Here is the situation:

A 26 year old medical employee Suhana Malik has to travel at night and hence she travels along with her colleague whom she refers as her elder brother, Mayank.

Her real brother Akshit, asks her to not to travel at night in empty trains and not to rely on Mayank as he thinks he cannot protect her but she stays adamant on her words, fights with him of putting restrictions on her and still continues to travel along Mayank.

One normal night, While coming in an empty train with Mayank, three roadside fellows barge in and assault her physically. They hold Mayank at gunpoint and rape Suhana. Mayank flees away.
