Meditation 1
For this mantra sit or lie in acomfortable position. Breath naturally through your nose, or mouth if nose breathing is difficult. Think or say to yourself once only the words of Mantra 1.
Mantra 1:
"I am connected through my breath with all beings who seek the good."
Now play the musical meditation click on the picture above as you continue relaxed breathing. Negative feelings may try to compete for attention. I f they do gently brush them aside and repeat the mantra.
Try to keep your attention on your breath throughout.
