Title: Sleep Apnoea

Silent but deadly oxygen deprivation, the

Lungs are working, but

Each breath is suppressed.

Exerting undesirable stress and

Pressure on an already ailing heart.

After years it remained undiagnosed.

Presenting as one thing or another, that led to countless.

Nights without the priceless gift of rem sleep.

One slowly loses the ability to think and the memory fades.

Exhibiting symptoms of a stroke is common.

Access to a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure machine was my salvation.
