Neil disguising himself was all ready to enter inside the office when he heard someone calling him.. he turns back and saw one of girl at his age running towards him.

Girl : yuviraj why didn't you wait for me? Didn't I tell you wait for me yesterday?

Neil was confuse hearing her..

Neil ( yuviraj his name in disguise) : when did you tell me wait for you? And who are you? I don't even know you.

Girl : you don't know me. How could you not remember me? Did you forget we met yesterday while going home.

Neil recalled the conversation he had with her when he was in parking area..

Neil : devika... right..

Devika : yes devika... yuviraj you are single right?

Neil luckily hit saved from not answering the questions as his phone rang.. he excused himself and walks inside the office taking his phone out only to shocked seeing avni calling him.

Neil ( mind) why is avni calling me now? Didn't she had early meeting? Did she saw me with devika?

Neil picks the call.

Neil : hello.

Avni: where are you Neil?

Neil : I'm office. Didn't you had meeting?

Avni : it got cancelled but where exact in office you are?

Neil : walking to my desk area.

Avni : come into my cabin right now..

Neil : but... but... dam it..

Neil sighed and looks at Avni's cabin.. he keeping his phone back moves to Avni's cabin.. he knocks the door and got inside as he head her voice.

Neil : avni why did call me in your cabin? Do you have some work with me?

Avni :yes I do Neil Khanna?

Neil : what kind of work you have with me?

Avni : these files I need you to complete.. Complete means complete.. Neil khanna.. you shouldn't be roaming and flirting with girls in my office.. I want them to be complete on desk within before lunch.. don't bother wasting your time on those girls and get the work done..

Neil ( mind) I'm dead.. she definitely saw with her that's why she is punishing me with some much work.. ufff what should i with jealous avni?

Neil: avni I'll complete those files but you should be aware that I'm to expose the person not working..

Avni : you should thought of this when you're busy flirting with girls outside office. What you thought I won't see or find out what you're doing behind my back.

Neil gulps his saliva seeing avni giving him stern glare to him.

Neil immediately held her hands in his.

Neil : I was not flirting with her.. she came to me.. I wasn't flirting.. I promise avni.. I only love you.. you know that..

Avni : then what were you doing with her?

Neil: she was asking me..... if I was.........

He stopped before he could make any blunder for himself..

Avni : if you was.... what Neil? What did she ask you?

Neil : woh... woh... she is...

Avni : Neil khanna speak up or I'll strangle your throat..

Neil's eyes went wide open hearing avni... he starts coughing immediately whereas avni made him sit on the chair and rubbing his back passed glass of water to him..

Avni : Neil drink water.. you will feel better.

Neil drank the water and looks at avni..

Avni : are you okay...

Neil nodded his head and stood up from the chair.

Avni : Neil coughing doesn't mean I forgot about that matter. Tell me what did she ask you?

Neil : do I have to answer you question?

Avni : absolutely if you don't want die by my hand then yes.. answer me.

Neil : she asked me if I was single or not...

Avni : and what did you respond back to her?

Neil : I didn't give her answer because your call saved me..

Avni : what if I didn't call you then? You would have answered her saying you're single right..

Neil : no.. no avni... I'm not single... you're my girlfriend right..

Avni : still you dared talk to her... next time I don't want you near her or any other girl.. your focused should be on your case or office work.. okay..

Neil : okay.. do I still have to complete these files?

He said pointing at the pile of files on Avni's desk..

Avni: this is your punishment Neil.. I don't want to hear no.. you have complete these files but not before lunch.. you have week to complete them.

Neil : thank you avni.. at least you gave a week to complete them.

Avni : go and start working on the file.

Neil nodding his head picks the files up and looking at avni who was checking one of them smirks.. he moves close to her and kissing her cheek immediately rushed out of the cabin leaving avni shock..

Avni dropped the file and touched her cheek where Neil kissed it.. she blushed lightly.. controlling her blush she picks the file off the floor and sat back on the chair..

She turning her laptop and starts working.. in between she kept eye on Neil too who was working outside of her cabin..

Neil who was worked on his desk keeping his eyes on all the employers too... his Bluetooth was on along with his team members too.. he was updating them too along with getting updates from them.

Neil took pen and paper to make notes of every employers in the office.. Neil starts making notes when he heard one of his team member saying something..

