"What if he isn't home? I should call him first let's go back to your place." Alec said when they were in front of his home and turned around to leave but Magnus only stood still. "Alexander, if you don't turn around right now I will go and tell Maryse you ate the cookies last weekend." Magnus threatened Alec who turned around on his heels and gave Magnus an are you kidding me look. "Fine! But don't expect me to be too nice." Alec groaned and walked back to Magnus who chuckled a little. He knew it wasn't nice to force Alec to talk but he couldn't see Alec sad all the time and he knew Alec could only be 100% happy when the fight with him and Jace was over. "Alexander, I don't expect you to do anything but you aren't happy and I hate that. I just want to see you smile...really smile. You need to talk with Jace, okay?" Magnus asked softly placing a hand on Alecs cheek smiling warmly at him and Alec nodded lightly. He was glad that Magnus was there for him and also pushed him a little but he was still worried about talking with Jace. "I'll be there if something happens." Magnus reasured Alec placing a soft kiss on Alecs lips before Alec opened the door with his keye. "Hey, Alec. Dad wanted to talk with you later because of the Emmys in two days." Izzy said when she saw her brother coming in with Magnus by his side and Alec only nodded feeling like he had a lump in his throat. His hands were a little sweaty but he knew that he had to do that to find his own peace. "Is Jace here?" Alec asked his sister who seemed to be about to leave for college probably and Izzy sighed. "You mean dickhead? Yeah he is in his room." Izzy answered annoyed about her brother and Alec nodded smiling weakly. Izzy heard from Clary what Jace did and Clary also told her about the baby which made her really angry. "Bye and drive save, yeah?" Alec asked when Izzy was half way out of the house turning around she smiled at Alec and smirked. "Simon is driving and one of Magnus security gorillas is coming with us." Izzy answered making them chuckle with the last part and Alec was glad Izzy made him feel a little easier. "It's Josh, right?" Magnus asked and Izzy nodded. "That guy scares me but he also scares other people." Magnus chuckled and all of them agreed that Josh was really scarry. Alec met Josh only once but this guy was really scarry and damn tall. He was at least 6'9 and he had shoulders twice the size of Alecs but at least Alec was sure Izzy was save with him by her side. "Let's go, okay?" Magnus asked Alec with a soft smile and even Alec would like to go back to Magnus place he nodded. Each step they went closer to Jace room Alec felt heavier and heavier also his heart was beating faster than usual. "You can do this okay? I'll be in your room and if anything is wrong just leave to your room, okay?" Magnus asked and he wanted to make sure Alec was feeling comfortable at least a bit. Alec looked at him like a lost puppy and it really hurt Magnus but there wasn't much he could do. Even Magnus wanted to stay this was between brothers and he knew that this was something Alec had to go through alone even Magnus really hated it. "I love you." Alec only answered and wrapped his arms around Magnus getting more strenght form the warm embrace. "I love you too." Magnus said softly kissing the side of Alecs head before he let go and left to Alecs room that was only a few doors away. Alec took a deep breath and shook his head a little before he knocked at the door. "It's open." Jace yelled but Alec could already hear that this wasn't the Jace he was used to. The voice sounded really down and maybe a little depressed but Alec didn't know what to think about it. Alec opened the door a bit hesitantly and saw that Jace was sitting on his desk that was on the other side of the room. Paper that was only crumpled was surronding him and his room looked like a mess. "What i...Alec." Jace breathed when he turned around and looked with shocked eyes at his older brother. Alec had to say that Jace looked really terrible and he didn't shave for at least a week also he had drak bags under his eyes. "Wh...what are you doing here?" Jace asked after a few seconds of silence and Alec was only staring at him. "I wanted to talk." Alec answered gulping hardly and Jace had an unreadable expression. "There is nothing to talk...I fucked up...that's it." Jace sighed and got up from his chair looking everywhere but not at his brother. "Yeah you did...but you can make it okay. He hated it when people yelled and he just couldn't handel it that well even it was his brother. "JACE STOP!"
