HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🥳🥳🥳🥳
इस हक़ से देखा है उन्होंने हमें,
अब किसी और का होने को,
दिल राज़ी नहीं होगा।

Writer's POV:-
"How dare you touch her!?" A sudden, masculine and powerful roar, made her open her tearful eyes.
"Aakarsh…" she mumbled tearfully. The relief in her scared eyes told Aakarsh how terrified she was just a second ago.
So much for a strong girl to endure!
Aakarsh looked at her and his eyes softened for a moment before he heard Palash's shocked voice.
"How the fuck you're…" Palash couldn't say anymore as Aakarsh turned towards him with an enraged face. Palash stared at him in disbelief, still unable to figure out Aakarsh's presence over there.
Just as Aakarsh approached the tormentor, Palash foresaw the next.
Red eyes blazing fire; his nostrils flared. Aakarsh brought him up from the floor and punched right on his face again and again and again.
"How fucking you dare to touch her?" Another roaring sentence and Aakarsh started showering unstoppable and swift punches on him without giving him enough time to at least blink properly.
He let his fist make strong contact with Palash's face until a thick line of blood didn't appear on his philtrum; his nose bled fiercely.
Grabbing his collar Aakarsh kicked straight in his abdomen, throwing his groaning self a few metres away. As Palash lay flat on his back, clutching his aching abdomen and whimpering loudly in pain… Aakarsh used the moment to untie the rope around Diksha.
"Aakarsh… he… he…" Diksha stuttered and sniffed, unable to control her haywire emotions. She tried to say what Palash was about to do, but the lump in her throat restricted her voice. She cried hard when he pulled her to his chest after making her stand properly.
"Shh… I'm here. You are safe!" He mumbled softly in her ears, rubbing her shivering body.
"He said… he will… take me… take me away from you…" repeating Palash's nasty words, she complained about him, crying like a child in Aakarsh's chest.
"No one can take you away from me, Jaan. I'll kill everyone who dared so." Aakarsh consoled her, but internally he was raging like a bull. He breathed hard, looking at Palash who was still groaning in pain.
All that clouded his mind was killing the man who dared to lay a finger on his girl. He never saw her this scared. The fragility of the situation had pulled out the worst of her.
One glance at her shivering body in his arms, fuelled his anger ten fold. Her tear-stricken face and torn sleeves… the frightened state... her silent sobs. Aakarsh felt his nerves throbbing furiously at her pathetic situation.
What danger had Palash called upon him by touching his girl!?
Nothing had infuriated him so much till date than the scene he witnessed while getting here. He saw Palash getting upon his legs after some time and pushed Diksha to a side before rushing towards him. And like the angry Hulk he was named, he indeed, thrashed Palash, kicking the shit out of him.
"Leave… me… you bas… bastard… or my men… will kill that bitch." Palash still dared to threaten him, trying to dodge his attacks as Aakarsh held him up and punched him again on his broken nose.
Yes, with the force Aakarsh was delivering punches on him, his nose just decided to leave his side! *Smirk*
He cried in pain, holding his nose. Little did he know this was not the same Aakarsh he met all those years ago.
"How did you even think about it? Nobody touches what is mine." Aakarsh growled and held him from his neck, strangling the life out of him.
"Leav…" Palash writhed in his grip trying to free himself. His face was red; blood rushed towards it as he choked on the strong grip on his neck.
He tried hard but as if something possessed Aakarsh's mind, his anger doubled every minute. Tightening his grip on him, he pushed him towards the ground and thrashed him on the floor by his neck.
"Krish, leave him, he'll die." Neev shouted as soon as he and Vidyut came running inside the room after fighting a handful of men.
Neev and Vidyut along with Aakarsh had come to the abandoned warehouse, where Palash had kept Diksha captive. As for the local police officers, they were on the way when these three men reached the spot.
As expected, Palash had a bunch of goons hired around the warehouse who stopped them and they indulged into a fight. As soon as the police reached the spot Aakarsh heard a shrill cry of Diksha.
