With all the exercise Sonakshi did and the fighting trainings she watched on YouTube, she was prepared for the day Lucifer will come for her again.

She opened the door, she wasn't fearing of him anymore and had the guts to face him. The guy standing outside wasn't Lucifer but five of his men's waiting to take her to him. They pointed their gun towards her face and she still didn't panic.

"Are you going to kill me?" She yelled, one guy approached towards her and nodded his head in No. She searched for Lucifer but he wasn't there, she sensed her plans failing and immediately decided to make him come to her place.

She stared at each and everyone present around her. "Lucifer, sent us to pick you up. He wants to meet his wife." that made her really frustrated, she felt like kicking everyone who was approaching towards her and somewhere got scared looking at the huge guns in their hands. "Is he here?" She asked a stupid question not knowing how to react to her current situation.

The sun was about to go home and that was making sonakshi even more scared. She wanted to take the gun and shoot them the way she saw in the YouTube. She was scared to go with them but didn't show any fear on her face.

She didn't tell anything as his men led her to their black car, she felt a sick getting inside the car and looked around to seek help.

It already turned night when sonakshi reached his place, the environment really made her scared, she didn't even know what place it was and she shivered looking at the huge gates.

Open of his men opened the door for her and said "come In, ma'am" that was annoying her. She stepped inside and punched in his stomach not knowing what will happen next, she thought only he was inside and she could kill him, escape. Suddenly there was another man, who came from behind and wrapped his arms around her. Grabbing her arms downwards he pinned her in the wall, she struggled hard but she wasn't able to free herself and she looked at him with pleading eyes.

"That was fucking stupid, Sonakshi. Just calm down or you'll get yourself hurt!" the guy growled warningly in her ear. She sighed and nodded as he opened a door and started leading her up the stairs. "Where are we? What is this place?" she asked, desperately looking around. It looked like an old Lab or something; there were broken sink, acid bottles, desks and tables all over the place. A thick layer of dust and dirt covered everything in sight, proving that the place hasn't been used for a while. The man did not reply sonakshi anything but after he was still holding her arms more tightly and he guided her through the different levels and doors of the Maze like place. With each passing step, her hope of ever getting out of there faded a little more. She just wanted to apologise to dev for all her foolish acts, she silently prayed to get back to him soon after killing Lucifer.

Her wrists and ankles were tied with tight ropes by that guy. Her hands constantly moved, wringing, which only caused the ropes to burn her skin. "Please let me go" she begged and he didn't show any sympathy towards her.

"Lucifer will be here tonight, sona. Just chill out for a few hours, okay? You hungry? I could get you some food," he offered from the other side of the door and waited for her to tell something. "I'm not hungry. Please let me go. You know what he's going to do to me. Please?" she took her knees to her face and begged him. "I'm sorry, Sonakshi, really I am. But I can't let you go, he'll kill me, like how he killed the man who helped you to escape last time." he replied. Sonakshi felt bad after hearing she was responsible for a killing a person, she remained silent not having strength to see more people die due to her and closed her eyes to make the tears drop down.

The room was in complete silence and it broke when Lucifer opened the closed doors and entered inside to see Sonakshi who was silently covering up her fears. The devil stared down at her, she could see the victory in his eyes as he gave her a satisfied laugh.

He took a chair and sat opposite to her. Lucifer ran his hands roughly down her face. "I have dreamed of getting you back ever since I let you go. I've waited a very long time for you. Too long. I made myself sick over wanting you. You did a very big mistake by making your husband wait for you" he mocked at her and she felt like burning him alive, she didn't like it when he addressed him as her husband and she was getting annoyed with his touch against her skin.

Sonakshi breathed so heavily she thought the fabric that was tied around her mouth was going to suffocate her. Every time he touched her, she wished death to take over her.

He brought his hands to her hair, he grabbed her hair roughly, it was so hard like he was practically ripping strands out. "At first, I wanted to kill you for knowing all my secrets but looking at this beauty of yours, I made you my wife and all you did was send me to jail. You have to receive some punishments from me soon for that darling." His words didn't affect her much. She remained like a statue infront of him.

Sonakshi's eyes teared when he brought his face closer to hers. When she closed her eyes, the pooling tears fell as she felt his disgusting touch near her lips, his cold tongue lick her tear that rested along her cheek and she immediately moved her head back.

