Chapter 29
Chapter 29;
Bells
Today was a big day. Bells dinging up high, birds chirping high above and the beautiful pink petals being whooshed down onto the ground. Taehyung picked one up and smiled down at it, turning to the person next to him and blowing it gently onto his face. Yoongi chuckled and grabbed it before it could land on his face. Taehyung pouted but soon giggled when Yoongi set it on top of his hair, where some other petals were. They were surrounded by Cherry Blossom trees, Jin's favourite.
Taehyung sighed as he stared straight ahead, clearly nervous. Yoongi tilted his head and looked at the younger.
"What's wrong baby?" although it's been a couple of months since the two have officially been going out Taehyung still gets flustered when Yoongi calls him such endearments. They consist of; babe, baby, love, honey, and baby boy. Taehyung always gets flustered and he doesn't even know why. Yoongi only uses baby boy during their.. intimate times but some times it slips when they are around their friends.
"Wow.. three months, you guys are doing good. But make sure not to pull any more of that shit, okay Yoongi?" Namjoon glared at the end, looking at Yoongi. Yoongi smiled sheepishly and nodded. They invited their group of friends because it was Yoongi's birthday. He never really liked celebrating his birthday, but Taehyung insisted and Yoongi couldn't say no to his pouting face.
Yoongi sat next to Hoseok, who kept patting his head. Yoongi rolled his eyes when he felt the hand form into a fist and swiftly moved away, knowing Hoseok was about to give him a noogie. If there was one thing Yoongi hated besides hurting Taehyung, it was noogie's. And Hoseok knows that. Yoongi glared playfully at Hoseok and called for Taehyung who was helping Jin cook in the kitchen.
"Hey, baby boy, can you help me with something?" Yoongi said, the endearment slipping out. Yoongi didn't even notice it before he heard a plate crash onto the floor in the kitchen. He looked up from his phone and looked at the group confusingly before a red-faced Jin and Taehyung stepped out of the kitchen. One was from anger and the other from embarrassment.
"What did you call my baby!?" Jin yelled, going up to smack Yoongi only to be pulled back by Namjoon. Yoongi looked at Taehyung, still confused. Taehyung cleared his throat.
"You called me... baby boy, Hyung." Taehyung's voice got quieter and quieter as he continued his sentence. Yoongi blushed and chuckled shyly before getting up.
"I'm sorry, baby," he said, before dashing into the bathroom. The group watched as Taehyung slip back into the kitchen, and then they saw how a still furious Jin runs towards the bathroom.
"You mother fucker - get back here!!"
Taehyung still laughs at the memory. Yoongi still grimaces at it. Jin hit him with a wooden spoon too many times Yoongi bled. Taehyung finally stopped screaming at Jin to stop and finally pulled him back. Taehyung looked so furious that Jin actually got scared. He's never seen Taehyung be like that.
But they're fine now. Yoongi has a scar now on his lower back and Taehyung would always flick it when Yoongi is shirtless (which is a lot of times).
"Nothing... It's just that I'm nervous about all of this.." Yoongi wrapped an arm around Taehyung's waist.
"Why, baby?" Taehyung was too nervous to get flustered.
"It's just... I'm getting a new member of the family and half of my family doesn't accept him. What should I do? I love my family, but if they can't accept my new family, then what? Should I disown them too after I tell them I'm gay too and have a boyfriend?" Taehyung ranted, feeling nails digging into the palm of his hand. He unlatched his fist and saw small fingernail marks on the palm of his hand. He sighed.
It's true. Namjoon's father and mother doesn't accept Jin. He remembered seeing Jin's fearful face and Namjoon's angered face as Namjoon's father started screaming homophobic slurs. Taehyung ended up being the one to stop him, by shoving him out of the house. Namjoon's mom just glared at Jin and Namjoon and even Taehyung before leaving the house.
"We are not attending your 'wedding', fucking queers." She snarled.