Leaving Vidyut, Neev, and the policemen to handle the compatible goons, Aakarsh ran inside the room and the rest is already revealed.
"He fucking dared to touch my wife… I'll kill him right here." Came an outraged reply of an infuriated Aakarsh. He glared hard at his red choking face.
Neev and Vidyut tried all in their might but they couldn't separate Aakarsh's hands from Palash's neck. He was already on the verge of passing out due to all the beatings — punches and kicks — he received from Aakarsh and adding to that an angry Aakarsh was strangling him.
The oxygen supply in his body started to reduce, making him choke more. He was on the verge of sinking when Vidyut asked Diksha to stop Aakarsh.
"Bhabhi, stop Bhai… he will kill him… it won't be in his favour."
Realising the gravity of the situation, Diksha immediately came to his side and held his shoulder and shook them.
"Aakarsh, leave him. He's fainting." She appealed, but being clouded with anger he didn't pay heed to anyone's calling.
His mind was just flashing the scene of him sniffing Diksha when he came there and that was enough to boil his blood again and again.
"Bhaiya, let us handle…" Vidyut made a futile attempt in trial.
"Aakarsh, please leave him… the police will handle it." She tried again but he didn't budge.
Having no other option she shouted loudly.
"Aakarsh, leave him. Don't get your hands dirty by killing him. Aapko meri kasam (You have my swear)."
"Krish, just leave him." As the last time Neev pulled his hands away from Palash's hand, Aakarsh let his grip loose.
Diksha's words were echoing in his ears. Though he never believed this "swear" thing, no way in hell he could let anything happen to her if this works even 0.01%, especially when they already have a bunch of problems served hot on their platter.
He got up, along with Neev and Vidyut. Palash breathed hard, almost closing his eyes; groaning in extreme pain everywhere.
And just as they thought he left Palash, Aakarsh kicked the almost fainted man twice on his abdomen, "aahhh…" making him groan and arch forward by curling his body in pain.
"Bhaiya,"
"Krish,"
Neev and Vidyut got startled at his sudden action and held him; refraining him from delivering more kicks.
"If he comes out of the damn jail, I'll kill him without thinking!" Aakarsh threatened Vidyut, glaring at him and pointing his finger towards Palash.
"He won't! We have strong evidence. You just calm down and go to Bhabhi." Vidyut assured him,
"She is looking weak, Krish. Let's take her back home." Neev said looking at a tired Diksha who was just staring at Aakarsh with some tears accumulating in her eyes again.
Aakarsh walked bro her immediately and held her in his arms, consoling her.
"I was scared…" she mumbled, between her tears, wrapping her arms around his back.
"I know, Jaan and I'm sorry you have to face this all because of me." Aakarsh heartily apologised to her.
She shook her head in 'no', asking him not to take the blame on himself, but before she could say anything, the SP and his team barged inside the room.
"Mr. Verma, we need to have her statement." The SP said after he ordered his team to arrest Palash; they took him away.
"Not now." Aakarsh refused sternly, holding her close to his chest.
"Sir, she is not in the right condition to give her statement. Let her calm down first. I'll personally take her statement." Vidyut assured SP and he nodded before moving out.
"Let's go." Said Neev.
Aakarsh picked her up in bridal style and she clung to him, holding his neck. Hiding her face in his neck, she took a relaxed breath. All was well at the end and she was back into the place she rightfully belonged — his safe protective arms.
❃❃❃❃❃
Writer's POV:-
"Bhabhi, how did he kidnap you? You were getting ready in the room itself na?" Vidyut asked, frowning at Diksha who was sitting in between his parents.
She had wrapped a dupatta around her as her sleeves were torn out, and she didn't get a chance to change. Since the time she has come both Krishna and Annapurna have kept her hugging. Only after a few minutes did the fathers step in and hug her in relaxation.
They were back in the house and Vidyut was taking her statement for the case against Palash. Aakarsh, his parents, Vidyut, Neev and Sejal were present in her room as they have skilfully dodged every question of their relatives regarding diksha's absence.