"Untie me, just do that" she screamed, her eyes turned red due to becoming furious on him. "Soon, I will have you until then you are going to be here tied." he whispered

"Are you scared to let me free?" She questioned him. "No, I'm worried you will run away from me again. Just tell you love me and I will untie you." He said placing his chin on her neck and moving fingers inside her top through her shoulder.

"I love you" she spoke without any emotions and he stared to untie her. Lucifer stood beside her and spoke on his phone. Sonakshi was hoping dev will save her from him, she wanted him to be there for her but at the same time she felt like he will die if he comes to save her.

Many men filled the room with their guns made her feel a strong shift within herself, a feeling that intensified the strange thing between her and Dev, she was fucking missing him. It made her lose all hope of wanting Dev to even save her. Sonakshi knew it would cost is life to save her and she convinced herself by saying "Don't save me, Dev. I'm not worth it" she was almost dead when she spoke those words.

"Get dressed. We need to leave for our night." Lucifer ordered. She nodded her head in a yes staring at Lucifer with her scary eyes. "You really want me to change here, in front of everyone?" she asked sarcastically.
"Don't worry, sweetheart, I'm sure you don't have anything we haven't seen before," Lucifer mocked, sneering at her, looking like he was already taking her clothes off with his eyes. "What kind off a man you are? Asking a woman to change her clothes infront of everyone." she raised her voice loud and he asked her get dressed inside the washroom.

Before she could even change her dress inside the washroom there was six knocks on the door and she came out wearing the skiny dress he gave her.

As soon as Sonakshi came out Lucifer took her to the other room, it was neat and clean and she silently looked at him closing the doors. "Come here,darling" he made her sit in his bed and dug his face inside her neck. "You look stunning" he threw various compliments on her. "If you agree to stay forever with me, I will do anything for you and I promise this to you" he almost pulled out the strap which was holding her dress. "Did you miss he?" He questioned and made her lay flat on the bed, he moved his hands near her sensitive spot below her neck and they heard gun shots.

"Who's this Now?" He screamed and went to open the door, Sonakshi quickly covered herself not knowing what was happening around her.

The moment Lucifer stepped out he was shocked to see, his 10 men dead. "Sir, he killed our men." One of his men pulled the person who killed their other guys. "Well you are the one who killed my men?" Lucifer moved close to him. "Good, I already know you as the secret Agent who captures everyone who creates new healthy drugs" his words was harsh enough to make sonakshi run and look at what was going on.

Dev, the moment she saw him, she felt so happy like a kid who looked at her favourite ice cream and when she noticed him bleeding all over his body she quickly ran to him. "Dev" she screamed his name loud and was about to run closer to him but Lucifer pulled her closer to him.

"Stay behind me!" Lucifer ordered sonakshi and she looked at dev helpless, she wanted to know how did he even come from Manipur. She had various questions running in her head. How did he even find this place? Did anyone being him here or he himself found her? She wondered and stood frozen.

"She's mine!" Lucifer screamed, holding sonakshi really close to his chest.

"Sonakshi is mine, she's mine forever." Dev's voice was strong enough to make everyone stare at him but Sonakshi was still lost in her own thoughts.

"She is my wife, man. We have a registered married certificate" Lucifer mocked at dev. "She has me in her heart. That is more important than registering the marriage and trusting it rather than you are wife." Dev was struggling to speak and that's when he remember they both still didn't get their marriage registered and claimed divorce easily with their wedding picture. That moment he decided to marry her again and register their marriage too.

Sonakshi silently observed dev's injuries, he was hurt in his forehead, left leg and arms but still he made move towards sonakshi and back hugged her. "I'm breathing in this world to only save you, doll. Why you didn't trust me?" His words just made her cry she looked at him helpless. When he questioned her like that, she regretted and felt guilty. From the way Lucifer was looking at them sonakshi got scared and pushed dev away from her. "He, I mean please let him go. Let him alive and I will forever be with you" sonakshi was concerned about saving dev. She didn't want him to die due to her foolish acts.

Dev pulled her again closer to him, he made her head rest on his chest and softly consoled her. "Doll, we are in this together. Happy I'm asking you to help me kill this man. Will you do it for me?" Dev's words made her more scared. Sonakshi wondered whether she should be happy as dev asked her help or feel sad for making him believe she never trusted her. Lucifer pulled sonakshi from his hold and pointed his gun towards dev's face. "Please Lucifer let him go, I'm begging you, please" sonakshi was almost falling In lucifer's leg. He didn't show any mercy towards her. "Lucifer I will do anything you want, please let him go as I can't see him die infront of my eyes. I don't want to see people dying because of me." She pleaded him looking straight into his eyes. "Darling, he wants to kill me and how will I let him alive" Lucifer said looking and sonakshi and triggered his gun. All his men pointed their guns towards sonakshi, she was almost dead looking at him weak and when the guns pointed towards dev sonakshi completely lost her sense.

