Event Log #69

                                                                               May 25th, 3000

                                                                            Lander, Wyoming

It has officially been one year since Guardian and I started our search. We are currently living in a cabin outside of a small town called Lander. Lander, Wyoming, is basically in the middle of nowhere.

None of the demons live in Wyoming because it is so barren. When I went into town about a month ago to go exploring, I found something very interesting. I was exploring an abandoned Taco Bell, when I found some clothes. They were balled up in a corner with some rips and blood on them.

I got excited, because that was the first time I ever saw human clothes. A couple of days after that, I was exploring a theater, when I found something else. I found some books! I thought that the human (or humans) lived nearby.

I was always told that humans could never survive in the wilderness. That they were extremely weak and stupid. I used to believe that, but when I found the clothes and books I started to think differently. Maybe I could catch a human one day. Then DAH might let Guardian and I go back to the company and New York.

Oh right, I haven't told you about that yet. I should have covered that in another log, but oh well. I guess I'll tell you now. Sweet mother of Satan, I get sidetracked easily. I'm still going to tell you.

So about 8 months ago, I found out that DAH was stealing information from my logs to help it find humans more easily. Those bastards. Anygays, Guardian and I decided to steal back the logs and some medical books just in case. Guardian was a distraction for the guards, while I went into the lab.

The mission was successful, with minimal bloodshed, or at least that's what Guardian told me. Oh right, the human. About a week ago, I was trying to find some more evidence that the human (or humans) was (or were) still alive. I was walking around town when I heard some noises.

Oop, I got to go. Guardian is yelling about how something is on fire. That stupid ass kid.

Guardian: k. *punches Lexi the Rat in the face* Let's go.

Lexi the Rat Bitch: FUCK YOU ______!!!

(Lexi is Guardian's ex-girlfriend. She is trans and you will learn more about her later. Lexi used Guardian's real name, which you will also learn later on in the story.)
