OK guys Cole here. So I'm doing a Christmas story early becuz where i am its likely that by Christmas my fingers will have frozen and fallen off so might as well do it now.

Magnus POV

Ah Christmas! Its good I guess. Except for when you freak out over what to get someone. All my friends knew this and they felt the same. So we had an idea.

We all went to Marco's, our newest Einherji, room. I walked in and Alex was right beside me clinging to my arm. Oh my gods she is so adorable sometimes.

We sat down. Well I did, Alex sat down beside me and put her head in my lap while I played with her hair. Marco saw this, and being a daughter of the goddess of love she smiles at this.

Eventually everyone walked in. Two at a time. Half-Born and Mallory then Tj and Yvette, Nemexa and Josh. Everyone sat down. Before Yvette sat down she walked over to Marco and gave he-....him a hug. Marco had definitely changed gender since we got here.

Yvette walked over to Tj gave him a quick kiss and lay down in his lap. Half-Born and Mallory sat beside each other and held each others hands. Nemexa just sat down beside Josh.

Marco clapped her hands to tell us her idea for the Christmas idea. "Secret Santa!" Marco yelled. We all nodded at this. "We all write our names down on a piece of paper, then we all drop the paper in a bag." He said. "Then we grab a paper and buy the person we got a present". We nodded

We all wrote our names down and dropped them in the bag. Then we picked the names. Mallory got hers and smirked. Half-Born scowled at his, Tj smiled at his, Yvette simply looked at hers. When Marco got his he looked terrified. When Alex got his, Yeah he changed genders earlier, he scowled with an exact replica of Half-Born's. Josh got his and cussed under his breath. Then I grabbed mine.

Josh son of Loki.

I was pretty sure my face paled. I didn't know much about Josh, I knew he died fighting a giant. He seemed like a nice guy. Then an idea hit me like a brick (Percy Jackson reference!!).

Christmas day time to reveal the gifts. Mallory had gotten Nemexa. Mallory got her new knives. Nemexa had gotten Yvette. She got her a new sword. Marco had gotten Tj a new bayonet. Tj had gotten Marco a new blue and red hoodie. Half-born got Alex a rock. Alex got Half-Born a rock. Yvette got Mallory a new game system. Then it was just me and Josh.

Josh pulled out a shiny battle axe. I looked at and grinned. Jack always said practice battles were beneath him, so a new weapon was useful. I pulled out what looked like a cane. Josh saw this and scowled."I'm not 50 dude." He said.

"I know that" I said. I held the cane by the handle and pulled out the handle. The handle came off with the sound of a sword being unsheathed. Below the handle it was a sharp silver blade. "Merry Christmas" I said as his said lit up.
