"Come on Bobbie, Annabel, The water is so fun! We have to forget about that Beastly Katie and have some fun!" Daffy says, splashing Annabel with water. "Eeeek!!!" Annabel squeals. "Daffy you absolute beast, I will get you for that!" Annabel says, giving Daffy a splash. They all squeal and splash each other for awhile. "So Annabel, are you pumped to be head girl?" Daffy asks. "Why im simply pumped, I could barely sleep!" Annabel says, giggling. "Your mums beckoning us, lets go!" Bobbie says excitedly. The three girls run over to Mrs. Hope laughing. "The picnic is set up, Enjoy!" The girls munch on cold ham and some crunchy peas and tell stories about there old schools. "The girls at my old school used to take money from the shrimps and the girls who they didn't like or where low in there form." Bobbie explains. "Thats beastly! Did they ever do it to you?" Annabel asks. 

"Not really but some of the older girls did take a few pounds from me when I was a wee first former." Bobbie says sadly. "Thats really horrid, but you know what is not horrid, these delicious peas." Says Annabel, stuffing her mouth with peas sending the girls into fits of laughter. Katie watched this whole affair thick with jealousy but once she proved who the sneak was, the girls would trust her again, right? First Katie had to think of a way to lure in the sneak, Katie was not anything special so she could not bait the sneak with something she had and she could not bait the sneak with Ivy because she was sick. Oh what shall I do? Thought Katie, quite unsure. Then an Idea popped into her head. Katie stepped out of behind her tree and walked up to Edith. "Hallo Edith, I was wondering if you could do me a favor." "Anytime. Im very sorry the form sent you to coventry, I don't think you the sneak. What is it?" Edith replies. "Katie whispers her idea into Edith's ear. "Thats a little far fetched but I shall try it out, for you." Edith solemnly walked over by the third form north tower girls and started talking. 

"Im simply pumped for the swimming gala this week, The games captain told me she was sure I could win." Katie hid behind a tree so knowone would notice her and think she did not overhear the conversation. "Good for you." Daffy says drily. Edith promptly walks off, a grin on her face. After half term fun, the form decides to practice some swimming to prepare for the gala. "Ahhhh!" Exclaims Edith as she trips over a pair of swimming trunks. "What beastly person leaves swim trunks lying on the ground." Edith yells, full of anger. "I'll put them away." Says Katie, picking up the swim trunks and walking away. "Oh no, my ankle is twisted, now I cannot swim at the gala!" Edith says, tears glistening in her eyes. "Yes, you can play." Says Katie as she returns. No one pays attention. "I know who the sneak is!" Katie says triumphantly. "Yeah, you." Daffy says, glaring at Katie. "No, its... Annabel." Katie says grinning. "No its not!" Daffy says, eyes boring into Katie's. "First of all, Annabel knew that Bobbie came up with the trick, second of all, she was looking threw Ivy's papers so she was there to, and finally, these are her swim trunks." Katie says. "That could just be a coincidence." "Honestly Daffy, who benefits from all of this?" Katie says, exasperated. "Um." Daffy stutters. "Annabel! She becomes deputy, She becomes head girl, She knocks down her biggest swim competition! Its obvious." Everyone gasps, it was quite obvious. "I- Well- but." Annabel stutters but Katie heard enough. "Your a beast, you let them send me to coventry, you befriended everyone all for your own benefit, I would not be surprised if you where expelled." "I simply don't care, anyway Mrs. Peters will believe that you lot just hated me because I was head girl and you all wanted to be, after all im head girl, Mrs. Peters ought to believe me." Annabel says snootily. "How could you, I have been just beastly to Katie and ever so nice to you and your just a mean back stabbing pig!" Cried Daffy. Annabel turned a little red. "Don't be rude to Annabel, im sure Katie is the sneak!" Dolly says, standing up for Annabel. "Shut Up!" All the girls say, yelling at Dolly. Dolly crinkles up her face like she's about to cry and Daffy says "Oh please, she just wants pity." Eva walks over to comfort Dolly. "I think Annabel is a awful beastly sneak but that doesn't give any of them right to be beastly to you." Eva says to Dolly. "Well Eva, did you know Dolly invited me to half term before you." Annabel says snootily. Eva gives a gasp and tears well up in her eyes. 

"I- I was going to invite both of you." Dolly says trying to stop her friend from not worshipping her. "Your supposed to be my friend, I was supposed to show that beastly Cammi Blyton that I could make friends, that I could make grand friends!" Eva says, glaring at the form. "Why your just as bad as Annabel, and if this does not prove to you that Annabel is the sneak, nothing will. Annabel said, Im so excited to Be head girl, I could hardly sleep, she could not possibly have a hard time sleeping with excitement for she was told that she was to be head girl today." Edith explains. Dolly gasps with realization and takes a step away from Annabel. Eva smiles happily but Dolly just takes a step away from her. "Dolly!" Eva exclaims "Your still my friend!" "Im sorry Eva dear but I like my friends genuine." Dolly says and with that, walks over to Katie and gives a sweet smile. "Its a shame Edith can't play." Annabel says slyly. Edith bursts out laughing and Katie says "Oh no, she faked it, Edith was the bait and you really tried to get the bait of the hook didn't you?" Annabel turns an unpleasant shade of pink as the girls laugh at her. Slowly the girls file out, chatting about the chain of events and all whose left is Katie, Daffy, Bobbie and Annabel. 

"Bobbie, can I talk to Katie in private?" Daffy asks. Bobbie nods and walks away. "Leave." Daffy says coldly to Annabel. "Fine, but you will regret if you report me, oh you will regret it." Annabel says slyly and stalks of. "Im ever so sorry it did not trust you, you were jealous of Bobbie and me and you got kind of beastly, I thought that caused you to want revenge on me and Bobbie, but I trust you know." Daffy says. "I forgive you but sadly, im not sure how much I trust you." Katie says sadly. "Fair enough, I hope we can rebuild are friendship." Daffy says smiling. "So do I." Katie says. And the two walk out, arm in arm.