Team member 1: Neil sir from the visitor sheet at the reception constantly one person comes in evening and afternoon... it strange the person comes on same time and leaves the office everyday... there is something wrong about this person.. we should keep eye on who comes into office at the time especially sir..

Neil : good.. update this to Ashish uncle.. I'll be there in his cabin too..

Neil taking the paper with him walks to Ashish cabin.

Neil getting response from Ashish enters inside the cabin and saw his one member of his team..

Neil :  give me the visitor list..

The person nodded and gave the list to Neil who checked the list from last few weeks and days..

Neil : this is serious matter.. someone enters in office at the same time and everyday in afternoon and evening.. does it mean something happens between these two...

Ashish : Neil what will happen next? How will we find this person?

Neil : don't worry uncle... I have idea how I can find some clue why that person comes in afternoon and evening and leaves..

Neil looks at his team member..

Neil : get everyone in Avni's cabin right after 10 minutes.. uncle please trust us.. we will find clue today..

His team member leaves the cabin while Neil assuring Ashish leaves the cabin to Avni's cabin.

Neil and his team members enters in Avni's cabin scarring her as it all of sudden.. avni look at them..

Avni : why didn't you knock? I got scared...why are all of you here?

Neil : we need to use your secret room...

Avni guided them to the room as she saw Neil avoiding her gaze.. Neil and his team moves to the secret room and starts discussing the plan while avni closing the door comes back to her chair and starts working...

An hour later Neil comes out of the room with his team members. He gestures his team members to leave while he moves to avni who stood seeing them coming out..

She saw him going near couch and sitting down..

Avni : Neil is everything okay?

Neil : nothing is okay avni..

Avni sat beside him and held his hands in hers.. Neil looks at her..

Avni : Neil everything will be okay.. you still have time.. you can't lose hope.. if you lose hope then what will happen to us... Neil calm down and think.. everything will be okay.. hmm.. now relax your mind and go and take little break..

Neil : how do you manage to make me feel better?

Avni : because I'm your bestie... now go..

Neil cups her face and kissed her forehead.

Neil : take care..

Avni nodded her head and Neil left the cabin while avni thought about the case which was worrying Neil..

In afternoon everyone left the office and moves to canteen expect the receptionist and Neil along with his teams who were keeping eye in office through CTV cameras..

Neil and his teams carefully watched the person walking inside and going to one of the room.. they saw the same person moving to Avni's cabin..

Neil : show me the avni's cabin CTV camera quickly..

The man nodded his head and showed the Avni's cabin scene.. Neil fisted his hand as the person was tracing Avni's chair and her belong... Neil eyes were red due to anger seeing how the person touched and held Avni's photo..

Neil : show me the whole camera of whole office.

The person nodding his head turned the screen showing whole office camera.. Neil's eyes fixed on Avni's cabin as the person was still in the cabin..

Neil : zoom Avni's cabin camera..

The person zoomed in and Neil carefully watched something on the person neck..

Neil: a little more.. zoom in..

Neil once again looks at the person..

Neil then saw the person keeping the photo side and checking the time to leave.. even Neil checked the his watch and saw the time..

Neil lifting his gaze saw the person secretly leaving the office..

Neil also noticed the person face was covered.. Neil suspiciously looks at his team..

Neil: track this person.. I want every singe information about this person... this person will be back in evening.. two of you would keeping eyes on him and other two of you would be with me... is that clear..

They nodded their head and Neil dismissed them to have their lunch.. Neil thanking the CTV camera man leaves the room and walks to canteen..

He took his lunch and sat on table.. while eating his lunch he looked around to see the employers.. he also saw avni and Ashish having their lunch.. he quickly finishing his lunch moves to back to his desk..

He recalled the person behaviour and going into room with something then coming with empty hand.. he thought to check the room and found out what could be there.. Neil thought to ask Ashish about the room..

Neil looks up as he heard giggle of Ashish and avni.. they saw him and passed him which he returned the smile back..

Neil not seeing everyone back yet thought it is right opportunity to see the room.. Neil taking his phone and turning his Bluetooth on moves to Ashish cabin.. he knocks and waits there till he heard Ashish voice..

Neil enters inside and saw avni there too..

