Today you arrived at the dojo for training but today, Jay wasn't there. It was just you and Sensei. You asked Sensei why Jay didn't come today and you found out that his parents made a stop at the monastery today. Eventually after training you went home and you had gotten a call from Jay.

You were actually surprised he called instead of texted this time. "Hey Jay!" You greet him happily. "Hey Marcy." Jay whispers from the other line. "Why you whispering?!" You ask confused.

"I'm kind of hiding in my room right now and the walls aren't really soundproof. You're still a secret around here." He says and you nod your head in understanding even though you knew he couldn't see it. "Oh ok. Why couldn't you just text?"

"Well I haven't heard your voice all morning! So I had to call ya! Oh and sorry I couldn't come to training today, I'm pretty sure Sensei told you why." "Yeah! And it's totally okay! Nothing new today." "Hey um Marcy?" "Yeah?"

"My um...parents may have found out about you because...well you know me...but don't worry the others don't know. Anyways, I was wondering if you uh...wanted to meet them this afternoon? They really wanna meet you hehe." He says and you smile widely, you were excited to meet his parents!

"That's okay, and sure! I'd love to meet them!" You tell him. "I mean it's totally okay if you don't wanna meet them because they can be a little embarrassing sometimes and awkward and they talk like a lot! And I understand you've got stuff to do and-" "Jay! I said yes!" You cut him off.

"Really?! Well okay then! So uh pick you up an hour from now?" "Yeah! An hour sounds good." "Cool! And wait till you see where I grew up! I'll show you all the cool inventions I made from the past years!" "Haha can't wait!" "Me too! I'm gonna show you-" Jay starts then stops and you hear a knock on the other line. "I'm so sorry I have to go! I'm needed right now. I'll pick you up soon! Love you!" He says then quickly hangs up. You chuckle, "Love you too."

You then decide to call up Mikaela and see if she's got anything to say about today. The phone rings then she picks up. "Hey girl!" She says. "Hey! Oh my gosh you won't believe what just happened!" You tell her and you hear her getting excited.

"Omg! Another Jarcy Update!?!" She says and you raise one eyebrow in confusion. "Jarcy?!" You ask and she chuckles. "That's the ship name I came up for you two! Anyways! C'mon what happened!"

You then tell her that today you were gonna finally meet jay's parents and you hear Mikaela gasp then get silent for a bit. You thought it was a bit odd because she wasn't squealing like she normally does. "Girl! Do you know what this means?!" She asks you and you keep getting confused.

"What?" "Jay wants you to meet his parents! He's already met yours and now your meeting his!! Meeting the parents of a loved one means YOU GUYS ARE GETTING SERIOUS AHHHH!!!!" She explains then screams and you take the phone off your ear because her screams hurted a bit.

"Girl chill! We aren't that serious! We just got together a week ago!! We can't be that serious yet!" You tell her. "You'll never know!!! Maybe you two should take it slow for a bit." "Mikaela! C'mon girl! It's been a week! You are overreacting!" "Who's the one between us who's always right?? ME! I am not overreacting!"

"Girl look I have to get ready he's picking me up an hour from now." "Fine. Remember to be yourself! And don't overdress! Or underdress!" "What the?" "Bye girl! Haha!" She says then hangs up. Your still confused by her but you get ready anyways.

Around the time when Jay was about to pick you up, you were all ready to go! You hear the doorbell downstairs and head on down to go open it. "Hey Jay!" You greet him with a smile. "Hey Marcy! Ready to go?" Jay says then pecks you on your cheek. "Ready!" You say as you close the door behind you and follow Jay to his Thunder Raider. You both get in and he drives off.

"Uh...Jay?" You ask, twirling the tips of your hair with your fingers. "Yeah?" "Are we getting...serious? I mean, you met my parents already and I'm about to meet yours...so uh, are we serious?" You ask him. Jay chuckles, "We just got together a week ago!" "That's what I told Mikaela!" "Woah woah wait! Mikaela said we're...serious!?" Jay says with a stifled laugh. "Yeah. I know she's wrong this time but ya know I just thought I ask." You said.

"Well that I'm not sure about. But when the time comes I'm sure we'll know." Jay tells you as he drives on the road of the sea of sand. "Yeah, I guess we'll know. And your parents really live far!" "Haha nah, we're almost there." He says and you notice he starts blushing. You see something in the distance, a big pile of...junk. Jay drives a bit closer and you see a junkyard. Jay parks the raider right next to the entrance and turns off the motor. "Well! We're uh here." He says still blushing.

