Neil stood front of mirror grumpily adjusting his hair..

Swetha : Tillu stop being grumpy.. you should be happy..

Neil : mom how can I be happy? I don't even know where we are going. Why I am wearing this? I don't like it.

Swetha passed him watch and ruffles his hair.

Swetha : have patience my son.. quickly get ready and come down... we need to leave in 10 minutes..

Neil made face but still nodded his head.. swetha left the room leaving Neil cursing the person whose house they are going to.

Neil quickly wore the watch and taking his phone walks out of his phone.. he tried calling his friends but one of them picked it making him more angrily and helpless..

He saw everyone sitting in hall and waiting for him.. he was surprised seeing all of them wearing Indian outfits..

Neil : mol I'm telling if we are attending someone's marriage then I'm not going.. wedding are so boring... I'm going to change..

He rushed to upstairs but stopped as he felt someone holding his wrist.. he turns back and saw Bebe glaring him..

Neil : Bebe please I don't want to go... I have work... please I can't come with you all.. try to understand.. please Bebe..

He tried making his puppy face at Bebe which obviously didn't work.

Bebe : Neil you are not going back to your room... you're coming with us without arguing with us... Neil you have to be there...

Neil : why me? They don't even know me. Why can't you all go without me? Look neha can company you but not me.. please bebe...

Bebe : Neil I'm telling you, you are coming with me..end of discussion now.. sunny take the car out and keep the gifts inside.. neha you go and sit... I'll make sure Neil comes with us..

Prakash and neha nodding their head took gifts and went outside of the mansion while Bebe forced Neil to come with them.. swetha who was in kitchen getting something out saw all of them leaving.. she quickly rushed out locking all the doors and got inside the car.. z

Neil: Bebe what will I do there? I'll get bored over there.

Bebe : tillu keep quite.. not word should come out of your mouth now.

Neil made face and turns his face looking outside of window..

Bebe : sunny you starts driving..

Prakash nodding his head starts driving.. the car zoomed out of khanna mansion..

Neil making his grumpy face took his phone out and got busy himself.. he didn't care where he was going or they were going... only he cared was why was he dragged with his family when he will get bored over there..

Soon they reached to their destination..

Bebe : everyone come get out of the car..

As Bebe said that Neil lifted his gaze up and looks outside of window only to get shocked and surprised.. he was surprised seeing themselves front of Metha mansion... his eyes went widen open seeing the destination.. he got confused thinking why they are here. Aren't they supposed to be attending some boring wedding..

He confusingly shoved his phone back in his pocket and comes out of the car.. he saw Bebe, neha and swetha taking the gifts out.. he roams his eyes around the mansion to find decorations but didn't find any..

Neil ( mind) I think we have arrived at wrong place. This doesn't look like wedding place.. I'm definitely sure now this is not place where supposed to come.

Neil : mom dad.. this doesn't look like wedding place. We arrived at wrong place.

Prakash: Neil we have arrived on right place... you stop thinking and follow us..

Neil : is there something special happening at Metha mansion... I mean....

Bebe : Tillu come with us and find out what special is happening.. come..

Bebe held Neil's hand and took him with her who was completely confused.

Bebe rang the door and looks at Neil who was confused..

Bebe : tillu stop being confuse and put smile on your face..

Neil only faked smiled and saw the door opening.. he got surprised seeing Neela smiling at them like she was expecting them.

Neela : welcome Bebe.. come inside.. we all are waiting for you..

Bebe left Neil's hand and hugged Neela who in return bending down took Bebe blessing.. Neela hugged swetha and neha... she looks at Neil who was surprised..

Neela : Neil come inside..

Neil shaking his head bending down touched her feet.. Neela blessed him then let everyone come inside..

Neil eyes and mouth were widen open seeing Metha family dressed in Indian outfit... he didn't found avni there..

Neil chucking his thoughts took blessing of dayavnti and Ashish.. he then hugged aman..

They all settled in hall and Neela give all of them water.. she too sat next dayavnti.

Neil : am I missing something? I mean... what is happening? There is no decor outside or inside.. no wedding.. then what is happening here? So many questions is roaming around my head which will burst out any time.. can someone tell me what is happening? Why are we all dressed up as these?

He said pointing at their outfits but elders only smiled..

Dayavnti: Neil you have patience.. all your questions will be answered any time.. Neela go and get avni down..

Neela nodding her head went to Avni's room whereas Neil snapped his head towards dayavnti hearing Avni's name... he thought was there any connection with avni or something..

His eyes were widen open as he heard anklet sound coming from stairs.. he got shocked seeing avni in saree.. he wasn't getting anything... but one thing he knew was avni was looking very go grout and beautiful... he without blinking his eyes stares avni as she descend down the stairs with Neela..

Neil got back to earth as he felt many gazes on him.. he immediately looked there and there making others smile lightly..

Neil's attention turned towards Bebe as she said something which shocked Neil..

Bebe : Ashish Neela... we liked avni very much.. we want her as khanna daughter-in- law.. Neil's wife.. it is yes from our side..

Neil was shocked hearing Bebe.. now things made sense to him.. why did they come to Metha mansion? Why was they dressed in Indian outfits? Everything was making sense to him now.. he stares at avni who was looking down..

Ashish : Bebe.. even we are happy to hand our daughter to you guys.. we happy with the alliance...

Neil stares avni only.. his ears went deaf what elders were saying.. Neil was busy reading Avni's face and expression....

All elders were happy Neil stood abruptly making everyone look at him including avni..

Neil : Can I have word with avni? In private..

All looks at Neil then avni who blinks her eyes..

Ashish : off course you can Neil.. princess take Neil to your room..