"I promise if he tries to kill you I will itslef kill him." Sonakshi said and prayed Lucifer should let dev go. He forwarded a gun towards dev and waited, dev didn't even touch the gun and sonakshi smiled at his cleverness. "He killed 10 of my men, isn't that enough for you to believe he will also kill me sweetheart" he moved his hands inside her thighs and she quickly stepped back. "Now he didn't pick the gun, he won't kill you." Sonakshi assured and Lucifer gave his gun to sonakshi. The moment sonakshi got his gun in her hands, she decided to kill Lucifer.

"All you need to do is trigger and kill the man, who wants to kill you are husband" Lucifer whispered in her ears, he roughly rubbed her mouth with his and planted a kiss on the corner of her mouth.

He stepped beside sonakshi, she took a trigger and closed her eyes.

Lucifer gave her an evil smile, Sonakshi realised the gun did not have bullets loaded. Lucifer burst out laughing and took the gun out of her trembling hand. "Do you think I'm a fool to give you a loaded gun, baby" Lucifer took her in a hug and said "But I am pretty pissed off that you just tried to shoot me, Is he more important to you than me." he growled, pulling her hair back and slammed her into the wall, she sensed a strong pain in her stomach after the fall.

This time when sonakshi heard the real trigger, she ran towards dev and took the shot on her back before dev could push her away from him. She opened her arms and pulled Dev, into the her embrace as he kneeled down infront of her. "I saved you, I love you and I will rather die than seeing you dead" she feel in his arms.

"Sonakshi, I want to give you one tight slap for thinking I will live without you. Be ready to receive a slap from me for doing all such foolish acts after sending me to the conference." He just bashed at her and she smiled wide at him. "Call me doll" she struggled to speak those words and Dev had tears in his eyes, she felt broken looking at him cry. "Doll" he said and she replied "lovingly. Not like this." Her words made him ever more scared, she was behaving as if she was going to die and he was silently going to watch her die.

"Take her and give the required treatments, thank God she took the shot in her back and you idiots carry her to my room" Lucifer commanded and his men separated sonakshi from dev. While they took her top she heard continuous shot and panicked.

Sonakshi heard a groan of pain, she snapped her head around quickly to see what had happened, and her world collapsed in on itself. Dev was falling to the floor, blood seeping across the shoulder of his shirt. She screamed hysterically. He was dead. Dev, the love of her life, her soul mate, the only one person she cared lots about, was dead. What she thought should never happen took place infront of her eyes. She felt helpless looking at him die after taking three bullet in his body.

That moment she decided, to kill Lucifer or die as she wasn't having any interest to survive, she became hundred times bold to fight with him. She ran towards Lucifer and gave a strong punch In his stomach. As he feel down on the floor she stepped forward and grabbed hold of his shirt, throwing her knee up as hard as she could into his stomach. She gave him various punches all over his body. Sonakshi also shot him with the gun he shot dev on his shoulder as she failed to keep the target correct.

Lucifer raised up and pinned her against the kitchen wall. He looked around for his men in the kitchen to help him but none of them were near him. Sonakshi grabbed a knife from beside her and raised it against him. Using all of her might, she shoved him away from her. "I will kill you" she made him get scared. Somewhere the self protection she learnt helped her kick Lucifer on his hip and made him fall down. He tired to pull the knife from her but she kept on tosing it above her head and correctly caught the knife back in her for more than ten 10 times. Sonakshi struggled hard as much as she can could kill him but the pain caused by her ruptured spleen and the bullet she took to save dev on her back caused her more pain. Finally she lost in fighting with him due to the pain. Lucifer pulled her closer to him and rested his chin on her neck. "Stop being stupid. I forgive you for trying to kill me and let's behave like a married couple, honey." His words annoyed her, she decided to die rather than staying with him for rest of her life.

Sonakshi could barely breathe through the pain and the grief of seeing Dev die, she pierced the knife inside her stomach without thinking twice. Death was far better for her than staying with a monster.

