Diana's POV

"I-I have to go get some air." I stood up and walked to the front door, Luca gripped my hand which prevented me from moving away from any further.

"Diana, let's talk about this." My heart pounded and my mind whirled endlessly. Luca quickly stood next to me and kissed my forehead, rubbing my back as he tried to relieve some stress.

"Diana, it's just we've been here for a long time. We will come to visit every month, as a group! Please listen. I'm sorry, but I DON'T want Mia to grow up in this kind of environment," I breathed heavily as Hayden talked about the little baby. I bit on both of my lips and closed my eyes, nodding in agreement.

"Okay."

"Okay?" Hayden asked.

There was no way I could force them to stay, but something was telling me in my gut, that I shouldn't let them leave. But how could I convince them? How could I tell them that our Pack was the safest place for them?

"Darling, I could send a warrior with them back home, keep them safe until they arrive." I hugged Luca and buried my face near his collarbone. I inhaled his scent which helped me calm down a little bit.

He moved the hair out of my face and left his lips lingering on the side of my head. Hayden came next to me and looked me straight in the eyes.

"We love you so much, but our time here is up. I'm not worried about leaving you here because," he glanced at Luca, who held me in his protective arms. "I know Alpha will take care of you. Remember we will always be here for you, and come to visit whenever you want."

I gave him a small smile and then a quick nod.

"Alright. Start packing and I'll get your rides ready. You all will leave tomorrow morning." Hayden folded his hands together and gave me a look of 'thanks'. I rested my chin on Luca's chest and gazed at his beauty for a moment before speaking.

"Luca?" His green orbs melted into mine, making my heart stop for a few seconds.

"Yes, my love?" His raspy voice whispered. I licked my lips and tilted my head to the side.

"May I request who I want to have to take my group back home?" He stayed silent for a moment and swallowed his spit slowly. His Adam's apple shifted up and down in a split second.

"Who did you have in mind?" I only assumed what his reaction was going to be because the only other werewolf I could trust is someone close to our hearts.

"I was thinking...maybe Blake?"

"Uh, no."

"But-"

"No Diana." I blew some air out of my mouth and furrowed my eyebrows together.

"I could do it." I turned my head and saw James standing with Lena, hand in hand with Alpha Derek. Wait he was still here? When did they get here?

"Um, Alpha Derek. What are you still doing here if you don't mind me asking?" His head jolted up from his phone and he laughed awkwardly.

"I-I can we talk in a second...alone Luna Queen?" Me? He wanted to speak to me...alone. I mean there was no way I could have said no, as he was an Alpha himself, and that would just be disrespectful.

"Sure," I replied before talking to James again.

Hayden and Jade left to tell everyone about packing and getting ready to head out, ready to go back to where they all had come from.

"Are you really wanting to take that risk?"

"Of course Luna. Lena and I will go together and we will be back as soon as they are there. " It wasn't a bad idea. I mean I did trust James, he keeps our pack safe, he trains all of our warriors.

"Sounds great! Luca, what do you think babe?" He rolled his eyes and mumbled a 'yes'. I grinned and kissed his nose, happy to know that he was okay with his Gamma taking my group back.

"Perfect!"

"Alright Darling, I have to go prepare for Theo. I will be in my office, do you need anything before I leave?" I shook my head and connected his lips with mine, smiling through it.

"I love you, don't do anything stupid."

"Same goes for you, Luca. I love you too."

He left me alone with Alpha Derek and my Gammas. I folded my arms and made my way to Alpha Derek.

"What was it that you needed to talk about Alpha Derek?" I waved off Lena and James, leaving both of us alone in the middle of the living room.

He looked around, hoping to know that we were completely alone until finally telling me what was happening.

"Luna Queen, please be careful. Alpha King isn't who you think he is, there are so many things you don't know about him, and he will do something that will get the both of you in trouble. Just, please be careful."

Okay, here we go again. What was wrong with Luca? What could he have done that two Alpha's have warned me about, including his own brother?

"Why does everyone keep telling me that? What is it about him that I need to worry about? Would you be awfully kind enough to tell me because I would love to know!" Alpha Derek's mouth gaped open and he started moving his mouth, wanting to find something to say.

"I have to go." No way, I couldn't be left without answers.

"Wait what? You're seriously going to tell me that something is wrong with your Alpha King, my MATE then leave as nothing happened?"

I followed him to the front door watching him leave without another word. I sighed in frustration and began walking upstairs to Luca and I's room.

There was so much still happening, my head was pounding from all of it. I flopped onto the bed just thinking over everything, all the struggles, and hardship that my mate goes through every day, yet everyone keeps saying something is wrong with him.

My group, how they were wanting to leave without a second thought.

So, this is what a Luna Queen feels like.

Luca's POV

-30 minutes later-

"How is this going to work Alpha? It seems quite impossible if you ask me." Blake spoke. I tossed my pen onto the desk and rubbed my face with my hands.

