#3: "The Trees and the Seasons"

THE TREES AND THE SEASONS

A face full of gardens I always see,
Having a soul as sturdy as a tree,
But may fall like it does every winter,
Losing all thy leaves from such a weather,
But what a wonder these treasures I see,
In spring do they flower again for thee,
Then blooming into this forest thou keep,
Before the summer that makes us too deep,
But after, thy trees fall again of thee,
Falling again from autumn till thou see,
How much we constantly fall and then rise,
But no matter what it says in the skies,
Whether thy trees lose leaves or blossom deep,
The soil in thy soul I shall always keep!

Author's Note:

First of all, as you might notice, this poem is actually a sonnet. This is the second sonnet I have ever written, the first one being "Hidden Treasure". This poem is about a love story, a romance of two lovers that experiences a lot of rising and falling together, but no matter what comes to them, they remain strong with their love. =)

I hope you will like this poem. You might think I am experiencing "love life" myself, but NO! I'm still lonely when it comes to love, hahahaha. And I'm still young and immature for this thing. Hahahaha. Let's just say that I did not base this poem on a real lover I have, but rather just on a crush I try to get progress on, but in a sense that it relates to a different story of true lovers loving each other, despite the constant conflict that gets to them. I actually wrote this poem while I was observing trees and wondering how they change through the seasons, and I compared it to a love story that frequently experiences a lot of ups and downs. :D

P.S. I will be already posting the descriptions on each poem, so keep reading, and try to back-read for the previous pages! :P

Thank you, and have a nice day (or night)! ^_^
