

"Do we want to go back slowly?" Minho asked at some point, after they had walked next to each other in silence for a while.

"Yeah, it's getting late," Jimin said, yawning.

Arriving back in the apartment, it didn't took long for Sumi and Jimin to say goodbye to Minho.

And again Minho was alone.