Avni stood up and starts climbing the stairs followed by Neil who was ready to burst his anger out. Z

They entered inside and Neil closing the door looks at avni..

Neil took deep breath and started the conversation.

Neil : avni what is this? How did this matter reached to here? How did our family agreed for the alliance for us? How can they do this? And how could you agree to this? Why you want marry a guy who you don't love? Why you forcing yourself to marry me? Why avni? Did I ever forced you to get in relation with me? I don't know how our family thought of us getting married but I definitely will agree to this.. how can you think doing this avni? Why do you want me make feel guilty all my life forcing you into marriage which will happen against your wish.. no this alliance will not happen... I'm going to refuse it... we can't marry each other.. we can't.. I can't make your life into hell.. you will not be happy marrying me... I'm going to say no... this shouldn't happen...

No kept ranting like it shouldn't happen.. he won't ruin Avni's life.. he starts moving to door but he was pulled back.. he was shocked.. before he could say a word out of his mouth.. his mouth was shut by a pair lips making him  shock and surprised... his eyes wider open and stares the space.. he was shocked to react anything... he got his conscious back as avni bit his lips harder...

Avni broke the kiss to see Neil shock and surprised.. he was frozen at one stop.. his eyes stop blinking.. he couldn't believe it or recall what just happened a minute back.. avni stares him.. she clicked her finger at Neil's face bringing him back to earth...

Neil: what...... was .....that...

Avni : do you want to show me again what was that? Huh? What is wrong with you Neil? How
Can you think like this? How can you say you won't me marry? Who the heck told you the alliance is happening against my wish? Who said that to you? How can you say that? You will refuse downstairs.. but let me tell you they already know what you did two years back... the alliance I sent you for... you know because I love you idiot....

Neil : you...... what.... you... love... me.....

Avni : I love you... why didn't you understand I was happy downstairs when you came with your family? Didn't you see happiness on my face..

Neil : you.... really love me...are you joking right..

Avni knew he couldn't believe it... obviously he don't believe it when she didn't answer him when he proposed her then who he can believe when you're confessing..

Avni moves to him and placing her lips on his kissed him.. Neil this surprisingly responded the kiss..

Avni broke the kiss and looks at him with smile.

Avni : do you want more proof? I love you Neil..

Neil immediately took her in tight hug.. he crushed her body into his.. a tear escaped down his cheeks..

Neil : you know what... I never thought you would confess... I'm so happy you.... love me... I love you too Avni...

Neil broke hug and cupping her face kissed her forehead...

Avni smiles..

Avni : are you going to refuse the alliance?

Neil : no.. you love me.. I love you then there is no way to say no...

Avni: really... A minute back you saying..that you will refuse to marry me... how would you do this avni? How would you agree? Should I say no?

Neil : don't never pull that stunt... I don't know what happened to me... I really thought it is happening against your will.. it is not even my fault.. since I'm back you don't even talk to me.. then you tell what I supposed to assume seeing whatever was happening downstairs.

Avni : I'm sorry.. I should have have you the answer the day you proposed me... sorry.. it all happened because of me..

Neil pulled her in hug and muttered no.. they broke hug and looks at the door as they heard knock.. Neil wipes his face as there was tear strain.. Avni quickly go dressing table and fixed her lips.. she then comes to bed and looks at the door where Neil was opening the door..

Neil : neha.. you here?

Neha : yes Bhai.. everyone is waiting for you both to  come down.

Neil : we coming down.. you go ahead..

Neha nodding her head went downstairs while Neil turning around and looks at avni..

Neil : shall we go down and give them answer..

Avni nodding her head walks to Neil.. then they both starts walking downstairs..

As they comes down everyone looks at them.. Neela stoop up and looks at avni.

Neela : what have you both thought getting about the alliance?

Avni looks at Neil first then nodded her head looking at Neela.. Neela smilingly took her in hug.. Bebe then gestures Neil to know his answer.. he blinks his eyes at Bebe who understood and taking sweets fed dayavnti..

All starts congratulating each other with hugs and feeding sweets to each other..

They all were happy as AvNeil finally is ready to marry each other.. they all settled in hall expect the ladies who went in kitchen to make dinner..

Men's were talking to each other.. Ladies making the dinner laid the table and called men's..

Everyone took their seat and starts serving themselves.. they had dinner in peace with some giggles and serious talk..

Neil and his family after bid byes to Metha family and left the mansion..

Avni was all ready to go inside the bed when her phone rang.. she picks her phone up and saw Neil calling her... she slides herself under bed and picks the call up.

Avni : hello Neil.. have you reached?

Neil : hello avni! Yes I have just reached.. what are you doing?

Avni : going to sleep.. tomorrow I have meeting in early in the morning..

Neil : yeah... I remember.. okay you sleep.. we will talk tomorrow.. good night.. love you..

Avni : good night Neil.. love you too..

Avni kept her phone on side table and closed her eyes allowing the sleep over take her..

Next morning at khanna mansion..

Neil waking up message good morning to avni.. Neil keeping his on charging went to fresh up..

Neil getting ready in police uniform and taking his disguise clothes with him.. he took his phone and walks out of his room..

He wished good morning to his family pulling the chair beside neha.. swetha starts serving Neil..

Bebe : Neil did you get bored yesterday?

Bebe thought of teasing him..

Neil: Bebe.. how did you know about us? I mean.. I never told you all then how come you knew about this.. only neha knew but she took promise that she won't tell anyone...

Bebe : dayavnti informed us about you both... actually what happened... avni told her family that she loves you then.. dayavnti told me... then next day I made neha spill everything out.. now look where things is going.. finally our tillu will be married guy...

Neil smiles and continued eating to avoid any more teasing from his family..

Neil finishing his breakfast left for his work bidding bye to them..
