Soon they arrived at Alec's apartment, if it wasn't for Alec's good memory on the streets of New York, they would have lost. Then, there they stood in front of the buildings. Its brick red and it has 4 floor. Alec's is on the 2nd floor which basically the third floor. The higher it's the more cheaper cause its not a penthouse but regular apartment. That made Izzy more worried since later if Alec's tummy started growing how will he be carrying himself up to the third floor but Izzy's concern doesn't bother Alec much since he will be away from his hateful father. He's way more happy to get out from the house without any help from his ex boyfriend even. Then Alec took Jace and Izzy to his new apartment. They went up the stairs and heard noises like baby's crying, people arguing and kids running. The apartment is not so great but it makes Alec's happy so it all that matter. But Jace is making weird faces and refused for his brother to stay there. "Alec I can find you a more decent apartment than this please lets just get out from here and stay at hotel." Jace mentioned making Alec rolling his eyeball. "I can't stay at the hotel all the time Jace. I need to stay at one place somehow. This is enough for me and my babies. Plus it's only temporary. I hope." He mentioned thinking that he forgot to tell Jace the whole story, making Izzy looked at him with an angry look. She wishes she could reacted out so Alec would tell Jace but she realized its not her place and Alec need more time for it. Izzy was leading the walk up the stairs and was talking to Jace, she noticed when they reached the second floor Alec still at the floor below them holding on his stomach while leaning on the staircase. "Alec?" She climbed down to her brother pushing Jace out of her way. She held his shoulder while rubbing his back. "Are you okay?" Jace came forward after Izzy. Alec was gonna say he is but he knows he cant lie, he tried to stand straight but his tummy hurts so much. Jace noticed how his brother became so pale and he saw how Alec's crooked his eyebrow in pain. Then he started putting Alec's arm on his shoulder and and under his knees and carried him. Alec didn't fight back or asked to put him down he just wrapped his one arm around his brother's neck and laid his head on Jace's shoulder. He breathed out heavily and Jace can feel his brother trying to holds the pain in. "Alec we should go to the hospital, I can't see you like this." He said while walking up the stairs. Izzy followed behind him and grabbed the keys from Alec's hand. Luckily on the key there's a house number on it, so they don't have to asked Alec and sure enough he won't answer it. When she unlocked the door with the key, they entered, the house is not well furnished. The hall is empty only with a set of couch on it. She bet Alec bought it before he moved in. Jace walked in and carried Alec to the bedroom. Luckily Alec bought the bed otherwise he'll be sleeping on the couch. The bed is silky blue and nothing much in that room except the wardrobe by the corner fit. He laid Alec down and covered his body with the blanket. Izzy went to the bathroom, she wanted to get some towels to wash Alecs face but she couldn't find anything. So, she went back to Alec's room, she saw Jace by Alec's side rubbing his back. Alec is now lying on his side clutching on his tummy, knees to his chest. "Alec? Are you okay? Lets go to the hospital okay? I will call Caterina to help us." She said as she was kneeling by his side, she stood up wants to take her phone when Alec suddenly grabbed her arm and stopped her. "No! Izzy I'm okay, I'll be fine. Its just a sore after dad - " he tried to finished but he couldn't and Alec knows how a bad liar he was but the last thing he want was going to the hospital. " I'll sleep it off, it'll be alright in the morning. You guys should head home and rest. Jace you got work in the morning, Izzy you got classes remember?" They both sighed looking at his elder brother still worrying about their being. "Alec I will stay here tonight if you don't mind. I don't think I can faced dad at the moment." Izzy respond. "Yeah me too." Jace added. "Guys I love having you around but I don't want mum to be alone with him, she must be depressed by now seeing her family falling apart because of me." Alec said with a weak look. "Just for tonight, tomorrow we promised to go home alright?" Izzy making a bargain with his brother. Ever since they were a kid they always listened to Alec and for once they want to make sure he is alright considering what happened. Alec nodded and let his head rested back on the pillow with his hand on his tummy, rubbing it and then fall asleep. They both went out from the room, closed it before they entered the living room. "You take the couch I'll sleep on the floor Izz." Jace said and Izzy couldn't help feeling guilty making Jace sleeping on the floor. "Jace if you want you can go home, I will look after Alec. I promised to keep you updated." Jace looked at Izz and shook his head, "Na-ah, I'm not leaving Alec and you cant make me." Izzy smiled at Jace's reaction and couldn't help but hug him. "Thank you." Then she went to the couch resting her head on her arm and sighed deeply. She could never guess how this day turned. From the morning they woke up and now Alec being kicked out from his own family again for the second time. Granted that the first time it was his own request but considering the situation he should be with his family the most and no matter what she will never leave his brother again. Soon she fall asleep in tiredness.

