They then grew up together, but soon the government in ElseWhere soon began to take a turn for the worst. A man named President Snow was threatening over ElseWhere. Pandora and her friends, who are now thirteen, decided that all the training they have done will now be put to the test against the government...

"Alright, everyone listen up," Pandora whispered to them." Beta is going to go through the sewers and into President Snow's house, where she will then kill him. While you: Delta and Ian, come with me to shut down the power plant and to make sure that Beta has an empty house to walk through just incase the sewers don't lead her to the president's room. Understand?"

"But why does Beta have to kill the president?," Delta asked quietly.

"Because she is our mocking jay right now, ok Delta?"

"Ok..."

"Alright. Lets do this team."

They grab their weapons and began their plan of action...

At the powerplant*

Pandora stabs a capital soldier while Delta tries to multi-task trying to hepl Zenny Penny shut down the powerpIant. When they finally make it to the last turbine, Ian walks up to it and pulls on the lever, but it doesn't move.

"Its stuck Pandora," says Ian as he tries to pull down the lever over and over again. Only to see its not moving.

"What the hades do you mean its stuck?," asks Pandora.

It should work. Why is it not pulling down... Did Snow add this incase we or anyone else tried to attack it... Ugh, why is this so difficu-