"Good, I won't attend your funeral either 'mom'." Namjoon barked, earning an elbow to the side by Taehyung. Jin left to go to their room and cry. Taehyung watched as Namjoon's mother's eyes flashed with anger and sadness before slamming the door shut.
"Good," Namjoon muttered once more before following Taehyung to go comfort Jin.
"You don't need to tell them, baby." Yoongi sighed, kissing Taehyung's palm. Taehyung smiled warmly at the older's actions and kissed his cheek. Yoongi had the power to make all of Taehyung's fears drift away in a flash. It didn't matter what it was - a hug, a kiss, a simple little touch or just words. Yoongi, in general, made every feeling of pain and fear go away.
He loved that. He loves the older so much, and he's happy Yoongi's is finally his.
"Come on, the wedding is about to start," Yoongi said. The walked in, hand-in-hand, and up to the platform, finally splitting ways. Taehyung stood across from Yoongi, behind Namjoon. Taehyung was Namjoon's best man. He patted his cousin's back and smiled at him.
"You'll be a great husband and father, Hyung," Taehyung whispered, making Namjoon tear up a bit.
"Thank you.."
-
Namjoon smiled in an adoring way when he saw Jin walked down the aisle with his father. Jin's family ended up accepting him and he couldn't help but cry from happiness.
Namjoon sucked in a breath when he saw how fucking amazing Jin looked. He wore a white suit, his lips held a glossy shine (so did his eyes), his make up was done and so was his hair. Jin looked like an angel to Namjoon. So breathtakingly beautiful.
Jin walked up to the platform and grabbed Namjoon's hands, a small smile on his face as his eyes became more and more glossy.
"Please don't cry because then I'll cry," Namjoon muttered, wiping the tears away. Jin chuckled and nodded, looking at the priest who smiled at the two.
"Alright, let's start,"
-
"Kim Namjoon, Do you take Kim Seokjin to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"Hell yeah I do," the audience chuckled.
"And do you, Kim Seokjin, take Kim Namjoon to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"Fuck yes!"
"Jesus, Hyungs, language," Taehyung muttered, smiling at the two. The two rolled their eyes but still smiled.
"You may now kiss the groom,"
Namjoon pulled Jin forward and smashed their lips together, drawing out the cheers from the audience.
-
Taehyung and Yoongi smiled at the two newlyweds riding off, gripping onto their hands. Taehyung held the bouquet of flowers Jin tossed tightly to his chest, his heart beating rapidly.
"Taehyungie~" he heard a shout. He looked to his side and smiled widely. There stood Jimin and Jungkook, Jungkook's hand around Jimin's waist. They have been together for quite some time and are very happy together. Jungkook gave up on his feelings for Taehyung and slowly started growing feelings for Jimin. Jimin knew it was going to take a while so he didn't mind the wait.
"Jiminie!!" Taehyung cheered, hugging the boy. Yoongi smiled at Jungkook and nodded. Jungkook rolled his eyes and wrapped an arm around the older, surprising Yoongi.
"Nice to see you guys, did you enjoy the wedding?"
"Yeah, Tae, it was great! I literally stood behind you," Jimin muttered, laughing at Taehyung's pout.
"Well Taehyung and I need to go, it was good seeing you guys," Yoongi said, patting Jungkook's back. The two released each other and smiled.
"Bye-bye lover boy," Jungkook chuckled, earning a light laugh from Yoongi.
Taehyung and Yoongi walked to Yoongi's car in silence. It was a comfortable silence, so they weren't complaining.
When they got in, Yoongi kissed Taehyung. It was full of passion, Taehyung loved it. They pulled away, smiling.
"Let's go. Your suit made your butt stand out a lot and so many guys were staring at it and I got horny so we have to leave, baby boy," Yoongi smirked.
"Oh.. fuck me.." Taehyung muttered, only to let out a squeak when Yoongi gripped onto his inner thigh. He pressed his lips together to suppress a moan from slipping.
"Oh, believe me, I will."