It's morning when Izzy woke up feeling the sun on her face and noticed Alec's window at the balcony was a bit apart. She woke up and noticed Jace wasn't by her side but then she heard someone in the bathroom because she could hear the tap water running. Then she heard silenced and Jace came out after that. "Morning Izz, sorry I woke up early, I forgot I have a meeting today with dad at 9AM" Jace said while rubbing his eyes. "I need to go home and get ready, you want me to drop you off before you go to class?" Izzy shook her head and get up from the couches. Then she peeked through Alec's room noticing he is still asleep but now he is on his back. Then she went back to Jace at the living room holding the car key. She looked at her phone and realized it's already 0830AM. She knows Jace in hurry and she doesn't want to delay him any further. "I'm not going to class today, I will come home tonight. I want to stay with Alec." Jace looked at his sister and stood up. "Alec will kill you if he finds out that you skipped class today." He knows how Alec hates they neglected their education or work on his behalf. "He won't, cause I'm gonna take care of him. Just for today then I promised to go home tonight." She added making Jace sighed and then put his arm on air sighing cause he know he cant convince Izzy on anything. Once she made up her mind she is determined. She kissed him on his cheek and pushed him to the door. "You go to work and don't worry about us. I'll call you if anything okay." Jace nodded and took his leave letting Izzy closing the door behind him. Then she went back and headed to the bathroom brushing her teeth. Luckily for her she managed to grab few of the toiletries for her and Alec before they left the house. Then she put everything on the bathroom counter letting Alec used it after he woke up. Then it reminds her, Alec hasn't waking up yet. She then finished off her routine and went to Alec's room. She sat by the side of the bed and rubbed Alec's hand which one on his side and one on the chest. He blinked few times before he opened it slowly and turned his head to Izzy. Alec is always a light sleeper and easy to wake up, that's why he can just awake by Izzy's touch. He saw Izzy sat beside him and turned back his head looking up to the ceiling. He licked his lower lips dry and swallowed hard, he felt metal in his throat and making him nauseated. "Izzy you should be ready for class. Has Jace left yet?" Izzy nodded, "I don't have class today plus one day wont hurt. I promised I go home tonight. Please let me stay and take care of you." Izzy looked at Alec with a puppy eyes and pout her lips making Alec couldn't resist her. He never could resist the look and causing him to chuckle a little and nodded. He wanted to go to bathroom so he slowly get up and with Izzy help he managed to sit on the bedside. He clutching his tummy and Izzy kneeling in front of him, holding his cheek with her palm. "Are you okay?" He nodded again with the lies. He stood up and Izzy hold him with both of her hands not letting his fall. He closed his eyes while he stand before he walked to prevent him from feeling dizzy. "I'm okay Izz, I just use the bathroom first okay." He said letting Izzy's hand go. Then he went to the bathroom closing the door after. He smiled looking at the counter filled with Izzy's stuff. How can this woman managed to bring all of this and already making a mess in his house. Its only one night and she already filling up the house, imagine if a week. Alec smiled and shook his head. Then suddenly he noticed a sharp pain on his lower abdomen making him gasped and clutched it with his hand. he stood by the sink holding it with one hand. The pain is not like what he experienced last night. The pain is coming like someone stabbed you with knife, released it and then again stabbing him. He could feel the pain from his abdomen going to the back and to his legs. He breathed in and out slowly and rubbing his tummy. "It's okay guys, we're safe now. I wont let anyone hurt you anymore." He said looking down to his tummy and felt it stopped a while. No more pain and he smiled, finishing his routine. Then he went out finding Izzy on