Chapter 17 - Spotted
Anna's POV
I wrapped my arms around his neck, kissing him back. He pulled me closer to him, plunging his tongue into my mouth.
He leaned his forehead against mine. We were trying to catch our breaths. He placed his hand on my cheek, caressing my cheek with his thumb.
"I will change my clothes. Then, we can leave." He informed. I nodded.
"Come on, sit down. Do not stand so long." He stated, pointing to the couch.
I nodded in agreement and went towards the couch.
He put on a black shirt, denim jeans and a hoodie. Then he put on his jacket and pulled his hoodie over his head.

He offered me his hand. "Let's go."
I held his hand and got up. We left the room, holding each other's hand. The bodyguards followed us. We went out of the back door. We got in his car.
Eros' POV
I woke up and stretched out. Last night was amazing, but I was so tired.
I looked at the watch on the nightstand. It was 11:00 a.m. I got up and went to the bathroom.
After taking a shower, I wrapped the towel around my waist, drying my hair with another towel.
I walked into my room. I turned on my phone. My phone buzzed over and over. There were a lot of messages and calls.
When I wanted to read a message, someone knocked on the door. I put my phone on the bed and walked towards the door. I opened the door. It was George.
"George?"
"Good morning, sir. Sorry for disturbing. But your manager called me and said that he couldn't reach you."
I looked at him, puzzled. "Why? What happened?"
He looked at me and handed me newspapers. "I think you should look at them, sir."
I took the newspapers and walked towards the table. I looked at them.
"Damn it!" I hissed.
There were my photos with Anna from last night. The photos were taken from afar. They were blurry. Our faces were not seen properly in the photos. I looked at another newspaper.
'The heir for Taptiklis family?
Last night, the famous singer, Eros' concert was incredible with plenty of fans, but there was surprising news after the concert.
After the concert, the singer and the heir of the Taptiklis Enterprises Holdings Inc., Eros Taptiklis was seen leaving the venue with a mysterious woman. Not only were they holding each other's hands, but also the mysterious girlfriend was pregnant. We congratulate the new father-to-be singer.'
I threw the newspapers away. My phone rang. I walked to the bedroom, running my hand through my hair. It was Drago. I picked up the phone.
"Eros, what the hell is it?" He snapped as soon as I picked up the phone. I breathed deeply.
"We had checked; there was not anybody."
"I am sending a statement, denying it."
"No." I snapped.
".....Eros...is it right?"
"Yes, I am going to be a father."
"Who is she?"
I told him about everything.
"Ok, I will not send anything. You do not talk to them and do not accept too."
"Ok, I know. See you." I hung up.
I put on my clothes. I had a meeting this noon.

Before leaving, I went to Anna's room. I knocked on the door.
A few seconds later, she opened the door. She wore a white shirt and gray shorts, showing her bare slender legs. She looked so beautiful.
"Good morning." I greeted her, smiling at her as I leaned closer to her and kissed her cheek.
"Good morning." She said, giving me her charming smile. I walked in, closing the door behind me.
"How are you?" I asked, placing my hand on her stomach.
"Fine, thanks."
"I need to tell you something."
She looked at me with a curious look.
"Let's sit down."
"Eros, what happened?" She asked anxiously.
We sat down. I told her about the news. She stood up and started pacing back and forth.
"What are we going to do now?" She asked nervously.
I stood up and walked towards her. I placed my hand on her cheek.
"Do not worry. We will be careful, and they will forget about it a few weeks later. For my parents, we can tell the truth." I replied, stroking her cheek.
"No." She snapped.
I sighed. I was bored with keeping our relationship from our families a secret. I couldn't understand why she didn't want to tell them. I wanted to tell my parents that I was deeply, madly in love with Anna.
"Why do you not want to tell my parents and yours too?" I asked, bored.
She placed her hand on her stomach, rubbing her belly, looking away. I placed my finger under her chin, lifting her face up.
"Look at me. Why?"
"...I am not ready." She murmured.
"You are not ready, or you do not trust me? Which one?" I asked sarcastically.
She looked away. I gave her a fake smile.
"I got it, Anna. Do not worry. Nobody will know that the father is me. I will tell my parents that I invited you for a concert, and you did not feel well. So I helped you to get in the car." I said coldly and walked towards the door.
"Eros..."
I walked out, closing the door behind me without listening to her. I was frustrated.
I got in the car. I was going to the company.
"Give up!" I snapped at myself as I hit the steering wheel with my palm.
She will not trust you anymore. Damn it!
I walked into the conference room. I couldn't concentrate on the presentation in the meeting. Our conversation was repeating in my mind.
After the meeting, I went to my room. There was a knock on the door.
"Come in." I snapped.
My father walked in, closing the door behind him.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yes." I murmured.
"News..."
"It is a lie. She was Anna. I invited her. She did not feel well after the concert. So I helped her to get in the car. That is all." I said.
My father looked at me without telling me anything. He rubbed the nape of his neck.
"...Then you are going to send a statement?" A few seconds later, he asked.
"No. No statement." I snapped, looking at the paperwork on my desk. He gave me a slight smile.
"Ok, Eros. I have to go now. See you later." He said as he stood up.
"See you later, Dad. " I murmured.
He walked out, closing the door behind him. I squeezed my eyes shut, running my hand through my hair.
