The officers were roaming around the house. Trying to find evidence of any kind. They knew that this robbery had to have been planned out. But the robbery had turned into a murder investigation. A case that was quickly taken up by the Chicago P.D. Intelligence Unit. The investigation had soon gained a lead when a person in the neighborhood called the police about the unmarked car on the block. Some officials were on the scene in a few minutes only to find the entire house trashed. A chipped yellow painted garage in the back had only a few things left in it. But the police had hit the jackpot on more to charge than just the murders once they found a few bricks of cocaine.

Cop cars were scattered around on the street. Many people had found a spot on the street as they tried to be nosey and find out what was going down. A few detectives had been taking some statements from neighbors to get a brief rundown of the people who had resided in the house. Trying to get a better lead to the main man in charge. At first they weren't getting anywhere with the neighbors until one lady stood off on her porch with her little boy watching the scene around her. The woman hadn't gone unnoticed as a detective excused himself from the other detective he was with and made his way towards the lady. Approaching the front porch, he took a few steps up the stairs and the woman ushered her son inside as she crossed her arms over her chest. The woman stared at the detective as he cleared his throat.

"Hello, ma'am. I'm Detective Halstead with the CPD. I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions about the people who lived next door?" Detective Halstead had questioned as the woman shifted nervously in her spot. Unsure if she should even talk or just simply act clueless. She didn't know if her speaking up on what she knew would put people, mainly that girl, in any danger.

"I don't know anything." The woman simply said as she looked past him trying to avoid his stare. She had settled on passing off like she had no idea what was even going on.

"Something tells me you know more than you're letting on." The Detective pried as the woman started to rub her hand up and down her arm in a nervous manner. An inner battle soon began inside her head on if she really should say anything now.

"It's okay to tell me. I'm just here to help out. So if you have any information about who lived in that house, I really need you to tell me." The woman looked at him and sighed. Giving up as she let her hands fall to her side. Maybe they could help that girl more than her silence would.

"There's a couple who lived there. The woman almost never came out of the house. I don't think he allowed her to. And when she would leave right when she first moved in, it was always at the same time. So I just assumed it was to go to her job or something. But one night I heard them arguing and the man's voice got extremely loud. I'm surprised no one called it in because I'm almost positive the whole neighborhood heard it. I heard things smashing then I stopped seeing the women come out. A few times I would catch her walking past the window so I only assumed she was alright." The woman began to explain, the Detective held onto his pen and pad as he took down some notes.

"The man always had a group of guys over. They would go into the garage in the back and would be in there for hours. But earlier today there were more of them there. And then I heard a bit of yelling until the man came storming out and taking off with the group of men. An hour later I saw the girl throwing bags and a suitcase into the back of her car. Before she took off I got a glimpse at her face. She had been crying and one side of her face had a mark on it." The woman continued as Jay paused.

"Do you know what side of her face had the mark?" He wondered as the women paused for a moment to think.

"The left side of her face. I'm almost positive." The woman nodded pretty certain with her answer.

"After she saw me, she got into her car and pulled away." Halstead stared at the woman and then furrowed his brow.

"Do you think she was the one to ransack the house and take some of the stash in the garage?" He questioned and the woman shook her head.

"God no. The girl only seemed to have her own belongings. It was the man who did it. He came back thirty minutes after she left. He freaked out when he realized she was gone and then made the mess. Him and his buddies went into the garage to grab some things then took off." The woman finished as the Detective nodded.

"Thank you for that information." He thanked her before he turned to walk back down the stairs.

"Is the girl going to be safe?" The woman called out to him which caused him to turn back around to face her.

"We're going to try our best to find her and make sure she is safe and well." Detective Halstead assured the woman before he made his way back to his partner.

"We got a passport!" An officer announced as some of the members of the intelligence unit looked at each other.

Sitting parked in the car with sunglasses covering her eyes, Pru nervously watched her surroundings. People going in and out of buildings. Cars passed by in the busy mid-day traffic. The blonde girl nervously bounced her knee repeatedly as she ran her thumb back and forth across her bottom lip. It had been a day since she took off and Pru was on high alert. Staying the night in her car with the doors locked. It didn't really help her that much for feeling secure. She had barely gotten any sleep. Afraid that she was going to get found by Graham. Pru was having an internal battle with herself. It was either, do the right thing or go back and help Graham again. She loved him and she was convinced that he loved her. At least that's what he would always tell her. But she couldn't keep living her life like she was a rag doll getting tossed around. Her future was going to be better. It had to be.

Inside the Chicago 21st District, the Intelligence Unit was working on leads to their current case. What started out as an armed robbery turned into a homicide. 3 civilians had been killed during the robbery, including a little girl. Everyone had been researching their own assigned parts of the case to get it rolling. What the team had caught onto was that this hadn't been the first armed robbery made by the group. In the back of the house they had found past plans on robbery's that had happened all around the city. But this was the first time that they had left people dead after getting what they went there for.

"Alright. So the passport helped us with the name and the database helped us quite well with the rest. Graham Ryan, the man in charge. 23 years old. Did 2 years for assaulting a pregnant woman." Adam Ruzek gave a brief description.

"Any man who mistreats a woman, let alone a pregnant one is a monster and deserves to rot." Hank expressed as he looked at the picture Adam had posted on the investigation board.

"We need to get this man off the streets. We have a theory that if we get him we may also get the rest of his crew. Except for the ones who aren't surrounding him, they will probably run off into hiding." Jay Halstead spoke as he sat on the edge of his desk with his arms crossed.