the bed looking at her phone. "you can go out with Simon if you want Izz." He surprised her and she turned around finding Alec standing behind her. "So? What is your plan today? Shopping?" Izzy mentioned hoping his brother would considered going for shopping with her since its impossible to get Alec shopping for clothes but for household maybe he will agree to it. Alec rolled his eyes hating the idea but then suddenly it hits him again. The pain came back this time it was too painful making Alec kneeled on the floor clutching on his tummy. He couldn't breathe and all he could do is screamed in pain making Izzy run towards him and held his body against her. "Arrgghhhh, Izzy what's wrong?" Alec cried through his pain and holding his tummy but this time it was his lower tummy. "The babies, Izzy!" Alec shouted. "Shh, Alec its gonna be okay, lets get you to the bed okay, I will called someone for help." She said while helping his brother up. He could barely lift himself and Izzy barely could lift him, but he managed to hold on the side of the bed and crawled on top of it. He lay on his side with knees to his chest. His body tossed and turned and his toes curled up in pain. Izzy grabbed her phone and dialed Jace's number. It rings and rings but nobody picked up. "Shit! Alec Jace is in the meeting. I don't think he has his phone with him." Alec couldn't reply through his pain but he could only scream making Izzy panicked. "Alec I don't know what's your address and I can't call the ambulance without telling them your address." She is so stress hearing Alec's scream and sweating through his body. He couldn't reply to what she said and he couldn't focused on anything unless his babies is alright. She tried to call Simon but it went to voicemail so she called Catarina. She wanted to smashed her phone to the ground since no one picking up her call. Literally nobody is available at the moment making her more worried since Alec's face is pale and his breathing so heavily then getting more weak. She grabbed her hair with both of her hands and pacing around the room then she made a decision. The decision that will made Alec hate her for eternity but at least worth the shot and also it could save Alec. She dialed the number and listen to the rang hesitantly. After a few rings then someone pick up. "Whoever it is decided to call me at this fucking hour better be important!" Izzy held her breath and couldn't speak any words. Alec was quiet now, but his face is so pale and he is like sleeping with nightmare, head turned side to side with his hand still on his stomach. "Speak!" the voice shouted making Izzy surprise and gasped. "Magnus?" Then they both silent. "Isabelle? Is everything okay?" Magnus knows Izzy for years and even before he knew Alec because of Simon. He even introduce Simon to her. She is close like his sister and after their broke up she hasn't had any chance to talk to him. "Magnus I need your help. Its Alec." That words hits him like a knife in his heart. "What's going on? What happened to him" Izzy knew Magnus still cares for his brother. There is no way he could just forget him like that. "Something's wrong, we're at Alec's apartment but I don't know where is the address. I wanted to call an ambulance but I don't know what is the address." Izzy knows she is little low on technology and mostly Simon was the genius one. "What do you mean ambulance? Izzy what's going on? Just opened your phone and go to location and -" Magnus wants to continued more but then he heard the voice through the phone screaming then he heard Izzy shouting Alec's name. "Izzy! Isabelle!" He shouted but noticed that maybe Izzy dropped her phone and went to Alec, he cursed in his mind thinking only one person. So he decide to traced Alec's phone. Yeah he did it when Alec and his was dating. He had Alec's phone in trace for location so he knew Alec is not in trouble especially he is the omega and everyone wants him as their omega. He traced his phone for Alec and found the location is not that far, only 10mins car ride and he grabbed his keys and left the apartment without realizing he is still in his sweatpants and his white shirt that Alec loves so much.