"I'm getting a major headache. We will finish this conversation in a bit." He soon left me alone in my office.

I decided to go and find Diana, wanting to hold her and feel the warmth of her body meet mine. My feet tapped on the wood flooring as I made my way to our room, smelling her strong scent. I creaked the door open and saw her gorgeous figure laying peacefully on the bed.

A smile formed on my lips and I made my way to her. Diana's eyes opened a little and she glared at me in confusion, realizing it was me. She patted the bed, wanting me to come and lay with her.

Without any question, my feet wandered to the side of the bed and I covered myself with the large white sheets, pulling Diana close to me.

She gave me a small smile and snuggled into me, grabbing a hold on my hand.

"Luca?" I closed my eyes with content as my name rolled off of her tongue.

"Hmm?" She started tapping her fingers on my stomach, leaving a jittery feeling to subside afterward. She was nervous.

"Uh, never mind." I chuckled and pushed my cheek against her hair. She rested a leg on me and got comfortable, getting ready to head back to sleep.

"I love you. Rest, I'll wake you up once it's time for dinner." She obliged in an instant and dosed off.

How did I get so lucky to have someone like her?

Monica's POV

Shit. Shit. Shit.

I pulled on the ends of my hair, freaking out as the test came back positive. The palms of my hands started to sweat and I started to have a panic attack in the bathroom. Okay Monica, breathe in and out, in and out. Crap now I'm craving a cheeseburger from In and Out.

I held onto the door handle and opened it shakily, trying to find anyone but Blake to speak too. There in his infamous glory, Alex stood, watching a soccer game on the side of the railing.

"Psst, Alex!" I harshly whispered, hoping that he would hear me. He turned his head to the other side, away from me, and shook off the feeling. I rolled my eyes and slapped my forehead in annoyance.

"Alex," I spoke louder. He finally turned his head to me and raised an eyebrow. I scoffed and waved him over, hoping he wouldn't ask too many questions. Alex walked over to me and of course, asked a question.

"Monica, what's wrong?" I dragged him into the bathroom and slammed the door shut, locking it behind the both of us. He raised both hands and had wide eyes, confused out of his mind.

"Okay, what the hell did I do?"

"Shut up Alex, you didn't do anything. I'm kind of in a deep pickle right now. So when two people love each other very much they tend to show it is very physical-" He shoved fingers in both his ears and squeezed his eyes shut.

"Okay, Monica! I know what sex is and I don't want to have another one of these talks!" I moved his arms to his side and grabbed onto his shoulders, shaking him a bit.

"I'm pregnant." He stared at me without any expression, then gave me a grim smile.

"You're kidding right?" I just stared right back, waiting for the big news to hit him. After a second, he covered his mouth and embraced me tightly.

"Monica that's amazing! I-I'm going to be an uncle! AGAIN!" The thought made my heart warm slightly, feeling happy knowing I wasn't the only one excited about it.

"Shhh! You can't tell anyone about this yet, ESPECIALLY Blake."

"Why not?"

"Because, he's already super stressed out, and this would make him feel even more stressed. I'll tell him when I know he will be ready." Alex folded his arms and scoffed.

"What?" His next words made me think about the entire idea I had planned in the back of my head a few minutes ago.

"Monica, there is never going to be a perfect time. Luca and Diana are always going to be busy and so is Blake, it's just what comes with being the biggest pack, like, ever. Now that Theo is in charge of a neighboring pack, it might be the last time you can ever even say an 'I love you' to Blake."

Wow, how long has he kept that brewing?

"Make his moments precious and let him have something to look forward to, a future, a child because we never know when all that can be taken away from us."

"How long have you been thinking about that?" He laughed and gave me another hug, making his way to the door. I was left alone in the bathroom, trying to figure out a way to tell Blake that he was going to be a dad.

Maybe I could tell Alpha? He would be able to help me find a way to tell him. Yeah, that sounds good.

I grabbed the test and put it in my back pocket, washing my hands. I walked across the hall to Alpha's room and gave it a loud knock, hoping he would answer.

"Come in!" A muffled voice spoke.  I opened the door and saw Alpha lying on his bed with Luna sleeping peacefully next to him. Alpha saw me and smiled a little, asking me what I needed.

"Hey Mon, something you need?" I nodded and trotted towards Alpha, fidgeting with my fingers and tapping my foot.

"I-I need your help with something. It's really important."

"Okay..."

"So, Alpha you...are going to be an..." He moved his head forward, waiting to hear the rest of the sentence.

"An?"

"Uncle."

"What!?!" He tried sitting up but couldn't because of Diana.

"Have you told Blake yet?" I placed a loose strand of hair behind my ear, answering his question.

"That's what I need your help with."

From Diana's group heading back home, Monica being pregnant, and Luca meeting with Theo for peace. Will things go the way they were planned or will everything become worse? Much Love!