"This is the junkyard you grew up in?" You ask as Jay pops the top of the raider and you two get out. "Yup! Ready to meet my mom and dad?" He says and you smile widely and nod your head.

You follow Jay into the junkyard and get amazed at the large piles of junk around the yard. You two stopped walking when you heard a loud crash behind one of the piles. You and Jay run to where the sound was coming from.

"Oh Ed...Not again!" You saw Jay's mother tell her husband. "Mom, Dad what happened?! We heard a crash! Is everything okay?!" Jay asks them worried. "Jay!! Ooh I'm so glad you came over!" His mom says and greets Jay with a tight hug. "Hehe everything's okay son! My invention broke down again." His dad says then goes over to give Jay a hug. "Who's this! She's adorable!!" Mrs. Walker says to you and you blush. "Mom, Dad this is my girlfriend Marcy!" Jay introduces and you smile at them.

"Nice to meet you!" You said and shook their hands. "Jay talks about you a lot! Nice to finally meet ya! I'm Ed and this is Edna!" Ed says. "Welcome to our junkyard! Is Jay taking good care of ya?" Edna says and you giggle then nod your head yes. "Jay, I could probably use your uh help on this machine!" Ed said.

"Yeah sure dad! I'll uh be right back." Jay says then goes over to the machine his dad was working on. "Come inside the trailer! You're probably getting cold out here!" Edna said with a smile and you follow her to the trailer.

When you two were inside Ed checked to make sure you two were gone before looking at his son. As Jay was Rewiring some wires in the machine, Ed saw the smile on jay's face. Ed smiled seeing his son happy. "She's the one?" He asks him and Jay looks up at his dad and smiles wider.

"Oh yeah, definitely. I was...wrong about Nya but I'm positive Marcy's the one." "Don't lose her son...don't lose her." Ed tells Jay with a smile. "I won't." Jay said as he closed the panel and flips the switch. The machine works successfully and they both cheer.

Meanwhile inside the trailer. "Haha Is that Jay as a baby!?" You ask looking at a couple pictures on the wall. "Sure is! He threw up everywhere!" His mom says and you laugh. "Wanna see what he looked like when he was 4!?"

"Yes please!" You say and she grabs a photo album and flips through a couple pages before showing you an adorable picture of Jay. "Aww! He was so cute!!" "Sure was! He was still in his diapers at that age!" "No way! Haha when was he potty trained!?" "When he turned 5!" She says and you laugh again.

Edna told you all those little embarrassing stories about Jay when he was living here. "Did you happen to know about the time I caught Jay watching The Adventures of- Oh what was that name! Ooh yes! The Adventures of Princess Pegasus and SugarFly!"

"Hahahaha No Way!!" "MOM!! Not in front of my girlfriend!!" You heard Jay say as he walked inside the trailer. "Oh but it's true dear! You were glued to the tv just like how Ed got his screwdriver glued to his shoulder that one day!"

"Hehe okay Edna I think that's enough stories for today. Anyone up for lunch!" Ed says. "ME!" You and Jay yelled with excitement and Ed and Edna headed to the little kitchen. "How much did she tell you?!" Jay asks you and you snicker. "You were potty trained at 5?! My diapers were off when I was 3!" You say.

"Ugghhh! Just don't tell anyone okay!" "Haha your secrets are safe with me." You tell him with a wink. "Good and just to be clear! I was 10! And SugarFly was a very hot fairy!" Jay says folding his arms at his statement.

You laugh, "Well I definitely know what I'm gonna be for Halloween this year! Hahaha!" While you were asking Jay some for some explanations about his embarrassing stories, Ed and Edna were watching you two from the kitchen. "Aww Ed! They were just like us where we were they're age!" Edna cooed and Ed smiled. "They sure are Edna, they sure are." He said to her. Eventually lunch was served and you really enjoyed it with the walkers!

You got to know jay's parents better and they got to know you better! And after lunch Jay gave you a tour of the junkyard, showing you all of the inventions he made. "Woah! What's this giant, wing, flappy thingy?" You ask as Jay shows you a backpack with giant rice paper wings.

