The birds were chirping and the early morning sunlight fell on Nandini's face as she looked out of her cabin's window

He table was messed with files and books, laptop was on, there was a cup of coffee which had left over coffee in it as she leaned and looked at the peaceful morning through her window

If someone see her eyes they would clearly see hurt and anger

Psychology was her second major subject, she wanted to be a counselor but one of her mentor recommended not to as she gets involved in others emotions and that might hamper her emotional state

So she choose to be a a pediatrician after that

Does Manik thinks that she is a fool who won't get the difference in his report, for God sake she was a doctor!

And before every other thing she was his wife a slight change in his body language gave her the idea of his mode, he thought she could be fooled

He was very possessive she knew this fact from the day she meat him, he was different for her and different for others and she loved this fact, this made her know his love for her and her importance in his life

She waited for him to talk to her but he didn't, he is doing something like this there must be a reason she understands but then he has no right to hurt her like this

To be rude to her for no reason, maybe this was a part of his plan for any good damn reason but no he will pay for this and pay for this hard

Her cellphone buzzed making her look inside

"Ha Mukti" she answered the call

"Kaha hai Nandu? Isn't your shift over? You should be home by now" Mukti ranted without any full stop

"I am just leaving in five" Nandini said and hung up packing her things and Manik's reports which she took from Drowning Bose's cabin last night

Last night! He got injured

She remember

She took his reports, her bag and exited her cabin

She entered Dr Bose's cabin and kept Manik's file on it's place then she walked to Manik's room

She saw Cabir sleeping on the small bed, she rearranged his comforter and then turned to Manik who's foreheads had creases

She ruffled his hairs and kissed his forehead, looked at him for good 10 minutes and left his room to get in her cab and leave for Mukti's place

"Sir Malhotra does not remember her" one of his men informed Harshad as he looked at him

"Yes all his reports say he is suffering with retrograde amnesia" the other one seconded

"You are sure?" Harshad asked

"Yes Sir" the first one said

"He was all rude and cold to her" he contiuned

"Shit Manik you survive my accident and also loose your memory" Harshad said fisting his hand

"Sir the police is looking for you" the second man informed

"Get our informers to leave Nandini and concentrate on Manik" he ordered

"The girl is of no use now" he said cursing Manik

"Ok sir" the second one said leaving a message

'Sir Nandini Ma'am is safe but Manik Malhotra is been watched' to one of his senior officer

"Nandu" Mukti hugged her as she reciprocated with her hug

"Thanks for letting me stay here" Nandini said getting in MukBhi's apartment

"Now you will say Thanks and all" Mukti said as they say on the dinning table

"Breakfast my ladies" Abhi said placing their plates in front of them

"Thanks I was  famished " Nandini said taking a bite

"You'll be fine right" Mukti asked her as she got up to leave after breakfast

"Yah you guys go see him" she said

"I will be coming to hospital after lunch" she informed and made way to the guest room, she needed a sleep badly

"Stop sulking Buddy" Druv said looking at Manik who hasn't eaten properly

"Just get her I want to see her ok" Manik cribbed

"And what are we going to say to her?" Cabir asked

"Nanadini ki apke pati pagal ho rahe hai kripya unhe apna darshan de" he mocked as Druv giggled as they heard a nod

"Sir we have been instructed to change the dressing of your hand" she said making him smile but then frown

"No I want the same nurse who did this dressing" he said showing his hand as Cabir and Druv gave him a meaningful look

"I am sorry sir but who did this dressing?" The nurse asked so that she could call the same nurse he was reffering

"I don't know her Yaar but she was on duty last night" he said and shrugged his shoulders

"I am sorry sir but I need to change the dressing" the nurse tried to argue

"Hello listen" Manik said coolly "I will get my dressing done from the same nurse or else no one is doing it" he said stubbornly dismissing her

Nandini entered the hospital and then the lift greeting the staff as she heard some whisper

"God I feel pity for Sister Sarita" one of the nurse said

"Yes bichri pichle doon ghante se uss nurse ko dhund rahi hai jisne Mr Malhotra ki dressing ki hai" the other one said as Nandini looked at them

"What do you mean?" she asked strenly as both the nurse looked at her somewhere scared

"Wo Ma'am, your hus... Mr Malhotra wants the same nurse who dressed his wound last night to do the dressing even now" the first one said

"He is being stubborn and not allowing anyone else to do the dressing" the other one said and the lift pinged open

Fortunately it was the same floor where Manik was sho Nandnini marched to his room

"Dekhiye I will do the dressing from her only" Manik said stubbornly as Druv and Cabir sat relaxed and Aliya and Mukti have him glare

"Aisi koi nurse hai hi nahi" Sister Sarita said "Manine aab se puch hai" she said again but Manik was hell stubborn

"I won't" he declared "Get her or just leave" he yelled

"Sister Sarita" they all heard Nandini who stood at the door

"Yeh tho rahi wo nurse" Manik said as Nandini walked in

Mukti and Aliya looked at Manik with tears in their eyes as Cabir and Druv saw Manik's smirk

Nandini walked in and took the First Aid from Sister Sarita's hand

"She is the age of your mother so check your tone before using it Mr Malhotra" Nandini scoleded him as Fab5 looked at her in shock

"She is been working here since last forty years and much more experienced" she said opening the previos dressing with concentration

"Hey I wasn't troubling her nir disrespecting her" Manik defended himself

"Yes Doctor Nandini he was just being stubborn" Sister Sarita said with a smile, she knew Manik since long, she knew his tone wasn't a disrespecting one

"Aur vaise bhi agar wo tumhe lati tho I won't have been stubborn Miss Nurse" Manik said

"Doctor" Nandini corrected him

"I am a doctor here" she said dressing his wounds not looking at him

"Oh they let kids be doctor here" Manik mocked

"Yeha just like a stubborn kid Ike you is kept out of the Childrens' Ward same way" Nandini mocked back still not looking at him

What they missed was a smile adoring Fab4 and Sister Sarita's face seeing them

"Yeh whatever" he said as Dr Bose entered

"Hey Manik" he said as Manik resiprocrated  with a smile as Nandini was done with the dressing

"Hi Nandini" he greeted

"Hello Doctor Bose" she greeted him back

"I have to go" she smiled

"You will come again won't you Miss Nurse" she heard Manik who was looking at her walking away so she turned

"For the dressing" he said showing his left hand in the air

"It's Doctor again Mr Malhotra and I have lot other important works then this" she said and left crushing his heart..

He was always her priority, he was always important to her

"Dr Malik visited yesterday didn't he?" Dr Bose asked but Manik was to info his world to answer so Cabir answerd for him
