My arm burned with intensity.I tried not to look at it.I leaned up against a tree and closed my eyes.

My breath was shallow from running.I opened my eyes and looked around me.

I was in the denser part of the forest.Everything around me was a buzzing haze.All of a sudden,I hear a twig snap.

My body stiffens.I glance around me.Coming from behind a tree,stood a tall man.

He had shaggy light blonde hair and brown cream coloured eyes.He was just a few years older then me by the looks of it.

I grip my hand on the tree,the other gripping my arm.

"S..stay back,whoever the heck you are."I spat with all my might.Though to be honest,I was the quietest and probably least intimidating person you know.

"I'm not here to hurt you Christy."He spoke with a surprising calm tone.It was higher than I expected coming from a built guy like him.I hissed through my teeth.

"How does everyone know my name?First the crazy werewolf women thing and now you.Who the heck are you?"I shout with a quivering voice.His eyes softened but that didn't change a dang thing for me.

"Heh, werewolf.Guess you are smarter than you look."He laughs quietly to himself.He looks up almost half expecting me to join in.Instead,he sees an average small figure glowering back at him."I'm Luke.The Beta?"I stare at him.He coughs.

"I see you have no idea about anything."He pauses and looks at my arm."You're injured."He starts moving towards me.

"Leave me alone!"I shout.He continues moving towards me.Im paralized with fear to even move.

He reaches out to lightly touch my arm.Thats when everything went wrong.

It was like lightning coursing through my veins.I screamed and fell down.I could just barely see Luke backing away.My body felt like it was on fire.

I could feel my body yet I couldn't.It was like watching from another perspective.

I could definitely feel my body ache and twist,the agonising pain filled my bones.When all of a sudden,it stopped.The memory was still fresh and pain lingered,but it wasn't excruciating.

My eyes slowly opened to the forest I had just seen.Except,it was completely different .Everything was in focus.I could hear birds chirping and bugs singing.

I lifted my muzzle to slightly look around.Wait...muzzle?!Still laying on the grass floor,I slowly lift my head to look at myself.

My heart quickens.There where my body is supposed to be, is a wolf.The body was completely black.It was bigger than any wolf I had ever seen.

How was this possible?My breath fastened to an uneven beat.My mind fuzzed over.At the last few seconds of consciousness,I could hear barking.

Three figures stood a little ways in front of me.Those were the last few things I saw in that forest of the last human thing I knew.