Jay chuckles, "It's a glider! This is the glider I was testing out when Sensei found me!" Jay explains. "Really?!" You ask surprised. "Yup! Came in handy when we got the Nunchucks of Lightning! Ahh good times...good times haha."

Jay showed you a couple more inventions before he decided to take you home. "Bye Ed! Bye Edna! Thanks for everything!" You tell them waving goodbye as Jay walks you back to the raider. "Bye dears!" Edna said. "Goodbye Marcy! Goodbye Jay! Come by again soon!" Ed said as you and Jay hopped inside the raider.

"Bye Ma! Bye Dad! I'll call!" Jay says as he closes the top, starts the engine and drives away. "Ooh haha would ya look at the engines on that raider! I gotta make myself one! Would ya write that down Edna?" Ed says "I'm writing it down dear." Edna takes out a notepad and a pen and scribbles down the note.

"Soooo?? Whatcha think of them?" Jay asks you with his eyes on the road. "Oh my gosh I love your parents!!! and the junkyard was awesome!" You say happily. "Really?! But they talk a lot! And the junkyard is literally a scrap pile!"

"Jay c'mon! It's not like everyday I get to go to a place like that! And if I can handle you talking a lot then I'm pretty sure I can handle them." "Hey! I do not talk a lot!" "Jaaayyyy! Don't lie to me!" "Fine....maybe just a little babble...or maybe a lot." "Haha told ya!"

Eventually you made it home and Jay walked you to your door. As you were opening the door with your key, Jay asked a question. "You're not really...gonna dress up as SugarFly for Halloween next month...are you??" You chuckle at his question and peck him on his lips. "Bye Jay." You say and enter the house then close the door. The answer was, of course not. "I'm home!!!" You yelled but no one answered back. You checked the kitchen counter to see if your mother or father left a note on the counter, and they did.

We're all at the recording studio. Should be back around 3! Come stop by if you want. Tyler says it's okay if you borrow his car.

Your schedule for going to the recording studio has changed ever since you started your training. On weekdays you'd have school then train afterwards. Then on the weekends you'd train in the mornings then make some time in the studio. You grab Tyler's keys from the hook by the door then exit the house again. You head to the garage and get in your brother's car then drive off. 15 minutes later you made it to the record label building and parked your car right by your dad's big car.

You went inside the building and went up to the recording studio. When you made it to the floor, you were expecting to see your mom recording something new or your dad with a client but instead it was...Tyler. You opened the door and saw that your brother was recording a song.

You've heard your brother sing and rap before, mostly rap. You supported him through everything but you were supposed to be the one with a single first. You were the one that was supposed to have an album out. You never asked for any of this Ninja business, but you had no choice.

You loved your brother, you really did. Your bond together was different from any other brother and sister you've ever met. You loved him and supported him but you felt...jealous and sad. He sang the Pre chorus then the chorus before rapping the bridge.

"Normally I couldn't turn your head. That's why I had to write this instead. Let's be friends, start out slow. Get to know you beyond your glow. You're more than meets the eye, Girl you pterodactyl fly! Way back when you knew my name. Now the truth is what I claim!" You then began to wonder who was the song about.

Your dad tells him on the mic. You get Surpised, Track 2?? "Marcy! Ya made it! Wasn't your brother great!" Your mother tells you and you give a small smile and nod your head.

Tyler took his headphones off and walked out of the booth and walked to you. "Sis! Haha glad you here! I forgot to mention that I started my EP! Isn't that great!?" He says to you. You sigh and smile, "Yeah and I'm proud of you. Looking forward to being the first to buy it!" You tell him and he smiles widely and hugs you.

"Thanks sis!" "Hey uh who was the song about anyways?" "My crush, Cecilia. She got small gigs here and there and she's hard to get in touch with. So one day I wrote her that song and as I was practicin' it dad asked if I wanted it on my EP!" He explains and you nod your head in understanding.

"Hey Marcy! Did ya hear the new song!? Anyways, Ty, gonna need some touch up on that PreChorus, get back in the booth." Your dad says and Ty smiles at you then heads back in the booth. "Uh mom, I've got some homework to work on...I'll meet you all at home." You tell her and she nods and you leave the recording studio.

You entered the elevator going down and just couldn't help but feel mixed emotions. When the elevator made it to the lobby you walked out and walked out of the building. As you made it to your brother's car you heard thunder and felt the cold rain come down.
