Evan sleeps peacefully. The sound of crying echoes through the house. Evan gets up and stretches with a chuckle "She has awaken". He walks over to Sarah's room. The room was painted pink and on the top of the wall was decorated with a marching band of ducks and bunnies. This room was once filled with his video games and game system. But that was all replaced with a oak wooden crib, a changing station, and other stuff a baby fox needs.

Evan walks to the crib and looks at the baby fox that he calls his daughter. Sarah was crying and squirms around looking for her Papa. When she noticed his presence she looks up at him tears in her emerald green eyes. Evan picks her up and smiles softly "Hey babygirl what's wrong" He asked her but only got crying as an answer. Evan then checks her diaper and sighs with relief "Ok no stinky surprise for Papa huh" Sarah's stomach growls and Sarah whimpered. Evan then goes with her in his arms and makes her a bottle. He sits down on the couch and feeds her. She drinks up calming down "There you go, you were just hungry huh" She looks up at him as she drinks her bottle making fox noises. He chuckled "Yep sure are" he said as he gets up and puts her in her play pen. He goes to make breakfast. Evan hums a tune while he makes toast. Sarah playing with her toys like any baby would. She then hears him sing and she squeals excitedly as she holds on to the play pen so she could stand. She looks around and then she said it "Pa.. pa..Papa"

Evan's ears perked up and he races over to see her. He looks at her and she giggled knowing that it worked. Evan beams with delight "What did you say Sarah?"her tiny fox tail wags with excitement "Papa" . There it was, her first word. Evan picks her up with happiness and snuggles her. She giggled Happily glad to have the attention. Evan looks at his daughter "Sarah you are so loved. I promise to always protect you. Papa is never going to abandoned you" Sarah giggles more and pats his muzzle "Papa" that day was a warm memory Evan keeps in his heart
