Bruce's POV

I am walking in the Batcave. I sit down and put my hands on my face. I hear Alfred walking in.

Alfred: He on your mind again?

I look at him.

Bruce: He's always been on my mind. Ever since the day my parents were killed.

Alfred looks down.

Alfred: I should've known. I should've known from a L/N. Y/N is just like his mother... crazy.

Bruce: Since that day when he came to Wayne Manor... when he tried to make me laugh, when he put his fingers in my mouth to make me smile. I've always feared him. I never moved because I was paralyzed with fear.

Alfred: Good thing I was there to get you away from him.

Bruce: And he started the movement that killed my parents when dad was running for mayor.

Alfred: And this is why you decided to become Batman?

Bruce: Yes, to get revenge on him, and stop something like this from happening again.

Alfred: Y/N L/N hasn't been seen in a long time. Who knows if he's still out there?

Bruce: When he pops back out, I'll find him...