Sejal didn't go out of the room and Krishna told everyone that Diksha and Sejal had gone to the parlour. As nobody had met her after one PM, so nobody doubted the reason.
Though many of their relatives made some remarks about how late it was getting for haldi as it was almost two-forty-five PM and they haven't got back, their grandmothers (grandmothers from both the sides) made everyone silent by backing Diksha, saying she is the bride and she had every right to take time to look beautiful.
"Yes, but as I was getting ready, I heard something dropping in the balcony. Sejal was in the washroom, so I thought to check it myself. But as soon as I reached there, I felt something odd. Something different in the air as a strong smell of burning coal hit my nostrils. I tried to look around for any source of fire but nothing was there but soon enough as I turned back to look around, I felt dizzy. It was light at first, so I thought, maybe, because I was observing a fast, that would have happened, but then it got stronger and I felt everything going black around me. I don't remember anything after that." Diksha narrated in a low groggy voice. Annapurna gave her water and fed her fruits as she refused to break her fast.
"And when I came back from the washroom she wasn't in the room; just that piece of paper on her dressing table." Sejal gave her input, signalling towards the note she had found in the room that made them aware of her kidnapping.
Aakarsh had that note in his hand. He passed it to Vidyut as it was a strong proof.
**The note read — taking your beautiful bride away. Hope you die in pain.**
"What did you see or hear after coming to your senses?" Vidyut asked next.
Diksha looked at Aakarsh once, before narrating the whole incident she faced there. Aakarsh felt his anger resurfacing at the mention of Palash and Stuti.
"We didn't see Stuti there?" Neev questioned, looking at Diksha.
"I don't know… she had gone just a few minutes before Aakarsh came." She shrugged her shoulders, curling her lips down being clueless about this.
"Okay, no issues. We'll look into it. She won't be able to save herself, especially now that you have seen her. As Palash is already in our custody, she can't run away. By the way, I don't understand one thing, Bhaiya." Vidyut asked, turning towards Aakarsh who was staring at Diksha only.
"What?" Asked Aakarsh,
"We reached directly to the exact location because you said you had given her a hidden tracker after getting a phone call threat? But I can't see bhabhi having any such thing. Where is that?" Asked Vidyut, looking suspiciously at his brother and sister-in-law.
Aakarsh looked at Diksha with a naughty smile, hearing Vidyut's question. She blushed furiously and bit her lower lip to stop the smile appearing slowly in her lips. This was the first time since she had come back that she had shown any other emotions than scared and crying.
"What happened? Why are you smirking at her and Bhabhi why are you blushing suddenly?" Asked a confused Vidyut looking at them.
"Krish, kuch bolega ya bas use dekh kar muskurata rahega? (Krish, would you say something or will just smile looking at her)?" Mrinal asked when Aakarsh didn't answer the question he was asked.
"It's in one piece of her ornaments. I've got a microchip fixed in that." Aakarsh replied in a deep voice, looking at her with a teasing smile.
"Which ornament? She hadn't worn any of her jewellery at that time." This time it was Sejal who asked, looking at Diksha from head to toe.
"That is a question only she can answer." Aakarsh chuckled looking at her blushing face.
The way he was looking at her in front of everyone, she felt herself getting painted in the deepest shade of red. Only Aakarsh shameless Verma could stare at his wife without acknowledging others' presence around them.
"Stop staring at her like a creep, Krish. Look at how red she had become by your shameless staring." Krishna scolded him, though she was just teasing the couple.
"I have all the rights to stare at her like anything, Mumma… after all she is my wife now!" Aakarsh said, lovingly gazing at her cute little wife.
"Bhai, Teri shadi abhi hui nahi hai… honi baki hai. (Brother, you are not married yet… it's yet to happen)!" Neev remarked, patting Aakarsh's back as he teased him.
