I was excited to meet up with my friends again, school had just ended a little less than a week ago. Me and the guys had decided to get out of town for the summer, a little vacation for the six of us. I haven't seen them in forever though. I haven't even talked to Kristian since we had a fight a few summers ago, Ken had moved out of state, I barely ever talk to Hunter or Jaden anymore, but I maintained connection with Andrew. I would talk to Andrew all the time, we were the best of friends I guess. The thought of hanging out with my friends all summer filled me with joy, but something did feel a little off. I'm not exactly sure what, but I felt strange. I just shook it off and kept driving. The closer I got to the cabin Kristian's parents owned at the edge of a forest a few towns over, the feeling of worry and sorrow just got worse. When I pulled up to the cabin, I quickly got out of the car and ran to the nearest bush as I started to vomit. I didn't even feel sick seconds before, the putrid odor of my vomit flowing to my nostrils. The smell making me feel worse. "Derrik?" I heard a voice call out to me. I wiped the disgusting fluid from my mouth before turning around to face Kristian. He had his arms crossed as his blond hair fell over his eye. I waved awkwardly in hopes that he didn't see me just release the contents of my stomach onto his greenery. He started speaking to me, but I couldn't hear him, I felt as if I was going to faint. A few other guys came out of the cabin, I think. I saw four blury blobs come out as the blob that was Kristian started yelling out. I held my head as the pain got worse. My vision had alreay slipped into nothing but colored blobs, I couldn't tell who anyone was, they all started getting closer to me. Then I suddenly dropped, blacking out completely.
