Annabeth
After class, Piper had biology and I had math so we parted ways. Then, Luke came up to me.

"Annie I'm sorry ok. Can you please forgive me? It was an accident!"

"No you kissed her by the VERY valuable video that I got to witness you and Drew full on making out! You don't do that on accident Luke!"

"Annie-"

"Don't call me that Luke! Leave me alone!"

Then Luke backed me up to a wall and leaned in. He started to whisper in my ear. "Don't you want me back?"
"Never." My voice sounded cold as I spoke.
He looked me strait in the eye and said "Well isn't that a shame."
"Get off Luke."
"And why should I do that?"
I was about to kick him where it counts when a familiar voice spoke.

"Let her go."
Lukes head turned in the direction of the voice. "Now Luke"
Luke gave me a " This is not over" look and hesitantly got off of me. But his hand was still gripping my wrist. And I saw who the voice was.
It was Percy.
Luke glares with hatred. "Why do you care Percy? Are you trying to make my girlfriend cheat on me? I mean after the "accidental" fall on top of her are you playing something?"

Percy didn't look phased by him at all. And a mischievous grin grew on his face. But his eyes were still full of hatred.
"Seems to me your "girlfriend" doesn't like you very much." He held up air quotes with his fingers as he spoke. Percy looked at me then back at Luke matching his glare.
Luke scowled at him and released the grip on my wrist. "See you around Annabeth." Then he walked away giving a second glare to Percy.
Then Percy drew his attention towards me again this time with a look of concern.
"Are you ok?" His voice was soft as he spoke.

"Yea I'm fine. Thank you"

"Luke has always been a creep. My cousin Thalia used to date him till he cheated on her.
seems the same happened to you."

"You know Thalia?"

"Yea! How do you know her?"

"We were best friends in San-Francisco. Until Luke and me got together. Stupidest thing I ever did was give her up for that creep."

"Well mabey you could sit with us at lunch and talk to her."

"I don't know."

"Your protection will be right here." He gestured to himself which made me laugh slightly.

I smirked and said,
"And who could that be?"
He put his hand close to his chest and acted offended.
"The guy that just saved you from Luke thank you very much."

"I could've handled it but thanks."

"But please? Just come sit with me at lunch and try?" He looked desperate and gave me a I don't know what it is, puppy dog face? No. Baby seal face.
"Ok fine, but can you promise I won't be dead by the end of it?" He leaned against the locker next to him.
"Promise to that. But I can't say the same for Luke."

He gave me a smile and he looked happy, almost exited even. It was kinda cute. 
Annabeth! No No. how many times do I have to remind you! Percy is just being nice. He definitely doesn't really care about small insignificant you.
My conscience has struck again. Joy. Sometimes I hate the truth my conscience gives but it's always right. Listen to your head not your heart. It's safer. You know what happened last time.

Percy

I can't believe Thalia and Annabeth knew each other. I couldn't believe Luke, LUKE dated Annabeth.
And finally I couldn't believe that Annabeth was sitting with me at lunch. I couldn't help but smile at the thought as we walked down the hall. She had a small grin and her blonde hair came in front of her face a tiny bit. She really was beautiful. Then I realized I was staring.
I guess she had noticed because a small bit of pink appeared on her cheeks. The silence became a little awkward so I decided to say something.
" What's your next class?" I rubbed my neck nervously. She pulled out a piece of paper from her backpack pocket.
"Greek it looks like."
Her eyes lit up a little when she read the paper
and my grin widened.
"Same. We can walk together then. I mean if you- uhh you know- um." Nice job Percy. Great job at talking. Well done. I mentally face palmed myself.
But she laughed and said, "I'd like that very much." She smiled widely at me. Then, an smirk grew on her face. "If you can keep up." Then she turned and started speed walking down the hall to Greek laughing. I stood there dumbstruck for a second before realizing that 1, she was messing with me and 2, I can't let her win. I started bolting down the hallway after her a goofy smile plastered on my face. Once we reached the Greek class door we were both out of breath. I had managed to catch up to her but she still beat me to the door. Since we started running my smile had not faded. "That was exiting." I spoke between breaths.
"Yea. You kept up." Then she looked down and blushed. And I felt my cheeks heat up a little as well.
"We should umm."
"Yea."
Then we both walked into Greek.