"Acha? Chhote, puch zara apni bhabhi se humari shadi hui hai ya nahi? (Is it? Chhote, just ask your Bhabhi whether we are married or not)?" Aakarsh asked, smirking at Neev and then giving a naughty look to Diksha who was doing only one job all this time — BLUSHING HEAVILY!
Damn, her giving a competition to tomato is injurious for the Aakarsh's mental, physical and se… well nevermind, health! *winking* *winking*
"Hein? What do you mean? Don't tell me you guys got married secretly?" Vidyut asked, getting surprised hearing Aakarsh's words.
"Are we missing something?" Asked Neev seeing a big grin on Aakarsh's face.
"What's happening?" Only Sejal was left and she too asked at last.
The parents chuckled hearing the younger generation putting their heads in the deep pit of confusion.
"Aunty, you know they say it's a crime to leave innocent souls in confusion. Please tell us already." Vidyut whined looking at the parents.
"They are really married and by the way Krish is claiming the rights, I'm sure you've got your proof of it, Krish?" Krishna asked, smiling at Aakarsh.
He just nodded and pulled out his phone, and showed something to the elders. All the four parents smiled looking at it and congratulated each other, growing Vidyut and Neev's curiosity.
"What is this?" Vidyut tried to peek into his phone when the elders gushed over the phone's screen. Diksha took a look at it and smiled, biting her lips. She looked at Aakarsh who was only looking at her. He winked at her when their eyes met.
"Marriage certificate?" Shrieked Vidyut as soon as his eyes read the cold letters of the picture of a document that was in Aakarsh phone's display.
"What the.. !?" Neev stopped his strong exclamation and pushed Vidyut to a side to look at the phone clearly.
"Show us… how is this possible?" Neev asked for the phone from Mrinal's hand.
He passed it to the two guys who were lurking around the phone like two monkeys.
"Bhaiya, what is this? When did you two get married? And you didn't even find it important to tell us? " Vidyut asked, throwing an accusatory glare at his brother and sister-in-law.
"Krish…" Neev started to speak but Aakarsh cut him off.
"Now, don't start crying. Let me clear it for you. As per the court we had to submit our marriage certificate before the start of the second half of the trial. And in the second half we have to live in 'Maninagar' for six months. So, to make it on time, Niranjan uncle had applied for our marriage registration. A month back we had signed and the court had issued our marriage certificate today. So, we are married and before you ask me why didn't we tell you that you two were quite busy in the previous month, hence I decided to give you a surprise. Well now you can take it as a shock." Aakarsh said smugly, smirking at his brother and friend.
He looked at Diksha and they shared the loving look through their eyes, holding each other captive for the rest of their lives!
*Is haq se dekha hai unhone hume,
Ab kisi aur ka hone ko
Dil razi nahi hoga.* (She had seen me with those rights,
Now, this heart would never agree to be someone else's)
Diksha leaned on his mother's shoulder, blushing and thinking about her marriage registration day. Annapurna lovingly caressed her hair and murmured 'My baby grew up so fast!'
"Bhabhi, you too supported him and left me out?" Vidyut pulled a crying face and asked Diksha. She sat straight before answering.
"I had asked him to tell you both, but he said…" Diksha's words were interrupted by Aakarsh's mocking voice.
"That you guys are too busy to take my phone calls. And when I asked they said they were completing their work, wrapping it up before our marriage so that they could enjoy it freely. So, obviously you would be left out, if you two aren't attending my calls on time." Aakarsh narrowed his eyes at the two men, and finished Diksha's sentence.
"You are one bad person... huh…" Neev made a mad face looking at him.
"Keep sulking…" Aakarsh said unfazed.
"Yes, never tell us anything. You still haven't told me which ornament you gave to Bhabhi that had the tracker. I might have to give it as a proof for testing." Vidyut said in a matter of fact tone.
"Your concern is just that chip… I'll give it to you, don't worry. Now, I think, Mumma, we need to start the function." Aakarsh said looking a t his watch which showed the time three-fifteen PM.
