I go to Marinette's place.  I ring the doorbell.  I feel nervous.

      I smile as Marinette opens the door for me.

    "Hi, Marinette."

     "Luka, where have you been?"

     "Babe, chill."

     "I have not seen you in weeks."

      I notice she stands there with a very annoyed expression.

     I should have brought flowers. 

     "Luka, I repeat, I have not seen you in weeks. I tried to contact you, but your boss said you were busy.  What is going on, Luka?"   

       "It is nothing."

     Marinette shakes her head.  

        "Oh, it is something. You are keeping secrets from me. I thought we promised we would not keep secrets from one another.  Is it another girl?"

        "Marinette,  I swear, there is no other girl."

      "Oh, then, explain this, will ya?"  She shoves a photo towards me.       

         I look at the photo.

       I turn beet red. I know I am in trouble, yep.

      "Marinette, I can explain." 

     "Then, explain away, Luka." She stands there with her hands on her hips.

    I can tell she is angry.

    "Marinette, I am a spy.  It was part of my undercover mission."

    Marinette laughs. It was the response I expected from my finance.

        "What?  Are You Kidding Me?"

        "I am serious."

         I hear her gasp.
