The corporate world has an ugly side!!!

I have never had a clearer view of just how ugly the corporate world can be!!!

Greedy!!!

Rigid!!!

Inconsiderate!!!

Profit mongering!!!

Penny grabbing inadequate, profit mongering, inconsiderate, rigid, greedy bastards!!!

I have been victimized yet again...

By the service providers that I have to or choose to depend on to be a part of the human machine that churns and grinds out those shinny pennies that the corporate world so loves to hoard!!!

My offer of evidence of just how ugly the corporate world has become is here...

I paid my bill...

Which the rate of was established and set by my provider...

Only to have my much relied upon service suspended!!!

If a mistake was made and there were more charges necessary, suspension of my service should not have been a corporate option as I had paid the amount set forth and established by my so depended upon provider!!!

To my dismay...

After rendering the demanded payment for services only two days prior...

I awoke to no service!!!

I felt violated!!!

I felt robbed!!!

I felt taken advantage of!!!

So I called to inquire as to how I could be now without service(???)...

The corporate representative was Ooo Sooo nice...

The dependable corporate representative informed me that my services were suspended for nonpayment...

Incensed!!!

I objected!!!

I have just made a payment!!!

The dependable, reliable corporate representative said I'll have a look...

As I waited patiently my blood began to boil!!!

Just then the nice person on the other end said "Sir, yes I see. You paid on your account and we thank you for that...

She continued, "I see that you also made a purchase and upgraded your account. And we thank you for that...

Then said " And yes, I see that your account is also now delinquent "...

How can that be, I asked suppressing my rage!!!

The response came back, " Sir your account is still delinquent, hence your service interruption. The amount outstanding is .47 cent"...