"Shit. What did you do to yourself? I need to get you some help. You'll be fine, you'll be fine," he muttered, reaching down and pressing his hands over the wounds she had caused for herself. He tried to staunch the blood flow. He looked out to his men in living room too but to his surprise some of his men were dead and Dev was missing from the place he collapsed. All Lucifer could hear was sonakshi scream from the kitchen. "You made me do this! You killed my husband and now just let me die." She cried helpless.

The pain in her stomach increased, she wasn't able to lie on her back did due to the gun shot and wasn't able to lay on her stomach due to the knife she pierced her. Only one think made sonakshi happy, she isn't pregnant and she didn't kill her child in this battle.

She closed her eyes and thought of dev. His eyes, and the way his hair felt when she ran her fingers through it. She thought of the way he held her at night, his laugh, his smile, his jokes and the amused way he would look at me when she was behaving like a kid to him. She remembered the way he kissed her, his taste, the way his smell made me feel, and how his voice sounded when he said he loved her. Sonakshi felt like she was going to miss all that. His affection and care was something no one would give her.

Sonakshi yet again heard continuous gun shoots, she thought Lucifer was killing her and didn't open her eyes.
After five minutes sonakshi still didn't sense any new additional pain in her body and opened her eyes wide.

"Devvv... what happened to you? Are you fine? Thanks to God." She tried moving closer to him, he was still shooting Lucifer with his gun and sonakshi tried to raise up.

"Stay still, doll. I'm fine the bullet went through be me and I'm not dead I will be fine." Dev walked towards her after checking lucifer's heartbeat, he confirmed Lucifer is dead and sat next to sonakshi. "Don't move, doll" he placed a kiss on her forehead and took a phone from lucifer's men. "You need to send an ambulance to the rural part of the city, be quick." He ended the call and looked deep into sonakshi's eyes. "Don't support just monster, you should have stood against him for killing poor kids and taking their organs, for human trafficking innocent females. I don't want look at you people, just run away" dev yelled at few lucifer's men whom he didn't kill, they came forward and apologised to sonakshi and dev before leaving the damaged lab.

Dev killed some of lucifer's men while sonakshi was fighting with him in the kitchen. Sonakshi felt happy after realising dev didn't die, he was still breathing calm for her with huge injuries on his body. Dev had 3bullet and huge injuries on his forehead, arm and leg, he still managed to smile at her in order to stop making her panic.

When dev looked at sonakshi she was closing her eyes and he panicked. "No doll, stay awake. I need to talk to you." Dev gasped shaking her head.

"Why can't we talk later?" She tried to say those words and Dev gave her a death glare.

"No! You need to stay awake, doll. It's extremely important. Can you do that for me, Doll? Can you stay awake for me? For the man who loves you so much" he asked desperately. She nodded. "Of course I could, I will do anything for you, Dev," she promised, forcing her eyes open to look at his broken face, Even though it was hard for her. Dev smiled weakly. "I know you would, doll, I know when you could die for me can't you do this?. " His arms slid under her, pulling me into his lap as he groaned in pain from his injuries due to the gun shots he took. She hissed through her teeth as the pain doubled in her stomach and back. She forced her arms up around his neck so she could hug him back, but they were so damn heavy. It was hard for her to raise her hands until he helped her. "Stay awake, doll," he rasped in my ear.

The moment she hugged him and he hugged her back, she felt like being back home, like a safe, warm home, and she loved him so much. Yet again while inhaling his masculine scent she felt completely secured. One day in his absence she learnt to great too many mess around her and that made her realize, she's never perfect without him.

"Tell my smart man, how did you come here?" She questioned him.

"I placed a GPS tracker on this chain as I know you will never remove it." His words made her look at him with apologetic eyes.

"You're so smart." She spoke out of pain and he sensed it.

"So are you, Doll, My wife is smart and strong than me." He kissed her lips lightly. She moaned when I felt his soft lips on her's; that made her feel she's in a better place.

"Will you always stay with me? Doll" he panicked looking at sonakshi becoming unconscious, his heart- stopped beating looking at her not opening her eyes.

"Please, doll, look at me and I will never scold you for the mess you created in my absence too, don't leave me. Don't you dare fall asleep, I need you, sona, look at me." he said. Tears were falling down his face, washing some of the blood away and the salt in his tears worsened the pain for him.

"Doll....sona.... I'm going to fucking kill you if you don't open you're eyes now. You're not getting rid of me that easily." He kissed her forehead and checked on her breaths by placing his ear on her chest.

She breathed for him and he signed in relief.

This is a happy ending story as I don't like to write sad ending stories. Thanks for reading and don't forget to comment.
