Going Blind
Ichimatsu ran around in the alleyway, running into the walls all by accident. His vision was going completely insane. Everything was blurry and faded looking.
"Stop! Stop! STOP!" Ichimatsu screamed angrily, grabbing his head, shaking it back and fourth. "I can't see! I CAN'T SEE!"
Ichimatsu leaned up against the brick wall then slid to the ground.
He trembled as he opened and closed his eyes. He could see nothing but clouds.
"Help me..." Ichimatsu wheezed, "Help..."
"It looks like you're struggling, Ichimatsu," the voice chuckled. "That's not a surprise to me. You want to leave, yet at the same time you don't. You feel safe here, knowing you can't truly hurt yourself, don't you?"
"If I could hurt myself right now, don't you think I would?" Ichimatsu spat. "If I try to puke, nothing will happen! If I cut myself, the cuts vanish in just seconds! If I 'kill' myself, I just come back to life! WHY CAN'T YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. LET ME GO. LET ME GO..."
"It's your own fault you can't leave. You're just too worried to actually think of a way, Ichimatsu," the voice replied.
"What the heck is there to be worried about...?" Ichimatsu spat, "If I'm alive again, nothing will be different...I'll just be alone still..."
"Oh really?"
"Yes..do you not know me?"
"What about Jyushimatsu? Are you forgetting who he is to you?" the voice asked.
"Didn't Jyushimatsu...kill himself...?" Ichimatsu wheezed.
"No. He's still alive. Probably crying over you again at this very moment. I would show you him right now, but you can't see anyways. That's your own fault," the voice replied, then began to laugh.
Ichimatsu banged his head into the wall angrily. He dug his fingers into the dirt ground as his heart began to pound harder and harder.
"Let me go...let me go...let me go..let..me.." Ichimatsu stopped talking and fell over, dead. And this time, he didn't come back to life.
