I open my window and I look down to see Logan and Sebastian wrestling.

"He likes you."

I shake my head at what Samuel told me on that day I don't want to think about that right now. Nor do I want to know my own feelings that I have for this man.

A lycan a supernatural creature who was destined to protect me by the moon goddess. That who I fell for. And he feels the same way for me?

I look away as I make eye contact with him. I get out of my room and I made my downstairs to the living room to see Samuel drinking coffee or tea? While reading his book.

"Samuel. What did you mean? When you told me he felt me getting pleasure by Luke?"

He place the tea down and the book as well. " I been waiting for you to ask me this." He said with a smile on his face.

I make my way to him." You and Logan share a connection with each other. That is so powerful He can feel your emotions because he is your guardian.  . Your body and his body are basically one with each other."

" if you are hurt he feels it and he knows where to find you because of your scent. Of course I wouldn't be able to tell you what your scent is,because it special and unique just for him and only him to be able to find you."

" That why the feeling you get from being safe when he is around you it because he is your guardian. Bu-"

I watch as a book hit forehead and I look at Logan." I know logan I deserve it. Your business not mine."

He get up from the couch and left." Where are all these books coming from?"

I asked him."Me." I turn my head to look at Sebastian as he made his way to get his book." My poor books being treated poorly."

He said with a pout and he left the room." Logan I- sorry I know... you told me to wait,but I have so many questions that are left unanswered and it killing me."

He nod his head." Ask me one question and I will tell you." He told me and I nod my head.

" Samuel said that we share a connection with each other,and he said guardian again what is that because guardian in the human world means a totally different thing. So I'm thinking it means bodyguard?"

He shook his head." If I were to tell you this now it will lead to more questions and more questions,but what I will tell you is that my wolf recognizes you as the one he must protect we are your servant."

He said. And he bow down to me.

He stop and looks at me and I see his electric blue eyes staring right back at me.

" we serve you. And only you. We listen to your command until the day death calls my name karina. My name is Tatum it a pleasure to be by your side finally."

He close his eyes and instead of seeing electric blue it was back to it brown honey eyes." Your lycan side?" He nod his head.

I look down at my phone as I receive a text message. When I read what it said I look at Logan." He...response ken respond back." I told him.

As he made his way to me and also read what he sent me.

" Karina it your choice. What do you want to do?" He asked me.

" let go." I said without no hesitation in my voice. Whatever I find out. How bad can it be?

I walked upstairs to my room and I grab black leggings and a white shirt. I also grab black glasses and a hat. I make my way to Logan room to see guns and knives on the bed.

" We must be prepared for anything." He told me as I look at him.

I nod my head. I wait for him downstairs and I also see Sebastian and Samuel."You think we are going to let him have all the fun?"

" I don't think so." Said Samuel.

When Logan makes his way downstairs we immediately left. I sat down in the passenger seat and I show him the address and we were on our way.

When we made it to the location it was already 8:30 pm and the place that ken was located at was in a abandoned warehouse.

"Sebastian and Samuel I already spoke to you so remember what you have to do."

They nod their head and we left. The three of them stand close to me as we make our way inside the warehouse.

"Hello?"

I said and I listen to the echo of the sound of my voice. "Karina I thought I said to come alone?"

I turn my head to look at him. He has a scar that starts from his forehead and goes down to the tip of his nose.

" They are my bodyguards my most trustworthy people who are loyal to me."

"They are not your father bodyguards?" I shook my head.

" so tell me." I demand.

" patient my child."

I narrow my eyes at him.

"I remember when I first started my job as a bodyguard I was happy. To work for your father,but it wasn't easy your father had rules that we needed to follow."

" He made me sign a contract with him. To make sure that what I witnessed and also hear doesn't get out his house. At first I understood because he holds a successful business."

And he grins." But I wish I knew that the contract the agreement that I signed with him. Was a nightmare. Your father is a smart man."

" At first it was okay,but you wouldn't understand how dangerous your father is."

I narrow my eyes at him." Dangerous my father isn't dangerous." I said to him and he shook his head." Poor karina they kept you out. Let me tell you something karina your father build his pyramid on his own,by taking things away."

" I didn't want to keep on witnessing your father actions and stealing money from other companies. Do you want to know why I'm in hiding?"

He asked me.

" It because when you make a agreement,a contract with your father,and you want to call it quit the only way to leave is by death."

I shook my head." That right.... I am hiding because I told your father I quit I don't want to work for him and that same day he ordered his group of bodyguards to kill me."

"That why I am in hiding."

I shook my head." Lies you think I'm stupid?" He shook his head." If you believe I'm wrong and I am telling you lies. Then it wouldn't hurt to find out the truth."

I frown at what he said."what do you mean?"

" dig into his secrets that the only way you can help your father and prove me wrong." He said.

Logan cover my mouth with his hand and pulls me away." Someone is here."

He told me as he stood in front of me.

And that when all hell broke loose I watch as ken fights with the men.

"Let go." He grab my hand and we start to run,but he stop pushes me away and I watch in horror as two man with guns in their hands start to shoot.

"RUN!" He told me and I run the opposite direction.
