Your pov

You look at the clouds above you. You began to cloud gaze. You see a shape of a heart. You suddenly have a flash back.

5 years ago...

"Hey Levi!" you say as you run right into him. You knock him down. He glares at you.

"Great, you got this nasty dirt all over me," he said as he started to brush off the dirt.

"O-oh! S-sorry!" You stutter. You two were, or still are friends. Until that night. You had a huge crush on him for the longest time, you wanted things to move faster. He doesn't get distracted easily, so you would make a story to follow you and then you'll make your move. It was kind of stuiped that you would have to make the move. What were you saying? You didn't even know if he liked you, at least, he never expressed it.

It was now night. You two have been hanging out all night. You talked about things that really got to you, you've even heard a side of him that you've never heard of before, it was nice.

"Hey, y/n?" Levi said quietly. You didn't dare to look at him.

"Yes?" you say slowly.

"I've enjoyed this evening with you...alone..." he said smiling. You widen your eyes as he puts his hand on yours.

"Hey Levi?" you start to say. He stood up and looked at you. You stood up as well.

"Look...we both have a job to do...so let stop this...before...we..." he put his lips on yours. You felt wonderful, and confused. Suddenly, a soldier walked into the corner you where in.

"L-levi?" he stuttered as he saw you two making out. He quickly got up blushing wildly. He fixed his coat at started to yell at him.

"Don't you know what privacy is?!" he raged.

Your horse hit a bump and made the flash back vanish. You slowly look at Levi. You hold your lips. That kiss meant a lot to you. It was sweet of him to do it, but why?

Levi's pov

I kept my eyes forward and ignored my surroundings. I kept my blank face ahead of me. I suddenly felt stomps coming from behind me. Hange started to do her annoying scream.

"OH LEVI! LETS CATCH THIS ONE!" she shouted. I shouted back at her.

"We can't afford to catch one Hange, wait for now," I snarled. I started to stand on my horses back and welded my swords. I jumped off my horse and latched onto the titans legs. I quickly slashed through it legs then went for the nape. I spun around about 5 times and slashed through the nape. I quickly boosted myself towards my horse and continued to our mission.

As we rode towards the forest, we encountered more titans. Three appeared behind us, two to our right, four to our left.

"Alright! Y/n! Take the back! Hange! Take the left! I'll handle the right!" I shouted.

"Yes sir!" They both shouted. They both hopped off their horses and headed towards their locations. I shortly hopped off mine and headed towards the right. I went for the abnormal first. It swung its hand and tried to throw me off guard. I dodged it and quickly slashed it neck. I quickly hopped off the titan and went for the next. One of the titans let out their arm, allowing me to run across it. I slashed it nape and went for the other two. I latched onto a nearby tree and ass I went by, I slashed both of their necks. I landed on the tree, and during that, I twisted my ankle.

"Shit!" I screamed. I looked over ahead of me. Y/n was coming right towards me.

"Hey, are you okay?" she said as she landed right by me. I tried not to show pain.

"Yeah, just a twisted ankle, i'll live," I said as I got rid of my used swords. I looked ahead of us.

"We need to get going," I said as I took off. She followed close by. As we were making our way, I decided to make a conversation with her.

"You did good back there," I complemented her. She blushed.

"Mhm..." she mumbled awkwardly. I looked at her then looked ahead of me, making my hair go in front of my face.

"Why are you so awkward around me?" I quickly said. She looked at me and quickly looked back. She didn't respond.

"Shy are you?" I said as I raised a brow and did a smug face. I saw a tear run down her face. I widened my eyes.

"Shit, what did I do wrong?" I thought.

"Lets stop for a second," I said. She nodded and we found a near by tree then landed on its branches. I took a deep breath.

"Why do act like this when your with me? Huh?" I said as I flipped my hair back. She looked at me.

"I-i'm not, never..." she mumbled. I frowned. I carefully walked towards her, trying not to injure myself even more. I moved her hair back.

"Stop lying," I said as I held her face. She looked at me.

"I dont hate you or anything, it just that... I dunno..." she said being trailed off. I rolled my eyes. I started to brush it off. I didn't want her to hate me, but she doesn't.

"Lets get to the mission," I as I helped her up. We jumped off the tree and mad our way to the horses.
