Jessica's POV

"I'm really sorry to bringing her here like this. I just had to get us both away from Carson. " I sigh to Ray, While cuddling Marissa. "it's fine. I'm actually glad you did. Nobody's been over since Robert... You know" he mutters "even Ocean won't pick up the phone so I can't even tell her. "Ocean knows. I told her a few days ago. When you told me" I lie "is she coming?"

"no. She said her and Michael don't wanna come and be reminded of this place"

"but Robert was her brother!! Why would she not come?" He frowns "Ocean and Michael aren't the same people they were when they lived here with you. They may come across as sweet, caring people but that's only when it benefits them. And now their back on their feet and have a nice home and their own business. They have no use for any of us. They didn't even come to visit me in hospital when I had the baby and when I told her I needed help because her father was beating me, she told me it wasn't her problem and slammed the door in my face"

"I thought I knew them so well. Me and Mike even worked together and... I can't believe all this is happening" he croaks "I know and that's why you and me have to stick together. I know that's what Robert would have wanted"

Michael's POV

"it's been 24 hours! Why aren't you out there looking for her!?" I yell at the officer asking us the same questions over and over. "I have my best men out there looking out for them. I just need to get as much information as we can"

"we've already told you everything!" Ocean yells at him. "you already know it was Jessica from the camera's" my dad cuts in. "yes, but if we had and idea of anywhere she could have gone. Somewhere that meant something to her or where she'd go to be alone then...."

"don't you think we'd be there if we did!?" I snap "I understand this is difficult for you both, but..."

"Difficult!? Our baby's sick and just been kidnapped! She could be anywhere by now. How could they just let somebody walk out with a baby!? Ocean yells at him. "we will get to the bottom of that, but right now where looking for your daughter. We have our best men and women out there searching and speaking to anybody she may have spoken to or seen her and we're gonna be sending a report out on the news, radios. Everything..."

"what about Mollie?" I cut him off "she's still in police custody and she's claiming she never said those things"

"why wasn't Jessica arrested in the first place!?" I snap "because at the time there was no proof what Mollie said was true and now she's claiming she never said it"

"so you just let her walk around hoping for the best she doesn't kidnap anybody?" Janet snaps at him. "Daddy? Is Princess coming back soon?" DJ pouts and I shake my head sobbing "I don't know"

"we're doing do everything we can. I promise" the Officer says softly.

Ray's POV

"So how come you called her Marrisa? Don't you already have a kid called that?" I ask Jessica and she smiles through pursed lips. "I did. She had a problem with her kidneys too, but unfortunately she passed away. But this little angels a fighter aren't you sweetie?" She cooes at the baby. "I'm really sorry" I mumble "it's ok. Roberts with her now" she sighs. "maybe you and Ocean will be able to work things out someday"

"I doubt it" she shrugs. "won't her baby be due soon? She only has like three months left. I'm sure she'll want her new son or daughter to meet their auntie" I smile "maybe someday. But for now it's just going to be me and Merissa"

Ocean's POV

After the news crew leaves Michael and I sit cuddling DJ and Nevaeh on the hospital bed."they must think we're the worst parents ever" I croak "of course your not! You two our the most loving and caring parents I've ever seen. None of this is your fault" Joseph says coming over. "I couldn't even tell them what our baby looked like. She's two days old and I hadn't bothered to go an see her" Michael croaks "that's not your fault" I shake my head "yes it is! If I'd been down there then..."

"Michael you were by your wife side taking care of her. Princess was in the special baby unit and should have been safe there. Neither of you are to blame for any of this and Janet gave the officers her phone and they have a whole bunch of pictures of her and so does the news people. We have all of Indiana out their searching. We'll find Princess and she'll be home soon. I promise" Joseph tries to reassure us.

Ray's POV

Jessica was really scared to come out of the apartment incase her husband found her and her baby, so she gave me a list of some things she needed for her.

as I get to the grocery store Stacy a friend of mine comes rushing over. "Have they heard anything yet!?" She ask worriedly and I look at her confused. "Mike and Ocean! Is the baby ok?"

"their baby's not due for months. How did you know about that?" I frown confused. "haven't you seen the news? The baby came early and Ocean's mother kidnapped her from the hospital! Look!" She motions me over towards the counter and everybody's huddled around the TV watching the news report about the Jackson baby that was abducted from a hospital and a picture of the baby An a CCTV video of Jessica taking her. "Poor Ocean and Mike. First Robert dies and now this" Stacy sighs. And I hurry outside without saying anything and start dialling.

"Hey, Jessica it's me Ray. They didn't have the diapers and formula you wanted so I'm gonna have to go to another store"

"ok, but please don't be too long. Marissa's really hungry"

"I'll be as fast as I can" I say causally then hang up and start dialling another number.

Jessica's POV

"Ssh. It's ok. Mommy's here" I soothe Marissa and I hear the front door unlocking. "about time. How long does it.. Michael!" I freeze as Michael walks in. "Th-this isn't what looks like" I stutter. "what like you stole our fucking baby!?" he snaps coming closer and I move away "no. You can't have her. Marrisa's my baby not yours"

"Marissa?" He frowns confused "that's her name"

"after your daughter? Ray told me about her... And Rob" he mumbles. "I was a good mother to them even to Ocean and.."

"I'm sure you did your best but.."

"I did everything for them! I even had Ocean to save Marissa's life and... You have know idea how much I loved my children. You couldn't even be bothered to go and see her all you cared about was Ocean! You gave her a stupid name and then left her all alone. You don't love her! Not like I do" he doesn't say anything for a moment then nods. "your right... I don't"

"what?" I frown confused, expecting him to defend himself and put up more of a fight. "I'm 20 years old with three kids and a wife to support. I never wanted this. Not yet anyway"

"your lying" I shake my head. "I was 17 when all this started. I didn't want babies and marriage. I just wanted a girlfriend and your right about me not bothering to go and visit her. I love do love our kids but..." He sighs looking at the ground.

"you'd rather it was just you and Ocean?" He doesn't say anything then nods "then let me help you with that. You let me go with Marissa and say that when you got here I'd already left. Nobody has to know you were here"

"they don't know Ray called.. I told Ocean and everybody I just needed to get some air"

"you haven't called the police yet?" I ask and he shakes his head "nobody knows I'm here"

"why haven't you called them?" I ask and he doesn't say anything for a moment. "If I let you leave.. Will you swear you'll take good care of her?"