"The neighbor told us about there being a young woman living in that house with him. Potentially a victim of abuse. All we know is that they fought a lot. And yesterday during the robbery the girl took off on her own. We don't know if she was a part of the plan or if she was just wrapped up with the bad guy." Jay brought up as Kim Burgess made her way into the bullpen and stuck a picture up of a blonde girl.

"This is the girl the neighbor was talking about. She goes by Pru. It's some sort of nickname I'm guessing. 21 years old. No priors. There's nothing really on her. She may potentially know where our guy could be." Kim informed the team as Hank took a step back to look at the picture. Antonio and Al both shared a look as they turned their attention to Voight who stared at the photo.

"Hey. I've seen this girl before. It was pretty brief, but it was before I was pulled out of the academy. She was straight out of high school. She kept to herself for the most part too. But from what I could tell she was good with every single thing we were taught." Adam exclaimed as he pointed at the picture.

"Are we sure that she's the right girl? That she's involved?" Hank questioned Kim Burgess.

"We're not positive, but it's a start." Kim told him and he nodded.

"Now that we know from Adam that she was in the academy we could deep dive to get her real name if we want to really use her?" Kim suggested and Hank shook his head.

"No. That's not needed." Hank shook it off as Kim looked at her boss confused but went along with it.

"Alright. Head out and try to find this girl." Hank instructed the team as they began to get ready to leave.

Pru sighed before she exited her car and slammed the door. She adjusted her black hat on her head that created a shadow over her face to hide the bruise that formed on her cheek. Tucking her glasses into the collar of her shirt. Her hands instantly went into her pockets as she made her way up the concrete steps. Entering the building of the CPD, the girl took in her surroundings. Seeing officers walking all over the floor. Some coming down the stairs and others coming out of side rooms.

"Can I help you with something or are you just browsing the gallery?" A lady with short greyish hair sarcastically spoke up, gaining the younger girls attention.

"Uhh... I think you guys are looking for me, or will be soon at least. So I decided to make everything a little bit easier." Pru spoke up as she pulled out a card from her pocket. The lady at the desk looked at the information typed on the card then dialed a number on her phone as she kept her eyes on the blonde girl in front of her.

Everyone had gotten all of their stuff together to get ready to head out. Hank looked around the room then he turned to Jay. The detective caught on to his gaze and furrowed his brows in confusion. Voight was clearly looking for something and it made Jay skeptical.

"Where's Upton?" Hank asked Jay for his new partner's whereabouts. Hank flipped the investigation board around so it wasn't out facing the room and instead facing the window of his office.

"In the locker room. She spilt her coffee so she needed to change." Jay replied.

"You and her stay here and try to find another lead." Hank told Halstead as he made his way into his office to grab his jacket from off his chair. His office room soon filled with the sound of the desk phone going off. The older man had picked it up and put the device to his ear.

"Voight." Hank said into the phone. Trudy Platt from the downstairs desk was on the other end of the phone telling him something as he nodded to himself.

"Send her up." He simply instructed the woman at the front desk before he hung up the phone. Things might have just gotten a bit easier for them, or so he thought.

The gate buzzed and unlocked as Trudy ushered the blonde girl up the stairs. Halting the unit members who were just about to leave. Confusing all of them when the girl they were just about to look for stood in front of them. There she was right on their doorstep as if it was the most common thing in the world. The blonde girl only slightly lifted her head to scan around the room until her eyes landed on the man she was looking for.

"Pru." Hank nodded as he approached the blonde girl. Jay furrowed his brows as he looked at his other co-workers who held a confused look on their faces, besides Antonio and Al. They had met this girl briefly before on one of their runs with Hank. So when they first saw the girls picture when Burgess pinned it up, they instantly knew who it was. But they kept their mouths shut because that wasn't information that involved the case.

"Hey, Hank." Pru greeted as she held up his card. The others stared in a bit of shock. Voight only gave out a few of his cards. The list was very short and to see the girl that they were just about to go and get for information was one of the people on Hank's helping list slightly threw them a bit off-guard.

"I thought you had lost that. You hadn't ever called me." Hank said as he looked at the girl with the hat blocking most of her features.

"I've tried to deal with things myself before I turned to the big guns. I didn't want to bother you with little problems anyway." Pru admitted as she shrugged.

"I gave you the card. That was made for you to bother me if you ever had a problem with anything. It was so I could help you whenever you needed it." Hank told her.

"We got a few questions for you, so could you follow me?" Hank instructed the girl who nodded before following behind the man to an interrogation room. Hailey Upton came out of the locker room to get a glimpse at the girl's blonde hair with a black ball cap on. Furrowing her eyebrows, she walked towards her partners desk.

"What did I miss? Did we get a lead?" Hailey wondered, confused at the random girl walking down the hall with Voight.

"Yeah. Possibly involved with the suspect. She came to us before we even got to go to her." Jay told Hailey who furrowed her brows.

"That's a first. Who is she?" Hailey questioned as she walked over to the board. Flipping it around to see where they were in the investigation. She took a step back from the board. Staring at the picture in shock. Jay got up to stand by his partner as he looked down at her.

"What? Do you know her?" Jay wondered.

"I would say I know her pretty well to an extent." Hailey let out as she made her way quickly down the hallway. Antonio tried to stop but it was no use as Hailey barged into the interrogation room, gaining Pru and Hank's attention. The smile on Pru's face that Hank had caused from a joke he told her had instantly wiped away when she saw the other blonde.

"Can you explain to me why the hell my sister is in here?" Hailey snapped as Hank grimaced.