"Yes, you get changed, beta… I'm sending you another dress. And, Krish, we can't thank you enough." Annapurna said emotionally,
"She was in trouble because of me." Aakarsh bitterly chuckled, expressing his disappointment for himself.
"No, Krish, don't blame yourself for the wrong ones. We are thankful that you had thought about it already and were prepared for it. The tracker was proof." Mayank said, making him understand and appraising bhim for his intelligent decision.
"I was sure they would try to harm her in my absence… that's why." Aakarsh accepted.
"That's why we are thanking you for saving her, beta." Mayank replied.
"Your daughter is my life, Papa." Aakarsh said intently looking at Diksha.
"Alright, everybody just get back to work. Others will come at any time as it's already past three. And listen to me carefully everyone, if they find her tired or dizzy, tell everyone that she has weakness because of the fast. Sejal come with me, beta, I'll give you her dress." Annapurna instructed everyone present in the room. She turned to Diksha and kissed her forehead before going towards the cupboard.
"Krish, you too go get ready. If the grandparents saw you two together, they would scold you." Krishna said and dragged the boys out of the room."
"Here this is this yellow saree. Change into it and call me if you need anything, okay?" Annapurna said and kissed Diksha's forehead again.
"Okay," Diksha murmured.
Sejal came forward to help her with the saree but Diksha stopped her.
"I'll do it. Tu ja ke Prachi aur meri baki ladkiyon ko bula la (you go and call Prachi and other girls). They might be feeling upset as they are here to enjoy my wedding and I haven't even met them properly." Said Diksha. Prachi was her Maternal cousin, Annapurna's sister's daughter.
"Are you sure you'll do it alone?" Sejal asked sceptically.
"Yes, you go and come fast, you too have to get ready."
"Okay."
Just as sejal stepped out, Diksha walked to the door to close it. It took her a few minutes to drape the saree around her when suddenly she felt two hands encircling her naked waist. She shivered at the touch of cold hands with her warm body.
"Hello wife," Aakarsh's flirty voice in her ears made her shiver.
Goosebumps rose on her body as she felt him tightening his grip on her waist, moving her impossibly closer to himself.
"Aakarsh… What are you… doing here? Haldi will start… somebody will see us." She shuddered and struggled to speak when he nibbled her earlobe.
"Exactly, it's our haldi today and I'm here to apply haldi on my wife." Aakarsh whispered in her ears and turned her around in his arms. Her hands gripped his kurta in his chest as he spun her.
"Aakarsh, someone might come," she whispered looking at the closed door and then at her husband.
Yes, he was actually her husband now!
Oh, how fluttery she felt on the realisation!
A whole damn thousands of butterflies were fluttering in her tummy, creating sparks in her body.
"I don't care. You're my wife now and I must be the one to put haldi on you.." He whispered in her neck, placing an open mouth kiss there.
She sucked in a deep breath as his mouth… his tongue… his lips made contact with her naked skin. She tilted her head unknowingly, giving him more access to her smooth skin. He sucked hard on the junction on neck and shoulder, making her moan slightly.
She clutched his back, feeling his hands and mouth doing wonders in her body. They created sparks. They sent chills down her spine. She felt herself losing in his seductive touch.
He caressed her naked waist and that's when she realised he was doing something there as wherever his hands were going she felt oddly cold.
Looking down at her belly where his hands were now roaming marking it as their own territory, she noticed the yellow thick paste. The HALDI!
Yes, her insanely handsome husband had applied a layer of haldi on her waist and stomach, keeping her busy in his kisses.
Raising his head from her neck. She made him look at her.
"You applied it on my whole stomach… how will I hide it now?" She pouted and narrowed her eyes at him. Aakarsh chuckled and pecked her pout before whispering in her ear.
"You anyway have to cover your stomach, baby… because this sexy thing…" he stopped and looked at her with desire filled hooded eyes.
"Aakarsh," she shrieked slightly louder when he touched her belly button, poking his index finger in the sensuous depth of her navel. He held her skin and pinched it lightly making her jump slightly in her place.
"...just for me to see."
