The rulers were getting worried because for some strange reason, they were losing pupils. So the rulers decided it would be a good idea to call a meeting. It would be hosted in the great ballroom of the winter castle. Each ruler called their most trusted servant/anyone in their kingdom and packed up to head out for an evening.

Parish waited in her castle ballroom for them all to arrive. She invited CeCe to come with her and sit in the meeting.