Neil : uncle do you have key for the room which behind of the office?

Ashish : yes I do but why do you need the key of that room? It is storeroom..

Neil : uncle I have doubt something is kept in storeroom which can be illegal.. I need to see..

Ashish : I'll give you the key..

Ashish took the key from his drawer and gave it  Neil who thanked him and moves to storeroom..

Neil comes back and gives the key back to Ashish.

Neil : uncle I have should leave to police station...

Ashish : did you find anything in storeroom..

Neil nodded his head and told Ashish but not whole truth..

Ashish : what will you do now?

Neil : I don't know.. that why I visiting police station..

Ashish : you may go..

Neil then left Metha industrial and went to police station.. in between his journey he messaged his team about what he found in the storeroom along with messaging then that he is heading to police station..

Neil also dropped message to avni saying he would meet her at night..

Neil sending them message drove him police station in full speed..

At night after dinner avni went to her room and got change.. she then took her laptop and opening it sat on bed.. she starts working when her phone rang..

She picks her phone up side table and saw Neil calling her.. she picks it up while typing.

Avni : hello Neil.

Neil : hello avni. Are you still working? Give yourself break.. listen I'm waiting outside of your house.. you quickly down..

Avni : what are you doing outside of my house? What if maa or papa see you? Neil go home and sleep..

Neil: avni don't spoil it naa.. please come outside.. I have brought ice cream for you.. please come down.

Avni: okay fine.I'm coming down.. give me 10 minutes..

Avni closing her laptop and keeping back on couch and took jacket with her as it was cold outside.. avni took her phone and house key with her..

She comes out and saw Neil standing leaning  to his car.. she walks to him zipping her jacket up. Z

Avni : Neil..

Neil : hey!

He side hugged her..

Neil: feeling cold..

Avni : a little bit.. but what are you doing here? I though you're busy.

Neil : I was but then thought I promised someone to spend night.. so here I am..

Avni snuggles to his chest while Neil wrapped his arms around and pulls her close..

Neil : avni you know I was wondering something.

Avni : what?

Neil : when we met first day two years later you said you hate me.. and you never answered me the day I proposed you... was there any reason behind that... I mean you didn't say anything that day nor you made me feel you have any feelings for me... then how come our marriage alliance getting fixed  and your realisation of your feelings towards me?

Avni : you know Neil... I was fallen  in love  with you two years back.. the day you proposed me I realised my feelings... I was so happy and upset too thinking you will leave me after next day... to your question not answering you the day you proposed because it's you.. you proposed me the day before you leaving for your police training... I felt so angry on you.. how could you do that? I was already upset about you leaving me then you proposing me made me more sad... I didn't want to leave me... I don't know what got into me that day.. I felt all my anger was overpowering my brain.. I really didn't mean to hurt you feelings that day Neil.. Neil I really didn't... unknowingly i did hurt you.. a lot.. but still you believed I love you... I'm sorry Neil.. I  shouldn't have done that.. because of me we behaved like stranger.. because of me you went through so much.. I'm very sorry.. I'm sorry.. forgive me...

Neil wiping her tears and cupping her face kissed her forehead..

Neil : shss.. don't cry over.. past is past.. I'm happy you realised your mistake... I'm happy you told your parents about us.. but avni what made you take this big step? Marriage alliance about us?

Avni looks at Neil..

Avni : your friends... because of them.. I did this.. remember the day I landed in police station was because of them.. they came to my office and kept ranting about you falling in love with someone who loves you... they even asked me that I should convince you to get relationship with chosen girl by them.. I felt so angry that I lashed at them and went out of office. That was reason why I landed at police station... that night I thought a lot about their words and about you.. what if your friends force you to get in relationship with someone else then... that was when I thought to leave my stubbornness and confess feelings which I have for you.. this is all happened..

Avni stated looking at Neil who was smiling..

Neil : I will scold them.. okay.. I won't fall in love or get in relationship with someone else expect you avni.. next time don't drive in speed.. I love you only.. okay..

Avni nodded her head.. an hour later Neil giving ice cream tubes to avni and kissing her forehead..

Neil : good night.. go and sleep.. I'll meet you tomorrow..

Avni : good night Neil..

Avni went back inside the house while Neil watched her going.. even Neil drove to khanna mansion as avni went inside.
