YOU & I

My mind can always get shocked,
My eyes get blinded with bad luck,
My heart shatters when books close,
My hands freeze as the poisons grow.

I know I can't lose everything,
Something can replenish these things,
Which urges me to not quit,
And keep within me my spirit.

Such a true gift from God you are!
I see blooming flowers from far,
And shining pearls around thee,
That gives light and color in me!

I have nothing but love for you.
I'll offer the world for us two.
Everything I have shall be thine,
When your heart is finally mine.

Come with me and be the answer
To all the questions of my heart.
I promise to always love you,
And I know you'll do the same too.

We can create a good future.
We can make forever for sure.
As long as we love each other,
We'll be together forever.

Author's Note:

This is a simple poem about somebody's loving passion for his very own lover. True love exists, indeed! Hahahahaha. This lover has dreams for he and his partner, and wants her to stay with him forever, and they shall never be weary of loving each other. :D

The title is..... I made the title like that because I can't think of any other. HAHAHAHAHA. Just kidding! It is entitled "You & I" because it really describes the passion and genuine love of the speaker in the poem. Hehehehe. =)
