For this meditation breathe deeply andslowly repeat the word "one" in your thoughts, not spoken. After a while add the music above.
Do not feel obliged to think or say "one" in time with the music, as its timing varies.
We are not seeking an ecstatic state, but the sense our minds and bodies are one.
Any time in life, whenever you feel stressed or ill at ease, take a moment to employ this technique of giving your full attention to thinking of the word "one" while breathing deeply.
