A few weeks passed and the first day of your senior year is tomorrow. Part of you was ready to go back to school, but the other part was like, 'No!' It was about 9pm and you had already taken your shower and set your alarm. Now, you were in your closet trying to pick out an outfit for tomorrow. As you browsed through your new clothes you got when you and Seokmin went to the mall not to long ago, someone knocked on your door.

"Come in!" You yelled. You turned your head and saw your mom walk in. She sat on your bed and sighed. "What's up?" You asked, looking back at your clothes.

"Come here." She said, patting the spot next to her. You were starting to get a little worried, but you went over and sat down. She started rubbing your back. "I remember when you first started kindergarten." She said.

"Oh mom, you're not gonna get all sappy with me now are you?" She smiled.

"No, I'll make it short. I just can't believe you are going to be a senior. Do you want me to wake you up for school?"

"Mom, I'm not a baby anymore, I can- wait, on second though, yeah. I don't want to hear that stupid alarm." You said. She laughed.

"Alright, I'll wake you and Seokmin up at 6:30." You better get up to so you're not late. I know you."

"Okay okay, I know."

"Also, I want to you be there for Seokmin. Now I don't know if you have any classes together, but just make sure that he knows where he's going and, kind of show him the ropes of your school, okay?"

"Of course." After you mom left, you found an outfit and sat on your bed. I was 9:30 now and you felt anxiety. You rolled around on your bed and groaned.

"Are you okay?" You quickly looked up and saw Seokmin peaking his head in.

"Oh, yeah, I'm fine." You sat and and moved your hair out of your face making him laugh.

"Can I talk to you?" He asked.

"Sure, come in." He slowly walked in and sat down on the chair at your desk.

"Um, I'm a little worried." He said. "About starting school tomorrow. I've only ever known schools in Korea, so I don't know what to expect here." He said. You pat his shoulder.

"You'll be fine. The people at my school are really nice and welcoming, the teachers are nice- well, there are a few troublemakers, and remember Mae? That girl from the smoothie shop?" He nodded.

"Yeah, her and her 2 little clones, and some other people, if you just stay away from them, you'll be fine." He smiled and nodded.

"Thanks."

The next morning, anxiety woke you up before your mom did, so you laid in bed awaiting the dreadful message that is your wake up call.

"(Y/n), it's time to get up." And there it is. You sat up and rubbed your eyes.

"No!" You groaned, dragging it out.

"Come eat breakfast first, I got a little excited and got up early, I don't want it to get cold." Your mom said. You went to the dining room and Seokmin soon followed.

"Good morning, kids." Your dad said, muffled by the bagel that was in his mouth. He was already dressed in his suit for work and had his coffee in one hand and his paperwork in the other. "Have a good first day of school, you two. I have to go to go to work, I'll see you later." He kissed your forehead and waved to Seokmin. After breakfast, you were about to go into the bathroom, but Seokmin reached for the handle the same time you did.

"Oh, go ahead." You said.

"No, no. Ladies first." He shot you that big smile he has and you blushed.

"Thanks." You said quietly. You used the bathroom and washed your face then let Seokmin know you were done, then went to your room to get dressed and did your hair and make up. Since it was still warm outside, you put on a pair of shorts, and a cute loose shirt. Your hair was down and natural. Your makeup was nothing outrageous, just what you normally wear and you put on a pair of white converse. You grabbed your backpack and your purse and went to Seokmin's room to see if he was ready. His door was open so you just walked in. "Hey, you ready to go?" You asked. He jumped and looked up from his phone, making you giggle.

"Yeah, I'm ready." When you pulled up to school, you took a deep breath and parked.

"Here it is, hell on earth." You said, turning the car off. Seokmin looked at you with wide eyes. "I'm kidding." You said, laughing.  When you walked into the school, you saw your best friend Sophia.

"(Y/n)!" She yelled, running up to you.

"Hey!" You hugged her. "How was your trip?"

"It was amazing! We didn't get back until late last night so I am capital EXhausted!" She said, you laughed.

"Really, it doesn't seem like it."

"Oh hush, anyway, is this Seokmin? You're right, he is cute!" She said.

"Sophia, shut it!" You said through gritted teeth. Seokmin smiled.

"Hi, I'm Sophia, (y/n)'s best friend." She said, sticking her hand out. Once they got acquainted, you showed Seokmin to all of his classes and let him know when to go to lunch, luckily you both had the same lunch period. The, you started walking to your first class with you just so happened to have with Seokmin. You and him sat next to each other and talked a little bit before the teacher came in.

"Good morning everyone, I am Mr.Henry, welcome to my pre-calculus class." You rolled your eyes at the thought of having math first thing in the morning. After he took attendance, and as he was introducing himself, the door opened.

"Sorry, I'm late, I had a little trouble finding the room." That voice was all to familiar.

"It's alright, and you are?"

"Mae Sommers."

Damn it.
